Soundcore Liberty Air 2 PRO - FULL IN DEPTH REVIEW

**Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Earbuds Review**

The Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro earbuds come with a smooth lid that slides open, featuring a little ridge to indicate which side to open the case from. The soundcore logo is also visible on top, along with a mirror blue finish. A button on the back of the case serves as a pairing button, accompanied by a USB-C charging port covered in a matte texture.

**Design**

Unfortunately, I have to say that my least favorite thing about these earbuds is their design. They seem to be trying to copy the AirPods' design, which is fine, but personally, I prefer earbuds that fit snugly into your ear. These ones even protrude more than the AirPods One and can feel a bit uncomfortable in certain situations. On the underside of the stem, there are magnets and two contact points for charging, accompanied by an LED indicator on top.

**Touch Functions**

The touch functions on these earbuds are okay, but not quite as responsive as I would like. The whole stem is completely flat, which can make it a bit tricky to navigate. However, the earbuds do come with exchangeable ear tips in multiple options, which can be a nice feature for those who want more customization.

**Connectivity**

When it comes to pairing, these earbuds have made some improvements over their predecessors. When paired with an iPhone 11 Pro Max, they connected easily and quickly, without needing to go through the usual setup process of connecting to a specific model like the Soundcore Liberty Air or Liberty Air Pro. On Android, the process is even simpler, as you only need to pair one device.

**Personal Experience**

After using these earbuds for about a week, I can confidently say that they are a great option. They have excellent audio quality and decent microphone performance. While their other features could be improved upon – such as ambient mode and the case size – overall, these earbuds offer a solid value for their price.

**Conclusion**

In my opinion, the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro earbuds are a great choice for those in the market for new earbuds. They offer excellent audio quality and decent microphone performance, making them suitable for everyday use. While there's room for improvement in certain areas, such as design and additional features, these earbuds are definitely worth considering. second pair they'll be giving away to one lucky winner so be sure to check the description for the giveaway details but let's get right into the packaging open up says pure sound targeted active noise cancellation hybrid anc interesting pure note technology we got some specs on the back in different languages all right let's open them up got a nice little graphic right here very nice very interested to try these out okay opening them up we got the case pretty small little case not too bad the smooth sliding movement oh i like that i like that we got the buds themselves we got the little stem design but they are really good looking actually very nice all right see what else we got underneath here pull up our little tab underneath we got a usbc cable with a nice touch of a velcro strap very nice very nice and we got all of our ear tips right down here got small ones well we got every size we can think of you got all of them sweet all right now for the price these sound core liberty air 2 pros go for around 130 us dollars they come in four different colors the two i've got are the black ones and the blue ones they're actually called onyx black and sapphire blue the other two colors they come in are crystal pink and titanium white all right let's get into the audio quality these new sound cores have a lot to live up to their predecessor already had amazing audio quality and that pretty much killed all the competition and they also won my blind audio test after listening to them for a good amount of time this is my conclusion they sound really really good definitely on par with the last generation maybe even a bit crispier the bass is super super good i'm not sure why the sound of the bass is just so crisp the mids and the trebles are also very good and honestly these are my favorite earbuds to listen to at the moment they're just like they're just so good and you can fully adjust them with the equalizer and these set presets in the app you have plenty of options like bass boost bass reducer acoustic and just so many more so luke trying out the soundcore liberty air 2 pros right here give them a go how do you feel about them i like the case i like how it opens it looks cool i think the base is pretty good oh that stuff is good the vocals aren't that good they're not that clear keep it a stack they didn't sound that great um but the music and not the vocals was pretty solid so you can actually go into this app right and you can adjust everything really try again real quick all right if you don't like the vocals you can do vocal all right we'll change it's pretty similar i mean they're good okay i feel like i'm in the office should i just get them yeah should i start yeah just put them in your ears and try them out i like the case so just there there i feel like the case is a little really open all right here we go because like with airpods they go in well i think the the base was good the sound quality was kind of like what luke said wasn't the clearest they also have active noise cancellation and ambient mode they have a bunch of options for the noise cancellation and the ambient mode and they seem pretty cool here's what the app looks like these are all the settings you get for noise cancellation and these are all the settings you get for ambient mode now these seem legitimate but there's one major issue and that is the microphones the microphones are very weak and it's almost difficult to tell sometimes if the active noise cancellation or the ambient mode is on there is even a dedicated voice mode where you can hear voices decently but this ambient mode is far worse than ones unlike the airpods pro and the galaxy buds plus like for example those literally sound like your ear but these sound cores sound far worse than them they kind of sound like they just have something blocking your ear it's i don't know what it is if you were thinking to buy these for the ambi mode do not buy them for the ambient mode as for the active noise cancellation this is what i have to say the active noise cancellation is really good they seem to block out pretty much everything pretty well as long as you're playing music along with it you also have all sorts of different modes for active noise cancellation that you can try out i use the indoor mode at the gym today and it seemed to work pretty well so overall ambient mode kind of sucks noise cancelling is good now for the mic quality as always the mic quality is very important and their predecessor was pretty good at the my quality let's see how these do okay this is how they sound in a normal setting alright so in my ears right now are the soundcore liberty air 2 pros and this is my quality you can expect from them testing testing one two three hopefully you can hear my voice loud and clear we're just gonna hit the microphones real quick to make sure they're coming from the earbuds and not from the phone and yeah and this is how they sound when you have a loud crowd noise going on in the background all right this is the crowd effect version ready get set go yeah the stadium crowd effect noise in the background this is how much you can feel the voice of people talking on the microphone through the soundcard liberty xu pros and yeah testing testing one two three hopefully you can still hear my voice through all this loud noise all right now for the battery life they claim to get seven hours of audio playback with an additional 26 hours with the case these are pretty impressive numbers and all but these these are all claims this none of this has been tested by me an independent tester so i'll be having a battery drain test in the near future be sure to recommend what other earbuds you'd like me to do in that battery drain test i can do probably four at a time so be sure to leave that in the comments which ones you'd like to see now for the features they have wireless charging they connect automatically when you pull them out of the case they have ear sensors so when you pull them out of your ear they will pause they also do have touch functions you get two main options you can double click either side and you can press and hold either side for two seconds a total of four options and you can program all these to all the many options you want in the app they have fast charging with usbc they charge for 15 minutes and then i'll get you three hours of battery life they are ipx4 water resistance they also have 11 millimeter drivers they have active noise cancellation and ambient mode they also have led indicators on the front of them there are three of them on the case that indicate the battery they also have leds on the top of the earbuds they have ios and android software support which is in the app all right let's go to the soundcore app soundcore liberty air 2 pro right here alright so now we're in the sound core liberty air 2 pro app we got an image of the air 2 pros got battery noise cancellation ambient sound settings okay let's try this out transparency not bad not bad normal not bad and noise cancellation whoa and you can do all sorts of functions like indoor eliminates voices and mid frequency noise from coffee shops and other inside spaces outdoor reduces ambient sound on the go for quieter city spaces and this is custom oh so you can adjust what you want it to limit that is very very cool transport huh okay we're gonna put it into transparency mode then we're gonna check what else we got in this app so that just brings you back to your other devices oh so there i think there are ear sensors in these very cool very cool here id or you can personalize how you want the audio to sound very cool so i think this is the one that tests your test you're hearing to see how well your ears can like hear the music yes i can hear the sound it appears that i can hear pretty much everything perfect alright so that's my here id i got like pretty much the most basic but you can adjust how you want the music to sound you can have bass booster electronic dance all sorts of all sorts of cool features custom and i believe this one you can yep you can do your own equalizer this is like a legit equalizer here all of the hertz ratings and everything back to home controls you can adjust all of your controls here so you want the double tap to do volume down double tap volume you can do all sorts of stuff ambient sound that's usually what i do single tap wait double tap on the right side pretty much the same thing now for the design of the case they come in a decent sized case that is an improvement over the last they have a smooth lid that's pretty much slides open there's a little ridge that shows which side you need to open the case from they also have the soundcore logo on the top and a mirror blue finish there's a button on the back for the pairing of the device also right next to that button is a usbc charging port it is covered in a matte texture that feels decently high quality they fit okay in your pocket they stay in there pretty well because of the matte texture but this math texture is also kind of a drawback because sometimes when you pull them out of your pocket the sliding lid will get stuck and it'll open inside your pocket but overall they do work pretty well for your pocket now for the design of the earbuds this happens to be my least favorite thing about these earbuds they're just they're not my favorite design they just seem to be trying to copy the airpods one design which is fine but personally when it comes to earbuds i prefer the ones that fit sleekly in your ear these ones even seem to protrude more than the airpods one and just go far down your face they have an led indicator on the top of them the touch functions are okay they're not quite as responsive as i would like the whole stem is completely flat on the underside of the stem there are magnets and two contact points for charging they also say sound core on stem with their logo they have exchangeable ear tips with multiple options and they also have a really cool design over the mesh of the drivers now for the connectivity alright let's pair the soundcore liberty air 2 pros for the first time this is the iphone 11 pro max we're going to pair them up real quick i think you just open them maybe pull the earbuds out and we should be getting them to pop up real soon here there they are click them and appears we are paired sound core liberty air 2 pros nice and if you notice we don't have to do the thing where you connect to so on the older versions you have to connect to like pro and the pro l oops but this time you only have to connect one that's a cool fix all right now we're gonna pair them on android real quick pair your device open them up pull them out of the case sound core liberty air 2 pros right there all right let's see if we have the soundcore app on android also it appears that we do have the soundcore app on android also it appears that you have pretty much the same exact things going on the android side as ios now for my personal opinion all right so after reviewing these for about a week i would say in just trying them out testing them putting them in every situation that i would put my own pair of earbuds in this is my conclusion they are a great pair of earbuds they are a solid solid option they have really good audio quality and really good mic quality their other features are kind of kind of and i wish that they were better like ambient mode and i do wish the earbuds were smaller but overall they're pretty decent value and i would recommend them for the price i'd say you get a pretty pretty solid deal there i do wish the case is slightly smaller but overall there are solid pair of earbuds and if you'd like to check them out the links will be in the description all right thank you all so much for watching this video if you like to check this out the links will be in the description make sure i subscribe and peace all right if you don't already know who i am i am the custom of interest and it is my goal to become the greatest earbud reviewer on the planet the
