this is crazy the google glasses these blew me away and one of my favorite gadgets of all times the gear vr for your note 4. this is sick so when they came out with the gear vr for the s6 you know i had to get it so first let me show you the website real quick so you can see where i got it from go to amazon.com i'll throw the link up in the description all right so we got the samsung gear vr for your s6 and your s6 edge now this is available at best buy for 200 bucks but the only problem is it's sold out everywhere so i found it on amazon the japanese import but it's gonna run you a little bit more this one is 265 bucks now one thing i will say about that is i ordered it on may 28th and i got it on june 1st so delivery is fast now let's check it out let me leave the note 4 version out because i want to see if it's about the same size see if there's any real differences okay beautiful presentation just like the note version this one is a little bit smaller though so the box is a little bit smaller let's see if there's any specs that we need to take a look at all right specifically for your s6 and your s6 edge all right so that's a plus right there okay let me really check out let's grab the little unboxing knife shout out to the little little unboxing knife let's just uh slap this open sound effects on deck and let's see what you got inside okay so here's your gear vr all your head straps and you get a little box right here all right so that's it for the box and let's see what's in here okay something just popped out microfiber cleaning cloth you're gonna have to use this now to keep your lenses from fogging up because anybody who got the gear vr you know the lenses get foggy so keep that on deck put that in your carrying case uh usual books and find that to the side okay you get an extra foam insert this way if you get uh too sweaty depending on what you're watching fellas if you're having too much fun and you get too sweaty you can always change this one out all right so that's a nice little touch right here and let's take a look at the carrying case now okay so they took a step backwards with the carrying case now you get this carrying pouch let's see how it looks okay let's see any brandon on here okay she's got the gear vr brandon a little drawer string on the top let's do the smell test on this smells like suede it smells like a bootleg suede but it has like a like a burlap kind of material i don't know but personally i like the carrying case better that came with the note 4 version look at the difference you had this big hard shell carrying case with a handle on it so the s6 version kind of took a little step back with that whatever we'll see what it looks like now even without testing this you already know that the s6 version is going to be better because your s6 phone has a better resolution on the display shout out to the ppi committee y'all already know some more ppi's better resolution better uh virtual reality effects all right so let's take a look at this real quick only half i don't have to really set up everything matter of fact let's just peel these these plastic pieces off ocd kicking in all right on one side but let me see let me pull out the other one too it feels about the same weight though okay so this is the note 4 version and this is the s6 version it's a little bit smaller which is good because you know you kind of look kind of look crazy rocking these in public even though i don't care i did it plenty of times but um these ones is a little bit smaller on one side you got your trackpad motion sensitive trackpad you got your back button oh okay now you got a volume up and down okay so that's a lot better than the volume buttons on the uh on the note 4 version now you got big giant value buttons right there that's already a plus this side you got some brandon gear vr powered by oculus and this right here is just a little protective cover for when you're not using it so look at the difference between the protective covers now look how big this one you know this one was a big giant one and now you got it looks just like a little phone back just snaps right into place for when you're not using it and it has a little burning on it so i'm feeling that right there too let's see on the inside more of these little stickies and your sensors right there now the thing about these is you definitely want to keep the lenses clean all right you want to keep them from getting fogged up now my with my experience of using the gear vr for the note 4 it's not too hard to keep them from
