4 Healthy ONE DISH Dinner Ideas!

**My Go-To Dinner Favorites**

As you can see from my channel, I love cooking and trying out new recipes. In this article, I'll share with you three of my favorite dinner recipes that I just can't get enough of.

**Recipe 1: Garlic Shrimp Pasta**

I'm starting off with a simple yet flavorful garlic shrimp pasta dish. This recipe is perfect for those who love a good garlic sauce. The key to this dish is the combination of sautéed garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. I like to use just one saucepan to make this dish, which makes it easy to clean up and cook. To start, I heat some oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Then, I add in my garlic, which I let simmer for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Next, I add in some chopped parsley and lemon juice, which gives the dish its bright and tangy flavor. Finally, I toss everything together with cooked pasta, and voilà! A delicious and easy-to-make dinner that's perfect for any night of the week.

**Recipe 2: Veggie Fajitas**

My next favorite recipe is veggie fajitas. This dish is a staple in my household, and I just can't get enough of it. To start, I heat some oil in a large sauté pan over high heat. Then, I add in my onions, which take a little bit longer to cook than the other ingredients. After a couple minutes, I add in some chopped bell peppers and sometimes even add a poblano pepper if I'm feeling fancy. The real star of this dish is the mushrooms – I like to use portobello mushrooms that give it a meaty feel. I then load up the pan with spices such as chili powder, cumin, lemon pepper, and salt, which gives the dish its bold flavor. Finally, I cover the pan and let it cook for about 5-8 minutes until the veggies are tender. Towards the end, I add some chopped garlic to give it a bit of zing. I serve everything over paleo wraps, which are made from coconut meat – they're addictive!

**Recipe 3: Cajun-Style Foil Bake**

Last but not least, I have a new favorite recipe that I recently tried at a restaurant and fell in love with. It's a simple yet flavorful cajun-style foil bake. To start, I line an oven pan with foil pockets to make cleanup easy. Then, I add some chopped onions, small red potatoes sliced into quarters, and a couple pieces of fresh corn – optional but delicious! Next, I add some spicy chicken sausage, which gives the dish its bold flavor. After that, I add a few pieces of raw shrimp, 2-3 tablespoons of white wine or chicken stock (whichever you have on hand), and finally, a handful of Old Bay seasoning. To finish, I fold up my foil packets nice and tightly and pop them into a 400-degree oven for about 30 minutes. When I open them up, the steam is hot, but everything inside is perfectly tender and incredibly flavorful.
