Asus ZenBook 13 (UX333) Most Compact 13.3' Laptop

I like the track but also moving to the keyboard I really like the keyboard travel there is a good amount of travel on the keyboard so it's comfortable to actually type now moving to another thing that I like with this laptop is that when you open the led of this laptop it actually lifts up the laptop and I think so that is the reason that the laptop actually does not get hot even when you use it extended because it lifts it and he dissipates from the bottom asus calls this the a or go left and it actually works now let me quickly break it down between the pros and cons what I like about this one and one of the things things that I do not like first thing I really liked about this laptop is that though it is a very compact and light laptop the fan hardly comes on this one the fans only came when I tried some benchmark and I was doing and trying some 4k video editing I mean those situations the fan came and when the fan comes also it's not very loud so for the most part I would say if you're a general user and stuff the fan won't be there so it doesn't distract you I really like that fact it's a very quite laptop moving to another big fact about this laptop it's a pretty compact laptop so if you don't want big laptops then this is the one to go the 13.3 and choice and as you can see you can easily hold it in your single hand like this also moving to the screen quality I really like the skin quality and I also like the fact that it has very thin bezels almost 95% screen to body ratio hence it feels actually very immersive and the quality of the screen is actually very good though it's just a 1080p screen but the quality is really nice now I'm going to another thing that I liked with this one we also get the NVIDIA GeForce MX 150 GPU on this one which is a man it's better than the integrated GPU that we get on other laptops hence even for some heavy tasks like video editing or even for some light or medium gaming this laptop is good because many of the other laptops in this range that come with a portable form factor do not have a dedicated GPU but you have that option of a dedicated Nvidia chip you on this one now moving to the battery life it shows claims that it has a 50 whatever actually bad for you on this one and on the spec sheet they say that it is a about 14 hours of battery-life I get that kind of battery life but my battery life you said she was wearing between about six to nine hours and this is mixed usage guys so if you're sort of a casual office kind of a user and stuff yes it can give you about nine to about ten hours of battery life so again the battery life is also good now let's move to some of the cons that I do not like as I've told you I'd really like the keyboard and also the keyboard is backlit so you don't have to worry about it but if you notice the keyboard right side portion the shift key is actually really really small and I'm so used to hitting the shift key from the right I was making a lot of typos during the last one and a half days so again you've gotta get used to the same I if they should have put a larger shift key as they have done on the left side one now I'm going to another thing is that as I told you the screen quality is really good but this is not a touchscreen and we don't even have an option of the touchscreen also moving to RAM the maximum RAM at least for this 13.3 inch model it's just eight gigabytes of RAM we don't have an option of sixteen gigabytes of RAM and lastly moving to the ports I like the selection of ports on this one I don't have a problem with that but this USB type-c port you cannot charge the laptop with this one I feel they should have given that and also this USB type-c port is not a thunderbolt port so these are some of the things that I did not like with this locked up but overall I would say if you're looking for a light very ultra compact laptop you can certainly have a look at this one and this is the Core i5 a variant and the core i5 variant starts at about 72 thousand rupees in India but you can also configure it with the core i7 processor again I'll have some links in the description below for more info anyways guys that's it for now for this quick overview of this Asus Zenbook 13

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is raunchy than in this video we have a look at this new Asus Zenbook which is actually a compact a laptop from Asus this was just launched in India and actually they launched in three variants 13 14 and 15 and two variant but the Asus claims that this 13.3 inch variant is the most compact laptop in the world so let's have a closer look at the same so guys this is the Asus Zenbook and as you can see even on the track part we have some numerical stuff so it comes like this and as I mentioned it comes in three variants 13 inch 14 inch and even a 15 inch it opens just like this says in in search of incredible looks like something is there here so looks like we also get a carrying pouch in this so as you can see we have a Susa branded carrying pouch and just keep that to the side and looks like this is the laptop itself you come back to the laptop later let's see what else do we get and this so looks like the power cables the power adapter are at the box and just keep that to the side and we also get one more actually download this is for your Ethernet so you're having that USB type 2 Ethernet dongle so that's what we have in the bottom manuals and stuff let's just put this box to the side and let's open the laptop itself and guys it feels actually really light now they came it's a 13.3 inch screen and as you can see here this finish is that metallic finish that it gives this bottom media feeds like plastic over here and let's just open this up and give you an idea let me open this so here you have the what is a laptop and as you can see it has the chiclet type keys and there is some travel to it and we also have numeric pad over here I think so we can peel this off well peel that till later and it also says here that it has Harman Kardon and this is known as the Asus Zenbook 13 and this is supposed to be having a 13.3 inch screen so let's just also dust IR camera for Windows hello it says over here military-grade quality and cooling and of course guys you get this in various model so this is the I 5 variant you also get I 7 if you want let's first talk about the port this is where your power adapter will go good to see a full size HDMI port over here we also have a standard USB port and we also have a USB type-c port and some vents to dissipate the heat over here and on this end look this one looks like a micro SD card slot another USB port this is your headphone jack and these are some LED let's that will glow when the machine is powered on and the thing is that guys it's having a 13.3 inch screen and they have actually managed to fit this one in such a small size and in fact I'll show you some other laptops later on to give you an idea how compact it is and it's supposed to have very less bezel so let's just power it on and let's see the bezels and it actually looks pretty good premium so guys have now just setup this one and the thing to notice that notice how then are the bezels that's how they are able to fit in a 13.3 inch screen in this one as the bezels are actually really really less on this one also it has that Windows hello I'll show you that so they haven't compromised on that so that's why it feels actually so big the screen actually if you look like this just floats over here because the minimum bezels that they have also the keyboard is actually backlit you can increase the brightness I'll show you in a darker environment and if you notice this notice this trackpad over here there's a regular trackpad but if you click on this the number pad actually also comes here so that's also pretty nice and I like the feel of the keyboard we do actually have some physical now what do you say travel in the keyboard so it will be nice for typing now to give you an idea guys how small this one is actually as I've mentioned this is having a 13.3 inch screen and you know that this MacBook Air is also a 13-inch actually laptop very popular let me actually place it or that so that you will have an idea how compact this one is and as you can see very very more compact and also this is actually pretty light at this issue Zenbook 13-inch and if I also have actually the MacBook Pro 13 inch this one I had purchased last year and to give me an idea let's just place it over that again and as you can see this is significantly smaller so because of that screen very small bezels they have actually managed to fit and 13.3 and screen and this one so I would say it's also has done a very good job in that and that way the whole laptop is very portable and it feels like actually a 11.5 inch or a 12 inch laptop not a 13.3 inch laptop going to the configuration this zento 13 as having a 13.3 inch full HD IPS LCD screen with a 95% screen to body ratio it is part by the into eighth generation Core i5 the quad core processor but it also comes in a core i7 model if you want it also has two integrated until 620 graphics but apart from that it also has the nvidia geforce MX 150 GPU option with 2gb of VRAM moving to store it it has a PCIe SSD with 256 or 512 GB storage it also has a 3d IR camera and this way is just 1.19 kgs so now let me also give you an overview what do I feel about this Asus Zenbook 13 laptop has been actually using it for the past two and a half days and the first thing that I really liked is the trackpad is actually really responsive and even the multi-finger gestures of Windows work very well on this so I had no problems with the trackpad gently on Windows laptop the track but can be very flaky I like the track but also moving to the keyboard I really like the keyboard travel there is a good amount of travel on the keyboard so it's comfortable to actually type now moving to another thing that I like with this laptop is that when you open the led of this laptop it actually lifts up the laptop and I think so that is the reason that the laptop actually does not get hot even when you use it extended because it lifts it and he dissipates from the bottom asus calls this the a or go left and it actually works now let me quickly break it down between the pros and cons what I like about this one and one of the things things that I do not like first thing I really liked about this laptop is that though it is a very compact and light laptop the fan hardly comes on this one the fans only came when I tried some benchmark and I was doing and trying some 4k video editing I mean those situations the fan came and when the fan comes also it's not very loud so for the most part I would say if you're a general user and stuff the fan won't be there so it doesn't distract you I really like that fact it's a very quite laptop moving to another big fact about this laptop it's a pretty compact laptop so if you don't want big laptops then this is the one to go the 13.3 and choice and as you can see you can easily hold it in your single hand like this also moving to the screen quality I really like the skin quality and I also like the fact that it has very thin bezels almost 95% screen to body ratio hence it feels actually very immersive and the quality of the screen is actually very good though it's just a 1080p screen but the quality is really nice now I'm going to another thing that I liked with this one we also get the NVIDIA GeForce MX 150 GPU on this one which is a man it's better than the integrated GPU that we get on other laptops hence even for some heavy tasks like video editing or even for some light or medium gaming this laptop is good because many of the other laptops in this range that come with a portable form factor do not have a dedicated GPU but you have that option of a dedicated Nvidia chip you on this one now moving to the battery life it shows claims that it has a 50 whatever actually bad for you on this one and on the spec sheet they say that it is a about 14 hours of battery-life I get that kind of battery life but my battery life you said she was wearing between about six to nine hours and this is mixed usage guys so if you're sort of a casual office kind of a user and stuff yes it can give you about nine to about ten hours of battery life so again the battery life is also good now let's move to some of the cons that I do not like as I've told you I'd really like the keyboard and also the keyboard is backlit so you don't have to worry about it but if you notice the keyboard right side portion the shift key is actually really really small and I'm so used to hitting the shift key from the right I was making a lot of typos during the last one and a half days so again you've gotta get used to the same I if they should have put a larger shift key as they have done on the left side one now I'm going to another thing is that as I told you the screen quality is really good but this is not a touchscreen and we don't even have an option of the touchscreen also moving to RAM the maximum RAM at least for this 13.3 inch model it's just eight gigabytes of RAM we don't have an option of sixteen gigabytes of RAM and lastly moving to the ports I like the selection of ports on this one I don't have a problem with that but this USB type-c port you cannot charge the laptop with this one I feel they should have given that and also this USB type-c port is not a thunderbolt port so these are some of the things that I did not like with this locked up but overall I would say if you're looking for a light very ultra compact laptop you can certainly have a look at this one and this is the Core i5 a variant and the core i5 variant starts at about 72 thousand rupees in India but you can also configure it with the core i7 processor again I'll have some links in the description below for more info anyways guys that's it for now for this quick overview of this Asus Zenbook 13 do let me know what do you think about this laptop and guys if you're still not subscribed to my youtube channel hit that subscribe button this is Ranjith and I hope to see you in
