How to Route Your Motorola Cliq: A Step-by-Step Guide

Hey guys, David from The Unlocker Com today we're gonna show you how to route your Motorola Cliq. If you're not already there, go to our website at the top and search for our "How to Root the Motorola Cliq" procedure.

The first thing you need to do is download and install the drivers from Motorola. If you have Windows 32-bit, click on the first link if you have a 64-bit click on the second one. Download them and then install them, okay? Click on the link to download RSD Light, ok once you download it you're gonna right click it and select extract 2 and itself where it is see it's right here and I know you probably can't read when I'm running I'm can see it and procedure itself underneath this video cool and then ADB devices just make sure that our phone is listed we have a serial number so it's listed and then we're going to type adb remount enter remount succeeded A DB shell 4 7 5 5 / system / in /su better okay and then we're all done with that step, okay. So once that's all done we're gonna do the last step which is big superuser so we can get through to accessing applications.

So you're gonna go to our site and download the superuser zip and find it and right click extract to super user. Here are the files that are in here, wow take all these files near to copy them go to our C Drive to our SDK tools and paste them in here nice and on that there face it in here you're gonna double click the install file you'll see it just says install it might say install that bat but either way it'll say windows batch file to the right. Terrell will click that and that should open a command prompt and let it do the same, okay? And once we've done all that you can download an application that uses root access I'm gonna use Terminal Emily, okay.

And then you should be able to just type su and hit enter and there you go it should actually the first time you do this pop up a warning for superuser saying if you want to always allow it yes no etc just click always and then one of your pop-up again and you'll get this and that means you ever access so enjoy.
