As I browsed through my local store, I stumbled upon a sticker activity book that caught my eye - "Day in the Garden". The first thing that drew me to it was the promise of stickers. As someone who loves stickers, I couldn't resist buying this book. But what really sealed the deal for me was the fact that I found a duplicate version of this book - a "Doubles" edition.

**Electricity Still On (Thanks for Sticking Around!)**

And finally, a quick update on the electricity situation. Despite the initial concern, my power has been turned back on, and I'm now able to continue with our video. It's been a bit of an adventure, but I'm grateful that everything is back to normal.

explain to you why so the first half of this this is why i edit because i'm always clearing my throat but the first half of this video i want to give you guys an update on the situation in dallas or at least in my neighborhood because actually it's not the same situation for everybody in terms of the winter storm storm the winter storm and the electricity and all of that so i'm sorry but i'm going to be clearing my throat all right um and then i do have a haul to to get into and i want to do this update because i've been having a lot of people ask me um i've been seeing the messages on my instagram because i've been posting the updates to what's been going on in my house um over there so if you're not following me it's linked down below i know a lot of you are asking me how i'm doing but what's happening with my phone is that um when i don't have the internet turned on um it's still a mess like things barely load and i i don't know what's happening so um so anyways let me give you guys an update so for those of you that don't know i'm in the dallas fort worth area and we've had a winter storm come in and texas operates on its own electricity grid um so uh from what i understand all the other states don't they all the other states have like i guess the u.s grid and then texas like a standalone from i don't even know if that's true or not but that's what i read anyways so they decided because of the demand of electricity now that the temperatures have dropped that they've been doing rolling blackouts um basically meaning that the electric companies are turning off electricity and then turning them back on after like certain periods of time um just to like reduce all the electrical usage to keep the grid safe basically um like in a nutshell uh what's interesting about that is that's not happening for everybody in dallas like there are some neighborhoods who haven't even had their electricity turned off at all um there are other ones where um they went a few hours and then it was restored and then it's been okay i'm in a neighborhood where they're rolling it and it's basically the pattern the pattern fluctuates here and there but it's mostly at first actually because now it's changed at first when the temperatures weren't so cold we were having an hour of electricity on and then about 30 minutes of it off and this started at 2 a.m monday morning so i went to bed sunday night and at two o'clock in the morning i woke up to the electricity being off and then it hasn't stopped since so now it's tuesday hopefully i'll be able to get this video up in the small window of when my electricity comes back on but um so at 2 am the power went off for about 30 minutes then i came on for an hour and i did it again and again because i haven't had any sleep i kept waking up in that instance and checking my thermostat just because i had a whole heating problem i mean thank god i fixed it right before this happened but um so that's what's been happening um i have not gone more than an hour with electricity on at all and as a matter of fact the last time i had a full hour of electricity on was monday sometime like monday morning monday afternoon because now it's like getting shorter now there's more time without electricity on than with electricity on um just to give you guys a ballpark i've actually been timing this on my phone um like right now i have no power and it's freezing in the house but the temperatures are very cold outside it's supposed to warm up today though so that's really good but um they're still going to continue this rolling outage because we have a thursday which is supposed to kind of do the same thing again and i'm just like oh gosh um so basically right now what's happening is i'll get about 30 minutes of electricity on and then about 40 minutes to an hour of it off um in theory not in theory but obviously better than nothing because if the house were to continue without any power at all um the temperatures inside the house would continue to drop um so once the power kicks on all of every you know the the clocks turn on and my heater turns on but in the time that i didn't have power the temperature of my house drops so when the power comes back on now i only have a very short window to rise the temperature again so i guess the best way i could explain it is my heating system is going three steps forward but 10 steps back so i keep dropping temp but it's kind of like uh honestly i don't even know how to explain it's like for example um right now it's like 50 something degrees in the house so like for if it if it's like 57 degrees and the electricity were to turn back on i have it set to 68 which is what aircot or or cotter whatever is the suggestion to put it on i only have 30 minutes and my my heating's not going to climb up to 68 from 57 like that it takes time to get there um especially when your house is so cold it's like just takes longer so it was at 57 and i got up as high as 64. um before the electricity turned back off again so um so then that means you know temp is going to drop again and then i don't know so anyways so that's what's been happening unfortunately i ran out of all of my firewood so i don't have that um the roads are pretty bad um i guess unless you have a 4x4 and maybe in some instances um it could be okay with all cars i have not personally have left my house yet and my driveway is on an incline so i'm concerned like i wouldn't be able to get back in or um but i i may end up having to leave because um you know if this continues i'll have to like do something about firewood so i will say that i do have water so whereas on my neighborhood like facebook group um quite a few people have no water because their pipes fully froze um the issues with pipes in case you're interested i mean there's a dollar tree haul but um i'm having issues with the the faucets that are located on the outer walls of the house you know the inside of the house is um doing very well uh so like all the upstairs bathrooms are like on the inside but the kitchen sink in the fridge are on the outside wall i've completely lost the water from my fridge it's frozen completely over the kitchen sink i'm i luckily enough i i saved it it's been dripping not even dripping i've had it on basically this whole time but i'm not getting any cold water because the cold water froze but i am getting hot water my shower which is also located on the other outer wall that froze so my showers kaputs um but uh my daughter's shower i believe is working um so i i'm at least getting water like from like my guest bathroom i can wash my hands i can use the toilet the toilet in my my bathroom frozen it's not pulling any water in because it's on that outer wall so that's the situation oh lights just turned back on um yeah so now the the heater will kick on and it will try to climb back up and and all of that let me see i i was timing this i wanted to see how long um i went without 40 minutes it's like they're doing like a very specific schedule uh 40 minutes of no heat and then i'm getting about um 30 minutes with so i'm gonna start my timer again i don't know why i'm bored leave me alone um so so anyways um what else do i want to say to you guys like i'm not going to make it so once my internet clicks on the funny part is is that i only have 30 minutes to like basically finish this video put it into my computer and hopefully get it uploaded so i'm not going to make it on this trip so i'll have to wait until i lose power and then power comes back on to hopefully try to upload this video if it even works but if it does then i guess you'll be seeing this tuesday and you'll know that it worked because it's tuesday today so uh and i guess the last thing to say is honestly i don't even know how much longer we're gonna get the the rolling outages maybe all the way until friday i really don't know so aloxy's doing great i mean she's she's living her best life she loves the snow she's snoring when she sleeps that dog is comfortable so okay let's go ahead and get into the haul this one actually has quite a few little like i don't know toys kind of thing but let me show you what i found that i think is a must pick up in case you have you know a child who loves playing with dolls they have career doll outfits what i've nev i've seen them sell like separate outfits before but look at all of these career outfits that just came out so this one is are they naming them obviously this is a nurse but i'm wondering if i don't see yeah i don't see a name but you even get the stethoscope and then the shoes what and they do sell like the barbies and stuff at dollar tree um and then here is this one oh it's a vet you even get the puppy that is so stinking cute there's like the little detail a dollar like what okay okay okay she's got red heels she's got a two-piece outfit um she's a singer so there's that oh this one is a chef have the little uh not a whisk the picture is a whisk but a spatula and then if you look closely on the spatula has the little handle to put through their hands i mean that's really nice little touch you know so the doll can actually like hold it and wear it and then shoes on they all have shoes actually and then we have um military barbie love it she's got glasses she's got shoes all the shoes are the exact same just fyi they're all the white little tennis shoes and this is a one-piece jumper so so cute and the last one is um aviator barbie city slicker but um is this a construction barbie i don't have a damn clue i truly don't i also want to say that it says it fits most 11 and a half inch fashion dolls so there's that all right next up i found some new poster sticker letters i y'all i still have my daughter's valentine's day care package i thought i had no idea that it was gonna turn into all this last week um so i had plans to send her package out like sunday or i don't even remember when but it's still sitting here um but i use these like poster stickers to decorate care packages and stuff i think they're fabulous look at these with the glitter yeah so these are the new prints that come out i mean i show i pick these up every now and then for my videos and show you guys like the new patterns that are out so these are new patterns that i have not seen before and you know if your child is doing a project obviously that's they're they're made for posters um so these are going to be amazing for that and then we've got a silver with the glitter and then the pink yeah these are pretty amazing then i found some new stickers and let me show you these because absolutely nice absolutely nice that's why i had it honestly um because then because then i would cut you know stop filming this i'd start filming it again and i would use a different word that's not absolutely nice to describe this um but yeah i i like that there's all kinds of fruit on here it's just they look really um i was gonna say nice somebody come pick me up anybody just come pick me up um but these are new okay i haven't seen these dollar tree i feel like y'all are going to watch me fall apart in a couple seconds then we have these i really like these these are the crafter square i just want to point out these are crafter square 2. it's really interesting because jot used to be the the brand for stickers and now it's like crafter square um not that means anything but so these are really cute and they peel really nicely i don't know how to describe it but you can probably tell just from looking at it that it just peels you know like so super smooth um these are planets and little spaceships love it did i finish the story about my daughter's care package i'm not okay okay hold on let me go back i showed you guys the poster stickers right that happened um i connected the poster stickers to the care package because i used poster stickers to write and decorate her care package i did that right um i'm gonna send it i guess the i guess um i didn't end it i am gonna send her care package but as soon as i can i don't even know what's happening anymore and then we have these which are little candy ones this one just there's two in here that look like donuts and i feel like it's kind of random you know when like just overall when you straight up look at this you're like okay well is it donuts or is it lollipops not that you can't marry the two but at least give us like one more donut or something to even it out a little bit but there's two donuts which by the way are really adorable truly but definitely a new set and then i found some more rub on transfer um rub on transfers i wouldn't call them stickers because that's not how they work but you can apply them to paper and then it will look like a sticker they just don't apply like one so this one was my favorite i love how shabby chic and vintage it looks especially these two right here oh i think those are everything it definitely this when i saw this at dollar tree i just felt very inspired um i know a lot of you are waiting for my planner stuff to come back and and i'm i'm trying to get there but a big chunk um of my problem with planning has been just the lack of inspiration in a way um and when i saw this it just made me want to to get it back into that and i just think it's so pretty and you get are there multiple um sheets in here i don't think so i think there's only one sheet in here but you know it's a rub on transfer so there's that and then this has a little cactus theme but i love them for this too so even if you're like not into the succulents which i'm not it's never been my thing um but for these little black and white ones i think it's definitely worth the pickup because i mean if you were to maybe like try putting these as a combination look at the black and white ones with this i think it would be really pretty okay so there's that and then the last couple of things i got some more coloring books i wanted to film this video a different way because i know when i show these a lot of the times i show them like this and it's hard for you guys to see and i wanted to give you guys like an overshot but if i'm gonna try to get this video up today we're just gonna look at it like this i what i wanted to show you guys about this coloring book is that they're color by numbers so you know there's a lot of different style coloring books to be found at dollar tree just regular coloring books regular adult coloring books children's coloring books y'all know i have it all i could do a collection video thumbs up if you maybe want to see it at the end of like the next haul that i do i'll include in like my next video thumbs up definitely let me know but they do uh like dot to dot they even have like extreme dot to dot so if you love to connect and draw the picture that way this is color by number and it gives you the cut out so you can cut this out you can see where the line is so that when you open to your page you can have this palette next to you because it's going to tell you right here what colors to use under what number so i think that's that's really awesome i mean look how fun this one is the shoes yes i absolutely love it wow i'm already at 20 minutes on this video i mean look at this even honestly like i'll tell you guys this much even if you didn't want to do this color by number it's still a really cute coloring book you can color whatever the heck you want you really can't see the numbers once you start coloring into the box actually one of the things i will say about the color by numbers at dollar tree because i i've bought them before i've colored in them before sometimes the prints on some of the numbers are really hard to see not all of them so if i were to hold it up close you can see all the little numbers and sometimes there will be spots where i'm like i don't know what that number is um you know just a printing issue and i'm just going to try to show you guys a couple of okay i saw this and i immediately thought of the episode on i love lucy called the girls go into business who remembers that episode they always get screwed here is oh i got it the ultimate dot to dot see there and then it looks like this i mean that is intense but you know it's a challenge for for sure so and these are gonna be great too think of easter baskets if you know if the person you are putting an easter basket for would love something like this these are gonna be great for that and then here is this one and this is just a um this one's just a coloring book but i definitely don't have this one in my collection so i picked it up with the cute turtle and you can see what it looks like on the inside there's that my camera is gonna shut off here in a second um it only goes like a couple in the 20s and then i have to like restart anyways so there's that one and the last items for today i got doubles of and if you're new to my channel if i show you doubles that means i loved it so not that i don't love everything else but is love the right word like if i get doubles i'm just like super impressed and i just love it to the moon and back i don't even know but um so these are sticker activity books and let me tell you i just from like looking at them first glance at the store i think these are going to be a must pick up and there's only one in this collection that i did not find a second one for so let me let me show you guys what we're talking about so these are sticker activity books this one is a day in the garden so here's the dupe to that and it tells you all of the ones to collect which i did find them all i did i found all four and basically looks like this let me show you guys it's a sticker activity book you go through here you and you place the stickers you see like where it's like blank and then it gives you the stickers in which you would place them throughout the activity book my niece loves this stuff anytime i find these sticker activity books i scoop them up because they're just they've always been top notch and they don't come around very often too i'm gonna throw that out there um i wish they did but they don't so i got i got dupes just to kind of hold her over but she absolutely loves it we look for the you know we look for the shape i mean like look you have to look for the little bumblebee and things like that kids eat that up then we have a day at the construction site so very cute option for the boys super adorable my niece loves construction stuff too every time she comes here we gotta talk about cranes here they are so i knew she's gonna love this um but i just love that there's there's like different styles for everybody and yeah you just go through the whole thing and then the stickers are always going to be in the center of the book what i like to do is i like to pull the stickers out if it doesn't you know disconnect the rest of the pages but look at all those stickers that you gotta place through the activity that is a ton of good fun right there i have a i have a blast my daughter and i once did a sticker puzzle thing that dollar tree did let me tell you we had the time of our lives um so i highly recommend this not just for the kids pick this up for yourself and then we have animal friends super cute you guys like what oh wait there's one on the back of here that i don't have there's a total of five ocean creatures i'm missing so just to show you i'm missing that one oh now you know i'm gonna be on the hunt but anyways it's the same concept and the pages like look at the illustration and everything it's just so nice the quality of the paper is nice and thick too so so many pages to put your little oh that one's gonna be fun use your stickers to frame your favorite animals here oh that's so cute yep you get 150 stickers by the way and then this is the one that i only found one of and it is a day on the farm you know you know i'm gonna love this because of farmhouse if i see an apple tree like that's it it's over super cute i did see an apple tree let me show you there's look at look how huge these horse stickers are and they look so realistic it's just oh look i guess all of them have the the picture frame thing in the back um here's the apple tree every time i see one of like separate outfits before but look at all of these career outfits that just came out so this one is are they naming them obviously this is a nurse but i'm wondering if i don't see yeah i don't see a name but you even get the stethoscope and then the shoes what and they do sell like the barbies and stuff at dollar tree um and then here is this one oh it's a vet you even get the puppy that is so stinking cute there's like the little detail a dollar like what okay okay okay she's got red heels she's got a two-piece outfit um she's a singer so there's that oh this one is a chef have the little uh not a whisk the picture is a whisk but a spatula and then if you look closely on the spatula has the little handle to put through their hands i mean that's really nice little touch you know so the doll can actually like hold it and wear it and then shoes on they all have shoes actually and then we have um military barbie love it she's got glasses she's got shoes all the shoes are the exact same just fyi they're all the white little tennis shoes and this is a one-piece jumper so so cute and the last one is um aviator barbie city slicker but um is this a construction barbie i don't have a damn clue i truly don't i also want to say that it says it fits most 11 and a half inch fashion dolls so there's that all right next up i found some new poster sticker letters i y'all i still have my daughter's valentine's day care package i thought i had no idea that it was gonna turn into all this last week um so i had plans to send her package out like sunday or i don't even remember when but it's still sitting here um but i use these like poster stickers to decorate care packages and stuff i think they're fabulous look at these with the glitter yeah so these are the new prints that come out i mean i show i pick these up every now and then for my videos and show you guys like the new patterns that are out so these are new patterns that i have not seen before and you know if your child is doing a project obviously that's they're they're made for posters um so these are going to be amazing for that and then we've got a silver with the glitter and then the pink yeah these are pretty amazing then i found some new stickers and let me show you these because absolutely nice absolutely nice that's why i had it honestly um because then because then i would cut you know stop filming this i'd start filming it again and i would use a different word that's not absolutely nice to describe this um but yeah i i like that there's all kinds of fruit on here it's just they look really um i was gonna say nice somebody come pick me up anybody just come pick me up um but these are new okay i haven't seen these dollar tree i feel like y'all are going to watch me fall apart in a couple seconds then we have these i really like these these are the crafter square i just want to point out these are crafter square 2. it's really interesting because jot used to be the the brand for stickers and now it's like crafter square um not that means anything but so these are really cute and they peel really nicely i don't know how to describe it but you can probably tell just from looking at it that it just peels you know like so super smooth um these are planets and little spaceships love it did i finish the story about my daughter's care package i'm not okay okay hold on let me go back i showed you guys the poster stickers right that happened um i connected the poster stickers to the care package because i used poster stickers to write and decorate her care package i did that right um i'm gonna send it i guess the i guess um i didn't end it i am gonna send her care package but as soon as i can i don't even know what's happening anymore and then we have these which are little candy ones this one just there's two in here that look like donuts and i feel like it's kind of random you know when like just overall when you straight up look at this you're like okay well is it donuts or is it lollipops not that you can't marry the two but at least give us like one more donut or something to even it out a little bit but there's two donuts which by the way are really adorable truly but definitely a new set and then i found some more rub on transfer um rub on transfers i wouldn't call them stickers because that's not how they work but you can apply them to paper and then it will look like a sticker they just don't apply like one so this one was my favorite i love how shabby chic and vintage it looks especially these two right here oh i think those are everything it definitely this when i saw this at dollar tree i just felt very inspired um i know a lot of you are waiting for my planner stuff to come back and and i'm i'm trying to get there but a big chunk um of my problem with planning has been just the lack of inspiration in a way um and when i saw this it just made me want to to get it back into that and i just think it's so pretty and you get are there multiple um sheets in here i don't think so i think there's only one sheet in here but you know it's a rub on transfer so there's that and then this has a little cactus theme but i love them for this too so even if you're like not into the succulents which i'm not it's never been my thing um but for these little black and white ones i think it's definitely worth the pickup because i mean if you were to maybe like try putting these as a combination look at the black and white ones with this i think it would be really pretty okay so there's that and then the last couple of things i got some more coloring books i wanted to film this video a different way because i know when i show these a lot of the times i show them like this and it's hard for you guys to see and i wanted to give you guys like an overshot but if i'm gonna try to get this video up today we're just gonna look at it like this i what i wanted to show you guys about this coloring book is that they're color by numbers so you know there's a lot of different style coloring books to be found at dollar tree just regular coloring books regular adult coloring books children's coloring books y'all know i have it all i could do a collection video thumbs up if you maybe want to see it at the end of like the next haul that i do i'll include in like my next video thumbs up definitely let me know but they do uh like dot to dot they even have like extreme dot to dot so if you love to connect and draw the picture that way this is color by number and it gives you the cut out so you can cut this out you can see where the line is so that when you open to your page you can have this palette next to you because it's going to tell you right here what colors to use under what number so i think that's that's really awesome i mean look how fun this one is the shoes yes i absolutely love it wow i'm already at 20 minutes on this video i mean look at this even honestly like i'll tell you guys this much even if you didn't want to do this color by number it's still a really cute coloring book you can color whatever the heck you want you really can't see the numbers once you start coloring into the box actually one of the things i will say about the color by numbers at dollar tree because i i've bought them before i've colored in them before sometimes the prints on some of the numbers are really hard to see not all of them so if i were to hold it up close you can see all the little numbers and sometimes there will be spots where i'm like i don't know what that number is um you know just a printing issue and i'm just going to try to show you guys a couple of okay i saw this and i immediately thought of the episode on i love lucy called the girls go into business who remembers that episode they always get screwed here is oh i got it the ultimate dot to dot see there and then it looks like this i mean that is intense but you know it's a challenge for for sure so and these are gonna be great too think of easter baskets if you know if the person you are putting an easter basket for would love something like this these are gonna be great for that and then here is this one and this is just a um this one's just a coloring book but i definitely don't have this one in my collection so i picked it up with the cute turtle and you can see what it looks like on the inside there's that my camera is gonna shut off here in a second um it only goes like a couple in the 20s and then i have to like restart anyways so there's that one and the last items for today i got doubles of and if you're new to my channel if i show you doubles that means i loved it so not that i don't love everything else but is love the right word like if i get doubles i'm just like super impressed and i just love it to the moon and back i don't even know but um so these are sticker activity books and let me tell you i just from like looking at them first glance at the store i think these are going to be a must pick up and there's only one in this collection that i did not find a second one for so let me let me show you guys what we're talking about so these are sticker activity books this one is a day in the garden so here's the dupe to that and it tells you all of the ones to collect which i did find them all i did i found all four and basically looks like this let me show you guys it's a sticker activity book you go through here you and you place the stickers you see like where it's like blank and then it gives you the stickers in which you would place them throughout the activity book my niece loves this stuff anytime i find these sticker activity books i scoop them up because they're just they've always been top notch and they don't come around very often too i'm gonna throw that out there um i wish they did but they don't so i got i got dupes just to kind of hold her over but she absolutely loves it we look for the you know we look for the shape i mean like look you have to look for the little bumblebee and things like that kids eat that up then we have a day at the construction site so very cute option for the boys super adorable my niece loves construction stuff too every time she comes here we gotta talk about cranes here they are so i knew she's gonna love this um but i just love that there's there's like different styles for everybody and yeah you just go through the whole thing and then the stickers are always going to be in the center of the book what i like to do is i like to pull the stickers out if it doesn't you know disconnect the rest of the pages but look at all those stickers that you gotta place through the activity that is a ton of good fun right there i have a i have a blast my daughter and i once did a sticker puzzle thing that dollar tree did let me tell you we had the time of our lives um so i highly recommend this not just for the kids pick this up for yourself and then we have animal friends super cute you guys like what oh wait there's one on the back of here that i don't have there's a total of five ocean creatures i'm missing so just to show you i'm missing that one oh now you know i'm gonna be on the hunt but anyways it's the same concept and the pages like look at the illustration and everything it's just so nice the quality of the paper is nice and thick too so so many pages to put your little oh that one's gonna be fun use your stickers to frame your favorite animals here oh that's so cute yep you get 150 stickers by the way and then this is the one that i only found one of and it is a day on the farm you know you know i'm gonna love this because of farmhouse if i see an apple tree like that's it it's over super cute i did see an apple tree let me show you there's look at look how huge these horse stickers are and they look so realistic it's just oh look i guess all of them have the the picture frame thing in the back um here's the apple tree every time i see one of those i think it's the cutest thing on the planet all right so that's it um for today's haul i hope that you guys enjoyed i know i spent a lot of it giving you guys an update um the electricity is still on so i'm going to i honestly i don't know what i'm going to do i've just been reading books which has been great like it really has like um it's been nice to kind of just unwind and and force myself to to just you know
