The Luxury Yacht of the Future: Adonis by Fury On

Amazon's Alexa is indeed cool and all, but wouldn't it be even better if it came wrapped up in a luxury multi-million pound yacht? That's exactly what Fury On has done with their new creation, the Adonis. This 78-foot yacht may not be the biggest in the world, but it makes up for its size with on-board smarts that will make you wonder how you ever lived without them.

At the heart of these smart features is an artificial intelligence system called Angel, which provides weather updates for whatever glorious Caribbean location you're currently in. It's hard to imagine a more idyllic setting than surrounded by sunshine and crystal-clear waters. But the Adonis isn't just about relaxation - it also allows you to order food from its onboard kitchen, made by a fancy chef who has been brought along specifically to cater to your culinary needs.

But that's not all - the Adonis also comes equipped with advanced control systems that allow you to manage your music and even guide you through yoga workouts in the comfort of your own bedroom. And if you want to take your yoga practice outside, you can do so on deck, where you'll feel like you're doing a very real Sun Salutation. The assistant uses facial recognition enabled by a fleet of onboard cameras, which not only personalize recommendations for whoever's around but also suggest new clothes based on your sizes and shopping preferences.

It's worth noting that being style shamed by your own boat is apparently something that all rich people want to avoid, which is why the Adonis comes equipped with these cameras. They also act as security surveillance, pinging you if it detects anyone who shouldn't be on board. And if that's not enough, the boat can automatically deploy a drone for the top deck to scan the surrounding area for potential threats.

Of course, this isn't just about security - the Adonis is also designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable. You can ask it to use the drone to take pretty photos of the area, or interact with it using smart mirrors that are essentially giant touchscreen tablets. These mirrors will show you your own beautiful yacht-owning face on screen, as well as any upcoming appointments, nearby points of interest, or even videos that you might want to watch.

The Adonis was shown off at this year's CES in Las Vegas, and while it's still in a bit of a concept form, Fury On has given us an idea of what we can expect when it goes on sale. And if five million pounds is a little too rich for your blood, don't worry - you can always get yourself into a Lexus and put it on a rowing boat, hoping to strike it big at the roulette tables.

So what do you think of the Adonis? Is five million pounds for essentially a glorified water-going Alexa a little bit too much? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. And don't forget to LIKE and subscribe for more from CNET!
