The Unboxing of Booster Boxes: A Pokémon Trainer's Quest

As I sit here surrounded by booster boxes, my excitement is palpable. I've been waiting for what feels like an eternity to open these packs, and finally, the moment has arrived. My goal is to make it through each pack without getting too excited, but it's proving to be a challenge.

I start by opening the first pack, and as I lift the lid, my heart skips a beat. A reverse hollow of Poltergeist or Pull T Geist could be inside, but I'm not holding out much hope. After all, what's more exciting than a regular old Pokémon? Ah, but then I see it - a rare Pokémon card! My eyes widen with excitement as I pull out the card and examine it carefully.

I continue to open pack after pack, each one filled with surprises. A tea kettle and nothing else is a disappointment, but at least it's not the most exciting thing I've ever seen. I'm like a kid in a candy store, eager to see what each pack will bring. My goal is to go to Target by 5:30 PM, where I'll meet up with Pretzel for dinner.

As I work through the packs, my energy levels begin to flag. My old PC is no match for the power of the booster boxes, and I'm starting to feel like a rookie trainer. But then, something unexpected happens - I get a rare Pokémon card! A Reverse Hollow of Poltergeist, one of the most elusive cards in the game, is mine.

I continue on, pack after pack, each one filled with surprises. I struggle with some packs more than others, but that's all part of the fun. My goal is to make it through each pack without getting too distracted, but it's proving to be a challenge. I'm like a dog chasing its tail, unable to focus on anything other than the next pack.

As I work through the packs, my excitement begins to wane. I've lost track of how many packs I've opened, and my energy levels are starting to flag. But then, something amazing happens - I get a Reverse Hollow of Combustion! This card is one of the rarest in the game, and I'm over the moon with excitement.

The final pack is like a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I'm both excited and nervous as I open the last box, wondering what it will bring. Will it be another rare card, or something even better? The suspense is killing me as I carefully lift the lid and peer inside.

And then, it happens - I get a Reverse Hollow of Passimian! This card is one of my favorites in the game, and I'm thrilled to have it. I'm so excited that I almost forget to calm down and focus on editing this video. But for now, I just want to bask in the glory of this amazing pack.

As I continue to edit this video, I reflect on how far I've come as a Pokémon trainer. From struggling with simple booster boxes to opening packs like a pro, it's been a wild ride. And yet, despite all the excitement and anticipation, I'm still just one pack away from my ultimate goal - becoming a true Pokémon master.

But for now, I'll just have to be content with this amazing collection of Pokémon cards. I'll add them to my special collection, along with some other rare and unique cards that I've collected over the years. And who knows? Maybe someday, I'll even become the champion of the Pokémon League.

For now, though, it's time to wrap up this video and move on to more important things. Like buying more booster boxes, and opening them until the wee hours of the morning. It's a tough life, but someone has to do it.

cards purely from a monetary perspective i'm not gonna lie like i just wanted to gamble on some pokemon cards and see what i could find and try to flip those cards but with that said gotta be honest guys in the process of trying to find cards for flipping which by the way i flipped none of them yet i've become addicted so yeah my name is david franco and i'm once again addicted to pokemon cards i say once again because i was one of the og collectors i don't really talk about it too much but i was born in the 80s so i'm a 90s kid i grew up collecting pokemon cards i actually used to sell pokemon cards in high school which was great i mean back when i was what 16 17 18 years old it was just nice making some side cash um but while at the same time forming a hobby but anyway i just want to give you guys a back story i am by no means a pokemon expert i'm just now getting back into this like i'm just now getting back into it um i recently opened these off camera i got a scoop up net we'll activate the iphone camera here scoop up that trainer card foil which is pretty cool and i looked this up i think it's worth like what twenty dollars max and this this is one of the first cards i pulled the other day a mega charizard ex foil look at that that is a beautiful card beautiful card psa 9 or psa 10 i think it goes for like 150 to 200 but without psa i think i can get like 60 to 80 for it now i was originally going to list it on ebay but then i was like now david it's just too too beautiful of a card uh so i'm gonna keep this for myself however with that said it doesn't mean i'm not going to sell any of these cards today so let's get back into this guys let's dive into these 36 packs of sword and shield darkness ablaze i bought all these cards for about 160 i think that's a good deal based on my research people are actually paying more on ebay so i think i got a good deal also i had to make one thing clear this is new to me this this whole opening pokemon cards on camera thing with the whole iphone pointing down and all that stuff so i'm gonna be a bit of a noob um i don't know what is that good and what's not worth having i mean i have a general idea it's common sense but yeah i'm just gonna throw that out there so please don't don't be too harsh on me uh but in the comments i am asking you this in the comments please let me know of any uh pointers i should be on the lookout for uh whether there's like some rare cards that i missed in today's video or certain details and cards that i should be looking for like themes or maybe rarities so let me know okay something i expected to say in 2021 and i suppose that's what makes life so interesting hello everybody how are you today my name is david franco i am a full-time content creator i say that part in the very beginning of the video for a reason because i i don't know what my life is going to bring upon me the next day or the next week last year i got into ebay and this year i'm extending my ebay discoveries if you will because recently i got back into pokemon cards purely from a monetary perspective i'm not gonna lie like i just wanted to gamble on some pokemon cards and see what i could find and try to flip those cards but with that said gotta be honest guys in the process of trying to find cards for flipping which by the way i flipped none of them yet i've become addicted so yeah my name is david franco and i'm once again addicted to pokemon cards i say once again because i was one of the og collectors i don't really talk about it too much but i was born in the 80s so i'm a 90s kid i grew up collecting pokemon cards i actually used to sell pokemon cards in high school which was great i mean back when i was what 16 17 18 years old it was just nice making some side cash um but while at the same time forming a hobby but anyway i just want to give you guys a back story i am by no means a pokemon expert i'm just now getting back into this like i'm just now getting back into it um i recently opened these off camera i got a scoop up net we'll activate the iphone camera here scoop up that trainer card foil which is pretty cool and i looked this up i think it's worth like what twenty dollars max and this this is one of the first cards i pulled the other day a mega charizard ex foil look at that that is a beautiful card beautiful card psa 9 or psa 10 i think it goes for like 150 to 200 but without psa i think i can get like 60 to 80 for it now i was originally going to list it on ebay but then i was like now david it's just too too beautiful of a card uh so i'm gonna keep this for myself however with that said it doesn't mean i'm not going to sell any of these cards today so let's get back into this guys let's dive into these 36 packs of sword and shield darkness ablaze i bought all these cards for about 160 i think that's a good deal based on my research people are actually paying more on ebay so i think i got a good deal also i had to make one thing clear this is new to me this this whole opening pokemon cards on camera thing with the whole iphone pointing down and all that stuff so i'm gonna be a bit of a noob um i don't know what is that good and what's not worth having i mean i have a general idea it's common sense but yeah i'm just gonna throw that out there so please don't don't be too harsh on me uh but in the comments i am asking you this in the comments please let me know of any uh pointers i should be on the lookout for uh whether there's like some rare cards that i missed in today's video or certain details and cards that i should
