Bacon Onion Ring Cheese Beef Sliders

**The Art of Creating the Perfect Slider**

As we embarked on our culinary journey to create the ultimate slider, it was clear that this wasn't just about throwing some ingredients together. The pit boys knew exactly what they were doing, and their expertise shone through in every step of the process.

**Preparing the Slider Loft**

The first step in creating the perfect slider was to prepare the slider loaf. The pit boys decided to use a slasher to separate the ground beef into small pieces, ensuring that each bite would be packed with flavor. They also added some garlic and other seasonings to give the sliders an extra boost of flavor.

**Adding Bacon Onion Rings**

Next, the pit boys added bacon onion rings to the mix. These were not just any ordinary onion rings - they had been cooked in a charcoal oven, which gave them an incredible smoky flavor that would complement the burger perfectly. The pit boys couldn't resist the aroma wafting from the kitchen and decided to taste one of the onion rings, which only added to their excitement.

**Assembling the Sliders**

With the slider loaf prepared and the bacon onion rings ready, it was time to assemble the sliders. The pit boys carefully placed a layer of cheese on top of each slider, followed by a generous helping of ground beef. They then topped each slider with a slice of habanero cheddar cheese, which added a spicy kick that would take the sliders to the next level.

**The Final Touches**

Before presenting the sliders to the camera, the pit boys decided to add one final touch - a drizzle of sauce made from their secret blend of spices and seasonings. This would not only add flavor but also bring everything together in perfect harmony.

**The Unveiling**

And then, it was time to unveil the finished product. The sliders looked incredible, with a perfectly toasted bun and a generous helping of toppings. The pit boys couldn't wait to sink their teeth into one (or two, or three...) and experience the flavors they had so carefully crafted.

**A Glimpse into the World of BBQ Pit Boys**

**The Power of Charcoal**

One of the key elements that set these sliders apart was the use of charcoal to cook the bacon onion rings. The pit boys explained that the charcoal gave the onions an incredible smoky flavor, which complemented the burger perfectly.

the day when you bought a pound of bacon it was actually a pound of bacon now what is it 10 ounces or whatever and they do that by shortening the lengths of the bacon they just cut off a little bit now they got 10 ounces rather than 12 ounces what it causes a problem sometimes in doing uh bacon onion rings because it seems the slice is too short to get all the way around it hey such as life yeah yeah well you can double them up if you want i mean it's up to you but see and uh wrap them right around there get them nice nice and tight boy the fingers aren't working good this morning you know spring is coming but i think it's a few months away that's right but our bossy chapters and our new zealand chapters down there they're loving it and spring is here right so so cool is that so all good we're gonna cook this on the grill indirect and indirect we always mean as you know opposite the hot coals this is all your heat over here we don't want to put these over top you'll burn them we want to use the grill like it's an oven so we're going to do this indirect placement of these bacon wrapped onion rings like that know make a bunch make some for snacking and not the sliders you can do it any way you want so we get these on here oh it smells good already man i'm telling you so i don't know what are we doing 12 sliders or something like that i think so yeah for snacking i don't know if i can get too much closer so yeah look at that let's do that all right uh this is going to take as long as it takes to cook your bacon to the way you want it right you may not want it super crispy because you know overcooked bacon sucks right too much salt right but if you do this right indirect at a fairly you know maybe 350 degrees fahrenheit maybe less you know it's up to you but they'll cook just fine the bacon will begin to hold tight on these onion rings i'm going to tell you they're going to be perfect for our sliders we're going to have to check this out all right let's do it cool maybe a half hour 45 minutes who knows all right all right check out beautiful i think we're going right this is congratulations all right now let's let's make this slider singing habanero
