Unboxing the Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

Hey everybody, random Frank P here and today I got a really cool unboxing for you guys just got this in the mail and what this is is the Corsair Vengeance k70 RGB mechanical gaming keyboard. Now tons of hype surrounding this thing we're going to jump right into the unboxing give you guys a first look at it to show you what this keyboard entails.

Alright so jumping right into it right now cut that tape because we want to get this thing open and looked at. Now we're going to open it and Amazon is where I bought it from usually very good with their packaging so oh man there it is here it is throw this box aside bam. And just looking around the Box itself really quick you have the front of the the box with the uh keyboard obviously showing the 16.8 million color changing uh the features and all that good stuff typical what you would find from Corsair in their packaging.

All right cut inside now and the seal is officially broken so this bad boy up and we're going to slide it out ready and we got another box so I'll put that right there and here it is okay already I can feel this is a lot heavier than the current uh Raptor K40 I own let me just get this stuff out we got some boxing stuff going on all right. So before we go any further uh the Box itself where the keyboard is not much going on in here you have your standard you know information guides and warranty information and uh this is the little wrist pad they include so we'll get the box out of here and we'll get into the keyboard.

Now on the back side of the keyboard you just have some tape with the plastic wrap around it we're going to take that out and this look at this braided USB cord damn all right oh this is beautiful this is beautiful. So we got it all out of the wrap and just looking at it it has this brushed metal finish along the sides I'll show you that up in a closer detail in a second very nice looking mechanical keyboard and all black stealthy finish and hear that that's the mechanical keyboard guys this is what we pay the money for.

So giving you guys a much closer look up in detail uh the keyboard is very nice it is a mix of plastic and like a hard aluminum material with a brushed Metal finish and as you can see the very thick USB cord there that's because the the braided USB is actually uh two USBS they have to plug in power one as you can see here controls the bio settings and stuff if you want to control that and the second is for just powering the keyboard.

And on the bottom there are four Fe which will help you adjust the height of the keyboard it's not much but it's something and I'll show you the media keys but up top you have a nice little uh little scrolling wheel for controlling the volume which is something you've seen in the past Vengeance keyboards and here you have the mute the volume stuff your media keys with a pause forward all that good stuff. The windows lock button which is great for gaming and the LED dimmer now LEDs yes that's the main reason a lot of people are buying this keyboard it's because it's the first really RGB keyboard that you can control every single key on this keyboard and make it a different colored switch.

You can see here I have this nice little ripple effect where it's like a dark blue and a teal here I have the little Rainbow wave. And by the way I do have a tutorial on how to do the whole rainbow effect if you want to check out my other videos but this is the main selling point guys this this crazy RGB stuff huge shout out to cor there for making this keyboard awesome.
