My Haul from Shen.com: A Review of Affordable and Stylish Tops

I recently had the opportunity to try out some affordable and stylish tops from Shen.com, a website that offers a wide range of clothing items at budget-friendly prices. I was excited to see how these tops would look on me and whether they would be comfortable to wear.

The first top I tried on was this beautiful lace t-shirt in gray. I loved the texture and feel of the material, and it looked great on my body. introduce myself in a way cuz I haven't done this in a really long time but I'm chap crafty girl and I started doing YouTube way backward when when YouTube almost first started so six years ago somewhere around that range and I started off by just doing DIYs and since then my channel has really you know kind of progressed and I've been doing just a variety of videos and I absolutely love it I have such a great time and everyone that comes here to watch my videos leave the nicest comments down below they offer all kinds of information I watch you guys interact and so I'm just glad that it's a really good peaceful environment and I just want to thank all of you for that another thing about me is what you see is what you get and a lot of my subscribers and a lot of my loyal viewers that comment all the time I think that you guys know this about me I am just this is just who I am I have no filter I don't know if there's like a link missing in my brain that kind of disabled that fact or something but this is just me and I'm just I wouldn't say I'm abrasive but this is it the reason why I'm kind of telling you a little bit about this is because I am going to be talking about shein which is a clothing website and I am affiliated with them so and I know that seems to like trigger a lot of negative responses on YouTube personally I don't understand why now there are a lot of YouTubers I suppose and I don't know because I haven't interviewed any of them but I guess there are some who just join and be Affiliates just to get the money whether they like the product or not but H it's kind of like a fine line I don't ever ever feel that any YouTuber that I watch owes me an explanation I'm an adult I manage my own money and I make decisions on what I think I'm willing to try or not so you know it's kind of like I don't really understand what the complaints are about it but just my opinion I don't even know if I'm making any sense right now with that said I am Affiliated but I reached out to them I have had a couple of companies reach out to me and ask me to review their products they've sent me stuff and um I've just it's not something that I've wanted to share with you guys it's not anything that I feel like is worth the money um but again I guess I could have done it and then you can decide how you feel about it but I just never did those um reviews at all so this is actually a company that I reached out to and asked if I could be part of their program so let me go ahead and give you the background on how I stumbled upon it and this information is just really important just because I want you to understand how I feel about this company this is a view so I promise I will get to the items as quickly as possible so originally I saw a YouTuber wearing one of the items that I actually purchased and she tried it on and I was like what I thought it was so cute and had no idea how much it cost had no idea where it came from but she had provided a link to the top in her description box so I clicked on it and that is how I found Sheen and when I saw the price of the top I was like is this for real is the quality sucks doesn't it so I was like H so I kind of messed around on the website and realized that half of the things that I saw on their website is all that stuff that you see on Pinterest do you know what I'm talking about do you ever go under women's fashion which I do all the time it is literally how I create half of my outfits because as creative as I am in DIYs and projects and home decor and stuff like that I am not creative when putting an outfit together I have to have inspiration so I was like these are half the outfits I've pinned on my board for looks and it all came from this website and are you really telling me all of this stuff is like8 $10 like this cannot be true so this was before I reached out to them okay because I wasn't going to become an affiliate unless I liked the product so I was like okay so I went through a couple of things and decided I was going to make a purchase but I was only going to get a couple of tops just so that I can determine the quality of the material and the fit cuz you just never know you know I'm like am I a medium to them am I a large to them so I did order a variety of medium and larges just to kind of see like how things would fit on me once I got all of my tops and which I will say that it was shipped into two different packages that was the only kind of downfall is that they don't all ship at the same time so what I but I guess it's kind of a good thing because as soon as they have some of the products available they just right away throw it out um but I did get this order into two different uh shipping packages but the great news is it's like free shipping so there's all kinds of different shipping information and if you go on to the website you'll see how it explains how you get get free shipping for certain things but the way that their shipping kind of works and I don't know it all just yet I should have kind of investigated this but I know that one of the deals is you get free um shipping on any orders over $29 in in us so if it's over $29 it's free express shipping I think but I think you get free standard shipping period so and I think it's also worldwide from what I read not only is it good news that you get free shipping which I love I don't know why but I hate paying for shipping but you also get 40% off your first order it's right there as soon as you get to the website bam 40% off your first order and regardless of that 40% off these items are still eight1 $11 it's insane to top it all off I immediately have been getting into this habit that anytime I shop online which I do very very often I love shopping online not really a going to the store kind of person especially Forever 21 it's how is it even possible to shop in that store does anyone know because it's so ridiculous I know I'm not I shouldn't be talking about Forever 21 I'm just saying that I do love shopping online and because of that I started getting into Ebates which I learned from Miss Ashley Dawn she has a channel on YouTube called Thrifty p31 she is just one of those Feelgood channels absolutely adore her so I I you know was talking to her and I was like can you kind of tell told me about Ebates cuz she did a video on it and I wasn't sure if it was a real thing but you guys it's actually real it is real real real if you're going to do all of this shopping online you might as well just go through Ebates you don't have to pay any sort of free it's free to sign up all you do is log into your Ebates find wherever it is that you're going to purchase something from online and you click on it and it takes you straight to that website and it creates a little ticket and you'll see it it'll say creating ticket number blah blah blah blah blah and then pops up Walmart or pops up Sheen and that is when I learned that Sheen was also part of Ebates and it was 6% cash back on Ebates that's a lot because some stores like Walmart's like 1% you know Nike 1% but it does change it does fluctuate it's never the same percentage amount I know this isn't supposed to about be about Ebates but I'm letting you know that not only did I get inexpensive of tops 40% off free shipping I went through Ebates and I think I got back $312 so all of that shopping I'm getting money back it's like having coupons it's insane I also did it for Discount Tire where I get my tires changed and that's not actually a website that like somebody ships anything to you so Ebates isn't just limited to like online purchases that mail something to your door some of it is like store pickup and things like that and for my tires I got back like I don't remember something like $20 for ordering two tires if you guys want me to do a whole Ebates thing I will but I pretty much covered it just now so I just want to let you know that I did go through Ebates and I did get about $312 back on this purchase okay finally now let's go ahead get into the tops that I ordered I'm going to talk about the pricing what I think about them I'm also going to insert photos but not of me this time I'm actually just going to insert the photos from the actual website so that you can see a more clear crisp picture of these items and I'm also going to link each item individually down in my description box for you to click on and order through that it does help me out if you want to help me out that's up to you but I do have the links for each of these tops and I'm also going to tell you the prices of them at least what it was for my order don't know if they like change at all but anyway let's go ahead and get started the very first top is this gorgeous baseball tea and a floral pattern I wore this in one of my videos and I was doing a haul I think I was doing a Target haul video and of all the tops that I got you guys were fixated on this top because it is very cute I'm very into this floral thing I absolutely love this it wasn't too see-through I could just wear a camisol here and it was just fine I did order this in a large there are certain things that I want to fit in a certain way but at the same time I was worried that a medium because I had no idea what their sizes were like but they do a great job though of giving you the exact measurements of each individual top in their website so if you're not sure just go to the item and it will tell you the exact measurements length width that whole thing it's all in there for you so I was like you know what the medium is a seems a little too fitted I'm going to go with the large and see how that fits so this is a large and this you guys was $11.85 I'mma give you a minute prices like that gives me hope honestly because if you guys have been watching my videos you know that I've been struggling to really clean out my closet and throw things away things that I literally had for 10 over 10 years because the thought of having to throw away things and build a new wardrobe is so expensive just to get three tops like at Forever 21 or Charlotte Roose would be like $60 because they're like each 20 bucks now so had I known about this website I would have gotten rid of a lot more clothes and brought in new things that I was actually going to wear and a couple of things I wouldn't even have to do too much and I could just look really cute for That season and then move on to the next season and you better bet that I am going to be continuously ordering from this website for as long as they're around okay okay the next top is this gorgeous blue and white striped vertical top it's got a beautiful pocket it's very soft I will say the material is very soft I didn't see any flaws with the stitching I didn't see any like crooked lines or anything like that that maybe you would expect to find in something like that's not as expensive but it's just so beautiful and it is um somewhat see-through so I would personally wear a chamol under here but I wear chamol under all of my tops anyway and you have a cute little pocket I'm really into this Navy Stripes thing I want to be wearing this with like ripped up jeans um some cute flats and this would even be great to transition into the fall I could throw a Blazer over this we you know straight like skinny jeans some boots I just love these striped tops so much and I actually did get another one so you'll see that in a second I ordered this one in a medium and it was $11.98 so this was actually the most expensive item of all the ones that I purchased yes $11.98 was the most expensive top that I got here is the back it's beautiful I love it I cannot wait to wear this here is the other top that's you know not too similar but you can definitely see a difference this is a navy and white stripe whereas the other one was a more of a blue so this is more of a Navy so it kind of looks black you guys super soft I love the length I love the short sleeves I love that there's no actual pocket for this one again I think of the same kind of look because I am addicted to these like simple lines vertical lines horizontal lines so I'm thinking you know ripped up jeans kind of thing I mean even like to add a cute pearl necklace would be adorbs I need to make a mental note of that I got a medium in this $839 hold on let me double check yeah $8.39 sense so here is the tag Sheen says medium okay so here is the actual top that I saw on the YouTuber that got me into this whole thing that roped me all in and it is this gorgeous pum top now it looks a little wide okay because you have this little belt and it cches like this around the waist okay so here is a good look of It kind of cinched in and I did I did get this one in a large yes says large right there and the quality is very nice you guys this one was $10.81 $10 it is so gorgeous and I don't know if you can see but there's like a texture to it and it feels so cool and I I put all of these on immediately just to see the length the length is really important to me I felt like this was just so beautiful on and it does look like these are like really long arms but if you see on the inside it looks like this so it like covers it up it's so incredibly beautiful of all the tops this one is my absolute favorite and then I kind of just tied it really quickly in a bow but this is how it would sit in the back some skinny jeans you guys heels Flats dress it up for a daytime dress it up for a nighttime this would be great for a first date this would be great to wear to work on Casual Friday this would even be great for business casual with some slacks yeah so this is so Universal I'm so excited about this top and this is the one that roped me into this website okay so let's move on to my very last top yes this is my very last top I wish I had more to show you guys but this was my first order didn't know how it would go again didn't know about the quality or the fit but now that I've reviewed all these items tried them on I know that I'm going to be forever buying from shen.com so here is this gorgeous gray lace t-shirt absolutely love this you could just wear a bande under here so that you won't like have any like bra lines but if you wanted to you could just wear like a white bra or you could wear this like a bra with like clear straps and it's such a nice just casual gray quality I don't know if you can really tell I got this one medium and this one was $8.99 mhm yep like I don't even honestly know what else to say except that I love this stuff now I will say that if you know you live by designer quality and you have all of the nicest things in Dolce and Cabana or banana or even like Banana Republic not you know just maybe you won't like this stuff maybe you're used to a higher quality but for me I don't like to spend that much money on myself but I do want to look cute and these prices are are meant for me honestly they're meant for me I'm so excited about this website and I hope that you guys enjoyed this video I hope that you like all of this stuff that I hauled and I hope that you can find some stuff on the website for you there's so much of a variety now I do want to quickly talk about like care instructions how I'm personally going to take care of it and wash it I'll tell you something that I've always always done okay anytime that you buy items that are not as expensive that are on the cheaper side especially Forever 21 Charlotte roof I never ever ever dry them in the dryer as a matter of fact I have this whole rule in my house that the dryer is actually the enemy unless it's for towels and sheets the dryer is the enemy it will shrink your stuff and it will suck up all the color and it will leave things looking flat I rarely rarely dry anything what I typically do is items like this will be in a handwash cycle um with no fabric softener and then I'll hang it to dry and then I'll pop it in the once it's fully like dried hanging I pop it in the dryer on fluff like no heat just to fluff it out kind of take away that like crisp hardness from uh laying to dry my God I don't even know what I'm saying but I just pop it in the dryer with no heat and it's good to go I think my order total was somewhere around4 to $45 and I think I got five tops and I got cash and I did I did get this one in a large yes says large right there and the quality is very nice you guys this one was $10.81 $10 it is so gorgeous and I don't know if you can see but there's like a texture to it and it feels so cool and I I put all of these on immediately just to see the length the length is really important to me I felt like this was just so beautiful on and it does look like these are like really long arms but if you see on the inside it looks like this so it like covers it up it's so incredibly beautiful of all the tops this one is my absolute favorite and then I kind of just tied it really quickly in a bow but this is how it would sit in the back some skinny jeans you guys heels Flats dress it up for a daytime dress it up for a nighttime this would be great for a first date this would be great to wear to work on Casual Friday this would even be great for business casual with some slacks yeah so this is so Universal I'm so excited about this top and this is the one that roped me into this website okay so let's move on to my very last top yes this is my very last top I wish I had more to show you guys but this was my first order didn't know how it would go again didn't know about the quality or the fit but now that I've reviewed all these items tried them on I know that I'm going to be forever buying from shen.com so here is this gorgeous gray lace t-shirt absolutely love this you could just wear a bande under here so that you won't like have any like bra lines but if you wanted to you could just wear like a white bra or you could wear this like a bra with like clear straps and it's such a nice just casual gray quality I don't know if you can really tell I got this one medium and this one was $8.99 mhm yep like I don't even honestly know what else to say except that I love this stuff now I will say that if you know you live by designer quality and you have all of the nicest things in Dolce and Cabana or banana or even like Banana Republic not you know just maybe you won't like this stuff maybe you're used to a higher quality but for me I don't like to spend that much money on myself but I do want to look cute and these prices are are find some stuff on the website for you there's so much of a variety now I do want to quickly talk about like care instructions how I'm personally going to take care of it and wash it I'll tell you something that I've always always done okay anytime that you buy items that are not as expensive that are on the cheaper side especially Forever 21 Charlotte roof I never ever ever dry them in the dryer as a matter of fact I have this whole rule in my house that the dryer is actually the enemy unless it's for towels and sheets the dryer is the enemy it will shrink your stuff and it will suck up all the color and it will leave things looking flat I rarely rarely dry anything what I typically do is items like this will be in a handwash cycle um with no fabric softener and then I'll hang it to dry and then I'll pop it in the once it's fully like dried hanging I pop it in the dryer on fluff like no heat just to fluff it out kind of take away that like crisp hardness from uh laying to dry my God I don't even know what I'm saying but I just pop it in the dryer with no heat and it's good to go I think my order total was somewhere around4 to $45 and I think I got five tops and I got cash back from that from Ebates so if I take about $40 $45 minus the $3 I got back I really only spent about 38 40 bucks that's pretty amazing so again yes I am affiliated with them I will be throwing out
