The 200 Mbps Powerline Ethernet Kit by TP Link: A Game-Changing Solution for Reliable Internet Connectivity

I'm really excited today to bring you this product, which is a Powerline Ethernet kit. Personally, I was waiting quite a while for this product, and I want to thank TP Link for providing it for review.

Let's say you have a home network and a Wi-Fi router. The problem with the Wi-Fi router is that as it's a wireless technology, some parts of your house might have black spots or patchy reception. Therefore, when you access the internet over those spots, your experience won't be good, and the problem is that you practically cannot run Ethernet wires from one location to another throughout your house; it's impractical.

However, if you notice that you have electrical sockets all over your house or offices, what this Powerline Ethernet does is that these two small units will get attached to your normal electric socket. Your networking that is internet Etc will be transmitted through that, so it will use your home or office electrical wiring to do your networking. Thus, you can have great networking speeds and reliability even at the remotest place in your office or home using this Powerline Internet.

Today, we'll be doing the unboxing of this Powerline Ethernet kit. This is a 200 Mbps model by TP Link. So, let's see what comes inside this box. Note that this is a kit that's why we get two units.

As I quickly break the scene and this product in India sells for about 5,200 rupees, and in the US it's about $100. Again, I want to thank TP Link for providing this unit for review.

Before we open the box, let me just give you a brief intro. This is a 200 Mbps model, and we also have another model that's a 500 Mbps model. Note that whenever you are buying a Powerline Ethernet device, make sure that you have this HomePlug AV logo because this is the standard that most of the Powerline adapters use.

It says that it can work over 300 M, and it has AES encryption and it also says that we can easily stream HD video over the same. I forgot about this on the cover; it says 3-year warranty, and most of the TP Link products that I have unboxed and reviewed are offering 3 years warranty in India, which is pretty nice.

It's supposed to be work with all operating systems, and it briefly explains us what this product does that I've already mentioned. So, let's quickly open up and see what we get in this box right here. Yes, I'm really excited about the Powerline Ethernet equipment, and we get a CD, we get some TP Link purchase guide literature about all the other products that TP Link offers.

We also get a quick installation guide; it's actually pretty easy to set up this device. It's nothing you just plug in the socket, and as shows you just plug it in a socket; you don't actually use this product on a surge protector like this because you should directly plug it into the socket and just connect it to your internet that's it.

So, simple to use, we also have the unit here, and it says TP Link pretty glossy plastic but nice to look at. It has a power indicator and an Ethernet connection, I think so PLC will indicate it's connected to the other end; we'll know about that in the review. Here we have the pairing option and the reset option again.

It specifies that this model will work with 100 volts to 240 so it's worldwide compatible, and also this is the TLPA 2011 model again because it's a kit, yes, it's the same unit; we'll just keep it on the side. Let's see what else do we get in the box; nothing else but two Ethernet cables.

We'll be doing an in-depth testing of this equipment and will be doing a detailed video review in the next couple of weeks so if you're not subscribed to my channel just click on the link to get subscribed that's it for now thanks for watching this video this is Ranit from tech.com and hopefully I'm going to see you in my next video
