Forget about AirPower _ Alogic Wireless Charging Dock

The Struggle is Real: A Review of Wireless Chargers

As someone who has tried their fair share of wireless chargers, I can attest that they often come with some type of gotcha or little hang-up that makes them frustrating to use. One common problem is that they only have one wireless charging zone, which means if you're only charging one device, it's fine, but if you want to charge your AirPods or something else that's wirelessly charging at the same time, they don't work. On the other hand, some chargers have multiple charging coils, but sometimes one device will charge just fine, while others might not. In addition, some chargers seem like they're made out of butter, meaning whatever device you put on top, it's going to slide off in the middle of the night and you'll wake up with a phone that didn't get charged.

Fortunately, there are solutions to these problems, and A-Logic is leading the way with their wireless chargers. Starting with the Aeologic 3-in-One Wireless Charger, this device offers two wireless charging zones, which means you can charge either two phones or what's more common, probably a phone and a pair of AirPods. The charger also comes with a USB-A port that powers 10 watts out and allows you to charge a third device, such as an iPad or Apple Watch. This versatility is a major plus for those who need to charge multiple devices at once.

The design of the Aeologic 3-in-One Wireless Charger is also noteworthy. Both chargers look extremely similar and are very minimal, with a simple metal body and woven fabric top that's subtle enough to blend in with any decor. The only feature that really stands out is the small rubberized Qi logo on top of the wireless charging pads, which makes it easy to place your devices on top. For those who have to charge their Apple Watch, the 401 Charger has an integrated Apple Watch charger that allows you to charge your watch, AirPods, and phone all on one device, with a USB port for a fourth accessory.

One of the standout features of both the Aeologic 3-in-One and 401 Chargers is the fabric topping. The combination of this fabric and rubberized Qi logo seems to hold devices in place incredibly well, which is reassuring when placing your phone or AirPods down at night. This feature has also helped me avoid the frustration of waking up with a partially charged device.

Another notable feature of both chargers is the oversized charging coil on one side of the Aeologic 3-in-One Wireless Charger's left charging pad. This means you can be a little less precise when placing your phone down, and still ensure it's on the charger. Most chargers have small circular charging pads, which can make it difficult to get your device centered if it's just a hair off. The Aeologic 3-in-One Wireless Charger's unique shape allows for more flexibility in placement.

For those who need to charge multiple devices at once, both chargers offer the ability to do so on one side. However, the 401 Charger offers this functionality on both sides of the charger. One thing that might be a drawback for some users is that these chargers are powered over USB-C, which means they require any existing USB-C cables or charging blocks to function. This can be convenient for travel, as you can easily take your charger and power cord with you.

In conclusion, I've been using the Aeologic 3-in-One Wireless Charger on my nightstand for the last couple of weeks, and it's been a game-changer for me. The ability to charge multiple devices at once without having a tangled mess of cables is a blessing. What sets this charger apart from others I've tried is its sleek design, versatility, and attention to detail. If you're in the market for a new wireless charger, I highly recommend checking out the Aeologic 3-in-One and 401 Chargers.

You can purchase both chargers on Amazon or at the A-Logic website. The Aeologic 3-in-One Wireless Charger is available for $89.99, while the 401 Charger costs $109.99.

to have some type of gotcha or a little hang up that makes them frustrating to use you know a lot of times they're just a single wireless charger which means if you're only charging one device it's fine but if you want to charge your airpods or something else that's wirelessly charging at the same time they don't work other times if you have multiple charging coils sometimes one device will charge just fine but when you put two on either power draws too much so it can't keep up or worse the device itself the charger itself cuts back on the amount of charging it can do when you have multiple devices plugged in and then other times the charger itself seems like it's made out of butter which means whatever device you put on top it's going to slide off in the middle of the night and you're going to wake up with a phone that didn't get charged fortunately with a logix 3 in one and form wireless chargers they're looking to solve those problems in a clean and simple way now starting off with the aeologic three-in-one wireless charger you get a pair of wireless charging zones which means you can charge either two phones or what's more common probably is a phone and a pair of airpods and then on the back you get a usb-a port that powers 10 watts out and allows you to charge a third device whatever that may be could be an ipad it could be an apple watch just whatever other usb device you may need to charge now with the 401 charger you get all those same things but you also get an integrated apple watch charger that allows you to charge your apple watch your airpods and your phone all on the device and then have that usb port for that fourth accessory whatever that may be in your life now aesthetically speaking both wireless chargers look extremely similar and they're both very minimal they're simple metal body and woven fabric top is very subtle and something you could have on a nightstand or a desk without calling any kind of attention to it in fact the only thing that really calls any attention at all on either of these chargers is the small like rubberized qi logo that's on the top of the wireless charging pads which really just shows you where the center of those charging coils is which makes it easier to place your devices on top now with the apple watch charger on the foreign one that does stick up a little bit more but the rest of the charger is very low profile so it really isn't a big deal and like i said it makes it really easy to just throw your watch on there before you go to bed or when you're sitting at your desk and top it up real quick i'm also a really big fan of the fabric topping on both the wireless chargers because the combination of that fabric and then that rubberized chi logo seems like it really holds my phone in place really well which is reassuring when i put my phone down at night my airpods down at night that i know that i'm gonna wake up with my phone still on the charging pad and still charging which is something that i can't say the same about other wireless chargers another really great feature of both wireless charging pads is that the left charging pad the phone side of the charging pad actually has an oversized charging coil meaning that you can be a little less precise when you're placing your phone down and still make sure that it's on the charger now a lot of chargers are fairly small circular chargers so if you're off center just a little bit you're falling outside the spectrum of kind of where that charging coil is or with the aeologic chargers because it's kind of an oval shape or a squirkle shape you can actually get it off to the side left or right or up and down just a little bit and still get a full charge it may not charge quite as fast but if you're putting your phone down overnight you're still going to have a full battery when you wake up in the morning now on the right hand side of the actual charging dock like i said is another wireless charging zone that's really ideal for air pods but that doesn't mean you couldn't also charge a phone on that side as well it really just depends on both which dock you're choosing to start with if you get the one with the apple watch charger the four in one the apple watch charger might get in the way but if you do the three in one you could actually put two phones side by side depending on the phones themselves and charge them both so that's something to consider if you're looking for a way to charge multiple devices another great feature of both the three in one and four and one dock is the fact that they're powered over usbc and that means that i can take any of my usbc cables and any of my usbc charging blocks and actually use those to power the device that's going to make this really convenient for travel if i ever need to go somewhere i can just throw the charger in my bag along with my power cord that i'm already using for my macbook or for my ipad i know that that's also going to work to charge my devices wirelessly now for me personally i've been using the 411 wireless charger on my nightstand for the last couple weeks and it's been great to have a way to charge my phone my airpods my watch and have all that stuff all right next to my bed without having a rat's list of cables to charge all my different devices so i've tried a lot of different wireless chargers in the past the aeologic 3-1 and 401 docks have been the first to really address all of my complaints and needs out of a wireless charger in a nice simple stylish elegant sort of way you can pick up the three on one charging dock at the a-logic amazon store for 89.99 the 401 dock for 109.99 or you can view the entire collection of wireless chargers and other charging accessories both at their website
