**A Closer Look at the Mayano Microphone**
As I was setting up my desktop microphone, I noticed that it had a unique feature - the ability to change the volume without having to adjust the physical mic levels. This is achieved through the use of RGB buttons on top of the microphone. The buttons cycle through different colors, including red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. This allows for easy switching between different modes, making it convenient for users who want to match their setup with specific colors.
**The Build Quality of Mayano Microphones**
One of the standout features of the Mayano microphone is its build quality. The desktop tripod that comes with it is made of plastic, but the microphone itself feels extra heavy-duty, suggesting a durable construction. This is a testament to the manufacturer's attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
**RGB Button Modes**
The RGB button on top of the microphone can be adjusted in various modes. The default mode cycles through the different colors, creating a nice visual effect. I also experimented with leaving it on solid red, which looks quite sleek and modern. Additionally, the microphone allows for tilting adjustments, making it easy to position at an angle that suits recording needs.
**Sound Test Comparison**
To test the Mayano microphone's sound quality, I used my current microphone as a reference point. I recorded raw audio first, followed by tests with the microphone placed 10 inches away from my mouth, and then again with the microphone moved closer (about 4 inches away) to demonstrate how it handles proximity effects. Next, I edited the audio using EQ and noise suppression techniques. To provide a direct comparison, I'll switch back to my PD100U microphone that I typically use.
**First Impression of the Mayano Microphone**
Upon initial testing, I was impressed with the sound quality of the Mayano microphone. The added feature of noise cancellation is particularly notable, which suggests a level of attention to detail in its design. While I haven't had a chance to fully edit and compare it yet, my initial impressions are positive.
**Comparison with Other Microphones**
The fact that Mayano microphones have built-in features like noise cancellation at an affordable price point makes them stand out from other options on the market. The build quality is also noteworthy, making these microphones feel premium despite their relatively compact design. I've used several Mayano microphones in the past, and my experience with them has been consistently positive.
**Using the Mayano Microphone**
When using the Mayano microphone, it's essential to understand how it connects. The tripod comes with an adapter that allows for easy connection to a microphone arm or other recording equipment. By adjusting the angle of the microphone, users can experiment with different recording positions and capture more dynamic sound.
**Conclusion**
In conclusion, I'm excited about the Mayano microphone's features and build quality, which make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for high-quality audio at an affordable price point. The attention to detail in its design is evident in its ability to offer noise cancellation and durable construction without breaking the bank. WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey what's up everybody this is Carl from techful goodies and I am here with another a microphone review this is the gamer wave microphone RGB microphone from meono and we'll go ahead and hook this up to my PC that I have here so we can do some testing so as you can see as soon as I get it plugged in we do have the RGB here on the front on the bottom here you'll see let me bring it around there is the mic gain so turning it this way is all the way up and turning it this way is all the way down so that's a really easy and convenient way to sort of change the volume of your microphone that's good I hadn't seen that at first but it's nice to know that that's there but again back to the RGB colors right now it's kind of cycling man it looks really nice and I'll tell you what mayano does a really good job on their build quality this this desktop tripod is you know it's plastic it's not super heavy duty but I tell you what that this microphone feels like it's extra heavy duty so let's go ahead and try out this RGB button here at the top so you can basically just change a couple of different modes this one sort of Cycles on and off through the different colors this is a solid color red orange yellow green blue all the standard colors I mean if you're trying to match your setup if you have a specific setup with different colors I'm going to go ahead and leave it on this sort of nice cycling RGB right here um because it does look pretty nice and what I'm going to do is I'm going to tilt it upward a little bit The Stand does allow you to do that you unscrew it here and you can tilt it up a bit that's where you you all can see the microphone and then it also is kind of facing the direction of my of my mouth so now what we can do is go ahead and do some tests on this microphone some sound tests what I'm going to do is I'll do a sound test with my current microphone that's what I'm recording with right now it's what you hear me and then I will switch over to let you hear exactly how that sounds I'll start off with raw audio first and then we'll do a test on the table next to my mouth and then we'll do another test next to my mouth where I actually filter and EQ it so you can hear how it'll sound after any sort of post processing alright so test testing testing one two three four I'm now going to switch over the RGB microphone test test test test test testing one two three four this is the mayano microphone on my desk about 10 inches away from my mouth testing testing one two three four and this is completely unedited audio now I'm going to move it close to my mouth testing testing one two three four this is the mayano microphone about four inches away from my mouth and so you can hear the difference with it up close to my mouth versus sitting on the desk right here now I'm going to do a test this is going to be edited audio with EQ and noise suppression testing testing one two three four testing testing one two three four so yeah I'm gonna jump back over to the pd100u that I typically use um and then we will be able to see exactly how those sound in comparison to each other so I'll be interested to see exactly how this particular microphone works in comparison to the one that I use right now especially since this microphone specifically has noise cancellation built into it and I don't believe that the pd100u does but I'm gonna have to say you know all in all I'm impressed by this little microphone right here I'm really hoping that the sound sounds as good as it does I'm sure you guys will be able to be the judge to that because I haven't heard it yet I'll have to hear that once I go ahead and edit this video but I have to say something about all the mayano mics that I've used right so far is that their build quality is awesome and for the price that this comes out at I mean you can't really beat it I mean there are popular microphones out there on the market but when it comes to something that is nice looking uh easy to either sit on your desk or take off and connect to a microphone arm you know using this little adapter uh it would it would kind of connect here to the same screw bolt and then connect right up to your microphone arm depending on how you want to use it I think we've got a good winner here guys if you have any questions or comments please put them down below if you like this video you know hit subscribe give me a like that I'd really appreciate it really does help but again mayano for the win with these microphones so again link is down
