How I Will Remember Steve Jobs

**The Passing of Steve Jobs: A Reflection**

It feels strange to feel like I lost a friend, especially someone I never met. In many ways, Steve Jobs changed my life. Before I started getting into tech, I was in marketing and working at a job that I was miserable at. My first video ever on YouTube was an unboxing of a MacBook Pro, and my first few dozen videos were primarily based on Apple products. This marked the beginning of my career path, one that ultimately led me to TechnoBuffalo.

Without that MacBook Pro, I wouldn't have started making videos. I didn't know how to use it at all, so I figured I'd make videos as a way to learn and maybe help others in the process. The Mac became my first computer, and it taught me everything I needed to know about video production. It was my first foray into creating content, and it set the stage for my future endeavors.

I often think back on that MacBook Pro and how it changed my life. It's a reminder that sometimes, all it takes is one thing to spark an interest or change our path in life. For me, it was the Mac that got me into tech, and from there, I never looked back. The impact Steve Jobs had on technology and business cannot be overstated.

He changed the way companies look at hardware, software, and even business models. His innovative approach to design and user experience set a new standard for industries across the board. The proliferation of smartphones and technologies that followed would have likely emerged without Apple's influence. It's hard to imagine a world where we wouldn't have the iPhone or the iPad today.

In many ways, Steve Jobs is seen as the modern-day Da Vinci – an artist, inventor, and entrepreneur who left an indelible mark on our world. His passing at 56 is a sobering reminder of how fragile life can be. Cancer has affected me personally, and I'm sure it's had the same impact on many others. When we lose someone like Steve Jobs, it's not just a loss for their family or fans but also for us as individuals.

Steve Jobs' legacy is more than just his company; it's about the people he inspired and the lives he touched. He made us remember our grandparents, friends who passed away years ago, and loved ones we thought we'd never see again. His impact will be felt for generations to come.

**A Tribute to Steve Jobs**

I'm still trying to process my emotions after hearing the news of Steve Jobs' passing yesterday. To my dad, who appreciates technology but doesn't know much about it, I asked him how he felt upon learning about Mr. Jobs' passing. His response was poignant – he likened it to the death of John Lennon, saying we feel privileged to have been alive during a time when we were part of something that changed the world.

This resonated with me deeply. Steve Jobs may not have been personally part of the Beatles, but his influence on popular culture is undeniable.
