The Mind Reading App: A Test of its Abilities

In this series, I've been experimenting with various apps that claim to read minds. Many of you suggested that this particular app was interesting, and so I decided to put it to the test. The app is available for download, and as it says in the description, there's no sponsored content. I'm just going to use it as a tool to see how well it can guess what's on my mind.

I started by thinking of a fictional character, hoping that the app would be able to identify who it was. As soon as I thought of someone, I told the app and waited for its response. To my surprise, it quickly narrowed down the possibilities and said "C-3PO". I explained why it made sense, and the app agreed that C-3PO is a real character from the Star Wars movies. It even asked if C-3PO was from a TV series or not, which I answered with a clear "No", but the app still managed to guess correctly.

Next, I thought of a more recent fictional character, Tyler Oakley, and told the app about him. The results were interesting - the app guessed that Tyler Oakley is a real person, but then asked a series of follow-up questions that made me question its understanding of who he was. It seemed to be relying on general knowledge rather than specific details about his life or career.

After guessing Tyler Oakley incorrectly, I decided to try again with a new character, Barry Allen from the TV show The Flash. To my surprise, the app quickly identified him as the correct answer. When asked if he was older than 18 and a superhero, the app answered "yes" to both questions.

Finally, I decided to see how well the app would do when it comes to guessing about people who are close to me. I thought of myself and told the app that I was the character being guessed. To my surprise, the app correctly identified me as the person on the photo in front of me. It even awarded itself a bronze medal for getting it right.

The results of this experiment were both impressive and humbling. The app's ability to guess who I was thinking of was surprisingly accurate, especially when compared to its performance with fictional characters. However, it also highlighted the limitations of relying on AI-powered guessing apps - sometimes they can get stuck on details or make assumptions that aren't entirely accurate.

Overall, I'm impressed by the app's abilities and would love to continue experimenting with it in future videos. Who knows what other interesting things we might discover about this mind-reading app?

yes is your character short no it's not r2d2 is your character one of the bad guys no okay it's guessing wrong it is your character golden yes oh he's guessing and he's guessing it c-3po Wow even with a picture well if I click no it'd just be so pissed you're like is it c-3po and I'm like man it's like yes it is well done you just found a bronze a key award you get 200 Jeezy okay I don't know what all this crap is this time I'm going to pick a real person although I should know real people in real life to pick a real person who's a real person that I should pick Tyler Oakley is your character
