Hey Guys, To Myself Here Welcome Back to the Channel

Today, I want to talk about a specific topic, which is iPhone 12 and 12 Pro sound issues. This has become sort of a popular comment or question on my YouTube videos and YouTube community post. I've noticed that more users have started to express concerns and I noticed that some users don't know about a current recall happening with iPhone 12 and 12 Pro.

The Issue

The issue that I want to talk about today only affects iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models, this does not affect iPhone 12 mini or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Apple has made it very clear on this post which I'll link in the description down below as you can see here they have determined that a small percentage of iPhone 12 and 12 Pro devices may experience sound issues due to a component that might fail within the receiver module affected devices were manufactured between October of 2020 and April of 2021.

If your iPhone 12 or 12 Pro does not admit any sound from the receiver when you make or receive a phone call, you may be eligible for a free repair. Now, this is the page that you want to refer to again links will be in the description down below this page Apple provides information on how to get a certified Apple uh retailer to repair your device if you're having this issues or actually take it to Apple themselves and there's additional information that Apple provides here.

This will not extend the warranty of your iPhone or anything like that, but you will be entitled to a free repair if when you receive a phone call on your iPhone 12 or 12 Pro and you don't hear any sound even though the mute switch is not on then this could be the issue. If you're having this issue which I've noticed many of you guys are as you guys have expressed some of these concerns in my YouTube videos comments and as well as the YouTube community post, then I would recommend you head on to the links in the description.
