My Xbox One Collection: A Story of Pickups and Purchases

As an avid collector of Xbox consoles, I have always been on the lookout for new additions to my collection. Recently, I've found myself scouring online marketplaces and stores for rare and hard-to-find games to add to my growing library. In this article, I'll take you through some of the recent pickups and purchases that have brought joy (and sometimes frustration) to my Xbox One collection.

One of the most recent additions to my collection is Minecraft. My daughter is a huge fan of the game, but it was not available on my Xbox One at the time. As an Xbox One collector, I felt it was essential to add it to my collection, and I couldn't pass up the deal when I saw it was only two or three bucks. The thought of seeing the smile on my daughter's face when she discovers this new addition to our gaming family is all the motivation I need.

Another recent pickup was Plants vs. Zombies, which I picked up for an incredibly low price of two or three dollars. I know that this game might not be the most exciting title in my collection, but it's a great way to fill a gap in my library and add some variety to my gameplay experience. As I'm sure many of you can attest, there's nothing quite like finding a gem of a game at a bargain price.

Of course, no Xbox One collection is complete without the iconic Forza or Gran Turismo series. Recently, my friend Rob stepped up to the plate and brought me the Forza (or Gran Turismo) Steel Case edition for my birthday. I must admit, I'm a sucker for steel books, and this gift was right up my alley. Thank you, Rob, for knowing exactly what to get me.

My buddy Jeff also hooked me up with some Nintendo Switch games that have recently been added to my collection. It's interesting to see how quickly my phone keeps doing... well, whatever it is while I'm videoing. Maybe I'll figure out the answer to that mystery later. For now, let's just say that my Switch collection has grown significantly since Jeff's last visit.

Recently, I also picked up a copy of Super Lucky Tales for my Xbox One, which includes 20 or 25 games (I think). The story goes that this particular game was being sold by its original owner because they no longer needed it and were getting rid of their collection. As luck would have it, the seller was looking to offload most of their titles at a discount, and I managed to snag a few gems. It's always exciting to find hidden gems in thrift stores and online marketplaces.

My wife recently surprised me with a brand new copy of Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn on my Xbox One. While I'm thrilled to have this game, I must admit that I was slightly disappointed by the "new" label – after all, who can forget the original? Nevertheless, at $12, it's an affordable price point for a game that has been on my wishlist for ages.

In conclusion, adding new titles to my Xbox One collection is always a thrilling experience. Whether I'm snagging rare games from online marketplaces or simply finding new gems in thrift stores, I know that each addition brings something special to the table. And who knows? Maybe one of these games will become my new favorite title – after all, there's no harm in having multiple copies of a game, right?

this stuff has just been picked up over the run of quite a quite a decent while um i went into a i was out visiting my buddy jeff and got a couple cool things and one of them was the zelda lunchbox they were clearing it out for about twelve dollars now i'm not a zelda fan but my daughter my eight-year-old daughter is definitely a zelda fan she doesn't even know i have this yet and it's been sitting here forever and it's got a bunch of wii accessories inside or sorry switch accessories inside uh like i think there's earbuds um the thing for your like cover or something i'm not 100 but there's a bunch of little things in here i thought it was cool it's 12 bucks steel can can't go wrong at least i can recycle it another really cool thing to talk about while i was out there was jeff did actually pony up and sell me his red dmg so this is the original game boy in red and i am so stoked to have it i'm probably not going to take it out of the bag right now but very happy to have this is in full working condition we hope but he gave me a smoking deal on it that i could not refuse and i had to pick it up so thank you jeff you know you know what i'm saying thank you thank you i think it was a 20 off day or something or something like that for nintendo and i got i need i need shirts right so i gotta what's this eat game eat game power up win repeat i guess that's nintendo's philosophy not 100 sure but it was a shirt that i could bear on wearing instead of something weird like super mario on the front of my face or i don't know i just thought it was kind of neat both really cool things uh we all know about the a go sega logo well now that that's out and around i never seen any products with it so eb games actually started getting some stuff with the go sega logo so we know it's all newer stuff and that is the tails figurine and he's fully mobile so you can move his arms everything and i'm a sucker for these sonic uh characters or figures so it was really cheap grabbed it and i was aesthetic when i seen this sega sonic fair size like this is a decent sized figure fully functional again i was like wow so there's actually going to be four of them it looks like dr robotnik uh shadow and tails and sonic so i gotta try and find the other three to complete this whole set because that's pretty darn sweet like i'll probably never ever open it i'd rather just hang it on the wall somewhere in the game room but that is really sweet i'm very very very excited about that i love sonic figurines so that's one thing that's really cool so let me know of course is really catered to my daughter looks like a side scroller it actually kind of looks kind of fun maybe i'll play it but it is a putty squad so it was on for a really good deal and i was like you know what that does look like a game for her my eight-year-old is a pretty decent gamer and i gotta keep her entertained she gets bored pretty quick so when i find a decent game or decent looking game and it's cheap i pick it up because maybe just maybe i might be able to keep her entertained sometimes you need to and my buddy rob stepped up to the plate on my birthday when he came the other ones i either had or just didn't have any want for um and then a game that i have my wife bought me brand new on the xbox one which i haven't opened yet i know i know i haven't opened it yet but this one is brand new but of course eb games they like to have the last new one open which really upsets me uh but it is shaq vu a legend reborn now that is a game that i really really really wanted to play it looked pretty solid as a brawler style whatever shaq game and it just brought back a lot of memories because of the shack foo for the genesis and i decided that i'm going to get it because they had it on for i'm not sure maybe 12 bucks or something like that it was cheap anyway and for 12 bucks brand new i'm going to grab it i and now i have an excuse to finally play because it's opened and maybe i just won't open my uh xbox one version of it and play this one so i will use that darn switch and get some life kill out of it or something i don't know guys i hope you enjoyed
