**Unreal Squads and Pro Players**
I was recently fortunate enough to hop into some Unreal squads with some of the best players in the world. These matches were truly insane, and I got to play against some top-tier opponents. What struck me most was how much skill and practice went into each match. Even with my own gaming experience, it was clear that these pros had a level of expertise that was hard to replicate.
Clicks, one of the pro players in our squad, mentioned something that really stuck with me: "The best pro players play with the best pro players." This is exactly how I felt when I was playing with this group. The competition was fierce, and I knew I had to step up my game if I wanted to keep up. Flix and Booga, two of the best players in the world, were on our team, and I got to see firsthand what it takes to be at their level.
In one match, I found myself facing off against a really tough opponent. Despite being outgunned, I managed to hold my own and even land a few impressive shots. Clicks was impressed with my performance and told me that I had "knocked one not two, I'm one shot this guy right here 30." It was a great feeling to know that I could hang with the best of them.
However, it wasn't all smooth sailing. In another match, we played in 2v2 tokens against another team. My opponent, who would later reveal himself as Clicks, was wearing gamer glasses and looking focused. Despite my best efforts, he managed to take me down early on. I asked him if he had any tips for improving, and he told me that all it took was a little practice and confidence.
**Gamer Glasses**
Before our match, I noticed that my opponent had a pair of gamer glasses on his face. At first, I thought they might be some sort of gimmick or distraction, but as the game began, I realized that they were actually helping him see better. In one instance, he managed to take me down with a lucky shot from behind, and I was impressed by how quickly he could react.
Clicks told me later that the glasses had become a familiar sight for him over time, and it didn't even register as an unusual thing anymore. He joked about how much it helped him focus, saying "I feel like fighting for something." It was clear that his confidence in the glasses was unwavering.
**The Wall**
During one particularly intense moment in our match, I found myself trying to navigate around a wall to get a better angle on my opponent. However, things didn't quite go as planned. Clicks quickly realized what I was up to and started moving towards me. He even joked about how he could "predict where you're going to try to go." It was clear that he had studied the maps extensively and knew exactly where the walls were.
Despite my best efforts, I couldn't get a good shot off. Clicks told me later that he had anticipated what I would do and had already positioned himself accordingly. He even admitted that I had managed to "poop on him" – meaning, I had played better than expected.
**The 1v1 Showdown**
After our team match, we decided to take it up a notch with a 1v1 showdown between me and Clicks. The stakes were high, as the winner would get to claim bragging rights. Clicks was confident in his abilities and told me that I wouldn't stand a chance.
As the game began, it quickly became clear that he was right. Despite my best efforts, I found myself struggling to keep up with him. However, something strange happened when we started editing footage of our gameplay together. Clicks suddenly seemed more relaxed and focused, and his performance improved dramatically.
For the first time in a long while, I felt like I could actually compete with him at his level. We went back and forth, exchanging shots and counter-shots. In the end, it was me who came out on top, taking five rounds before he did. As we wrapped up our match, Clicks told me that all it took was a little bit of practice and confidence to take my gameplay to the next level.
**The Advice**
As we parted ways, I asked Clicks if he had any advice for me as a player. He looked at me with a serious expression and said "Believe in yourself." It was a simple yet profound message that stuck with me long after our match was over.
I realized that my own confidence and self-doubt were major roadblocks to improving my gameplay. By believing in myself, I knew that I could overcome any obstacle and push myself to be the best player I could be. Clicks' words of wisdom will stay with me for a long time, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have learned from him.
