We Made a JET POWERED SCOOTER!

The Thrill of Jet Engine-Powered Scooters: A Journey of Innovation and Experimentation

As we stood at the airport, surrounded by the hum of machinery and the excitement of experimentation, our team gathered around Amelio's old razor beach cruiser scooter, ready to unleash its potential as a full-blown jet scooter. With the help of Shawn, a certified jet scooter tech and carpentry expert, we set out to transform this humble vehicle into a high-speed marvel. The project was ambitious, but with a clear vision and a willingness to take risks, we were determined to push the boundaries of what was thought possible.

The journey began with the installation of a jet engine, which required careful consideration and precision engineering. We spent hours fine-tuning the setup, ensuring that every component was securely fastened and functioning in harmony with the others. The addition of a controller on the handlebars marked a significant milestone, allowing us to take control of the scooter's speed and direction.

As we prepared for the maiden voyage, our team couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and trepidation. We had heard stories about jet-powered scooters, but few had actually attempted to build one from scratch. Our skepticism was tempered by the thrill of innovation, and we were eager to see if our creation would live up to its promises.

With a final check of the electrical connections and a deep breath, Shawn climbed aboard and gave the thumbs-up. The scooter roared to life, its engine screaming in protest as it began to accelerate. Our team watched in awe as Shawn took off, the jet engine's roar growing louder with each passing second. We had never seen anything like it before.

As we watched, our team couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. We had faced skepticism and doubt from others, but our determination and expertise had paid off in spectacular fashion. The scooter was not just a machine – it was a symbol of what could be achieved when people came together to pursue their passions.

The first test run was a resounding success, with Shawn reaching speeds of over 25 miles per hour. We cheered as he returned, grinning from ear to ear, and took the opportunity to fine-tune the setup further. The next run saw even faster speeds, pushing the scooter to its limits and beyond.

As we continued to refine the design and push the boundaries of what was possible, our team encountered a few setbacks along the way. A lost battery and a detached gas tank were just two of the challenges that arose during our experiments. However, these minor issues only served to strengthen our resolve and drive us forward.

One particularly memorable moment came when Louis, one of our team members, took to the skies on the scooter's jet engine. With a whoop of excitement, he soared above the airfield, the wind rushing past him as he rode the currents of air with ease. It was a breathtaking sight that left everyone in awe.

As we continued to experiment and refine our design, one question kept arising: what else could we strap this little jet engine onto? The possibilities seemed endless, from motorcycles to cars – the potential applications were limitless. Our team spent hours brainstorming ideas, eager to push the boundaries of what was thought possible.

The success of our project served as a testament to the power of innovation and experimentation. By taking risks and pushing the limits of what was known, we had created something truly remarkable – a jet-powered scooter that defied expectations and inspired awe in all who saw it. As we looked to the future, one thing was clear: our team would continue to explore new frontiers, always seeking to push the boundaries of what was possible.

In the end, it was clear that this little jet engine-powered scooter was more than just a machine – it was a symbol of what could be achieved when people came together to pursue their passions. Our journey had been marked by triumph and experimentation, but above all, it had been a testament to the power of innovation and creativity.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwho's out today is a good day because we get to drive why go to the shop to pick some stuff after the wreck because this time are still a little wonky but she's good enough to drive let's get to the shop kay tuned actually sent some new lower control arms for Wagga because the one on the passenger side is really messed up after we wrecked it a while back and yeah these are still in the bubble wrap but huge shout out to kay tuned this is their EF lower control arm they gave me one for both sides we'll have a brand new bushing in there out there little k tune logo and that guy will replace the one that is currently in there and we won't have a wonky wheel on this side anymore so i'm gonna go ahead and get this thing jacked up and start installing these bad girls cuz we have a s 14 on the lift and the red mark to use in the way and I don't feel like pushing it so I'm just gonna go ahead and knock this out on the ground right here it shouldn't be too long go ahead and get both of them replaced and then we'll be set to go I don't know what else I'm doing today but you know it was a good day it's nice out I wanted to drive why I go I did see something pretty interesting on Marketplace that I might go look at like a jet engine powered longboard so that could be the adventure for today but we'll see oh yeah definitely safe to say that the old one was pretty bent there's the old one right there next to the new one get rid of this freaking a noodle of a control arm that's junk alright the new control arm is in and ready to go now I just got to get the other side done and why goes all set to go huge shout out to kay tuned for sending those control arms if you guys need some new control arms because you drove your car over a curb and they're bent be sure to go hit them up or if you just need some new ones to replace these old bushings since the new control arms come with some nice new bushings be sure to go check out the boys at Kay tuned and they have more than just EF so go check them out alright guys so this video has taken a little bit of a change I drove my lag go over to my buddy Nick's house and I'm with and Taylor right now and we were over at the skate park for a bit and I saw this thing on market place and caught my attention I actually saw it last night and I was messaging that dude today and if you guys want to take a look says it is a 2014 stark industries jet longboard the dudes asked in 2500 bucks this dude just strapped a model jet engine to the back of a longboard it's literally just bolted on there with a piece of plywood and I've been talking with the dude cuz it looks pretty cool and kind of random and he said he'd take a thousand bucks for it so I was like I'm down because I know those little jet engines they're worth that and I've always wanted one so we were at the skate park for a bit we went over to the bank I got some cash and now we're gonna meet this guy up and we're possibly gonna have ourselves a jet-powered longboard today this thing is obviously a feat of Engineering so we will go see how it turns out I don't think he can start it up right now he sent me a video of it running but it needs new lipo batteries to fire up but yeah we're gonna go check this thing out I got I picked this up to size frying lipo batteries okay so no more board though now board is cracked too sketchy to drive on and everything's all good with the little engine oh yeah there's no lag utility kill the wheel if it starts to view surfing wagon wheel like you think a turbine engine yeah your turn same so there's gonna be a formula you want like 7% jet or turbine oil and then it's gonna be just the number two diesel it actually burns more thrust than if you just used to be so just use kerosene because a lot people say use kerosene diesel feels better the Cates better did you actually ride it with the longboard yeah yeah do I got like 18 videos but I just couldn't find him it's been a while sentences are fine let's trim all the way up you trim too all the way down like that little bonus to Idol of those start sequence so you hear it kick on this start kicking for me and you'll see a flame shoot out and then they'll get up to idle which is about forty thirty five thousand rpm and then slowly after it's at idle this is running on this computer because this will be attached to that like you I could use right there you can unplug this cuz you don't to write it like that it'll stay running it idle and then you slowly build up your trim and once it's a running temperature I mean just slowly ease your throttle then you'll get up to full thrust they'll do it all day as long as you have fuel I get a bigger fuel can to be honest see my new toy we turn chain CRX into a jet car we're about to give her the first start up here oh yeah some propel now this is for me so I did end up picking up the jet engine I was a little bummed out because the dude threw away the longboard you said it was cracked and I was like half the reason I wanted it cuz I wanted to see if one of you guys would ride it or something maybe funny but one of my snowboarder friend there's something to mob it I got a whole bunch of skateboard friends that would probably ride the hell out of it but either way I thought it was really cool regardless so I picked it up and I stayed up late last night going through everything I need to do to get this thing up and operational we have diesel in here mixed with a oil that is good for these engines that lubricates and he gave me two gallons like this jet engine oil so it's ten percent oil the rest is diesel the batteries he gave me were bad so luckily I'm an RC car dude and I had a whole bunch of these laying around in my storage bins and I dug up some batteries plugged him in I got everything to power up has a little fuel pump right here that plugs into this guy which is like an ECU it has this little screen right here that shows the RPM and everything the temperature all in real-time came with a radio and everything you actually use the radio to harm and start it and then you have a throttle once it's running I have not yet tried to fire it up but last night on my counter I got it too yeah I got to spool up too no starter and everything's working so the last step was just to give it some fuel and arm it and see if it fires up and we got a strap down right now to this jack so we're gonna see if this little jet engine wants to make some noise and the dude said it's ridiculously loud so be prepared for that and he did tell me he got like up to 20 miles an hour on a longboard with it and he said he was too scared to go anything past that so so I've always wanted to have one of these little engines so see if she'll fire up I had to strap it to your back with some Healy's beauty oh and sorry if it's a little dark in here you want to stay out of the heat it's all bright over there so we're just gonna aim it out of the shop door and see how she goes I just leave it going on that smoke smoking a little you know I feel it's doing through a start-up procedure Oh from what I read on the Internet oh oh oh oh oh it's on free haze fields a second things are free they can eat you just let it do this thing that wasn't you that didn't seem scary that seems awesome I'm standing here like I've got nowhere to go yeah it just says speed low on it that means turn it up yeah that means it's not happy yet I'm spending crazy though your sirness will sit there that was just an idle who knows just the idle I wasn't even going like I'm at the airport yeah music my little thing a reps did it does so we confirmed that the jet engine starts up and runs and you know we weren't happy with just that so we have this nice little platform that can be bolted to anything when we got Amelio's old razor beach cruiser scooter right here and we're modifying her into a full-blown jet scooter they've asked me for some carpentry assistance yes not only does Shawn welcome manifolds and do roll cages he also is a certified jet scooter tech hey Shawn we need a jet scooter Seymour let's send it a couple blocks of wood and some wood screws and we're about ready to go should we change out the fuel pump for a 450 a little more that's what we were thinking yeah I just need a controller on the handlebars I'm the scooter guy here so I'm gonna give her the first test rig I'll be like all right that's definitely too sketchy for no proof anyone to ride he's a professional this may be a really good idea a really bad idea either way I'm watching from the sidelines we neither need to keep a fire extinguisher nearby I got one oh you're sending the whole thing on there yeah yeah that looks bull sin that's pretty cool actually it is awesome dude God is looking like a jet ski tour dude I don't know I don't seen a jet scooter I know I've seen jet skateboards because obviously this guy had it on a longboard I've seen I've seen jet bicycles I don't know about scooters in general but it's probably the first razor beach cruiser scooter jet scooter I think we just need a handful of zip ties I think it's about ready to rock and roll and then we know the electrical tape your controller to theirs yeah I just need the throttle yeah we'll get it set up for ya well good zipping all right controls look like their check did the co their power system is mounted secured controls are secured full tank of gas holding a gas I think this is go for for test flight one we got a show brothers they go make sure the pilot ate his Wheaties you should go hey my Wheaties this morning we're good go get dressed up and pull it over should I come dressed up in my suit all right we dismount you gotta hide it from him go hide it hide it over here so he can get ready I'll go put my suit on I won't go over reactions hey we're next on the dyno dude they enlist in my carpentry skills we're ready for any fires we do need an extinguisher I got one I'll get it jump off you think it's a bad idea yes why can't guys from its fire scarlet says don't do it do not do this how long people do it though all right there we go first voyage on the jet ski came professionals only oh it's pushing him he's riding I'm Doug so after the first run we got a battery that came lose the gas tank came loose because you gotta go inside and tighten it up so I saw it that said that last time you game but the battery just shut up bro nice to hear you can do it question yeah Louis let's see what the mile-an-hour is I wanted that one to be done but I think you got to get one down there dude you went 25 miles in 25 yeah yeah nice it started dude it really starts to pick up I just keep a verge was 10 so even when you were just going up to there and then you know it sounds like an airplane taking off yeah yeah that's bad I think I don't know I think like 32 what do you think I'm gonna say 29 29 29 I think they see the pocket man pull out the phone they kept running all the way down though now they will be around and yeah I heard him up her let's see the phone slide whatever he said did they reset damn all right guys that's gonna do it for this video hope you guys enjoyed let me know what else we could strap this little jet engine to the jet scooter it was pretty good success you know we hit 25 miles an hour on this thing confirmed and then I think it went faster the second time but the GPS didn't log it on that one but this thing is sick took me a couple days to get everything figured out and I definitely learned a lot about these little model jet engines last couple days and I just want a bigger jet engine to put on something else yeah but it came out awesome so I hope you guys enjoyed it and I'll see you laterwho's out today is a good day because we get to drive why go to the shop to pick some stuff after the wreck because this time are still a little wonky but she's good enough to drive let's get to the shop kay tuned
