The Moat Challenge and Boat Challenge

I must admit, I did enjoy the moat challenge. However, my hair doesn't quite look like it, does it? I came here today looking particularly stylish, having combed my locks and applied just the right amount of product to give myself a smart appearance for Hendy. Alas, after navigating the challenging obstacle course, my hair was left looking rather damp and disheveled - a testament to the difficulties I faced. I must have gotten some soap or water in my hair, as it now has a few stray strands sticking out in all directions. Despite this, I'm proud of how I managed to stay clean and tidy, even in the face of adversity.

As I was getting ready for the day's activities, I couldn't help but notice James' Hawaiian shirt. He thought it looked rather nice, and I have to agree - it's a great piece of clothing. In fact, he reminded me of Magnum PI from the classic TV show, which was quite fitting given the relaxed, surfer vibe that seemed to be emanating from him as we chatted before the event began.

Now, let's talk about the slalom challenge. As I'm commentating on this event, I can tell you that it's going to be a real thrill ride for Tiff and James as they take to the track in Hendy's modified Ford Fiesta. They'll be racing against the clock in their high-performance vehicle, which should provide plenty of excitement and tension as they navigate the twists and turns of the course.

I must admit, I was a bit worried about my own performance in this event. As someone who's always been keen on driving, I felt like I had to do well if I was going to live up to expectations. However, I'm also aware that Tiff and James have been practicing for weeks, so it's not like they're going to be easily beaten.

As we made our way around the track, I got to take a look at some of the other cars on display. One particular model caught my eye - a Lotus Evora 400, which is apparently capable of reaching speeds of over 180mph in just under three seconds. The car itself looks stunning, with its sleek design and aerodynamic features that seem to have been carefully crafted to reduce drag and increase performance.

I also had the chance to take a closer look at some of the other vehicles on display, including a Defender 75th Anniversary Edition model that had been parked nearby. It was a beautiful piece of machinery, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride as I gazed upon it. The fact that it's such an iconic vehicle only added to its appeal.

As I continued my tour of the event, I stumbled upon a few other interesting pieces on display - including a Honda Civic Type R model from the Japanese market. This little car may have had only three cylinders under the bonnet, but it was clear that it was something special. Its compact size and lightweight design made it seem like a real performer on the road.

Now that we're all back at the start line, it's time to see how the drivers will fare in this slalom challenge. With the cars revving their engines and the sound of burnouts echoing through the air, it's clear that things are about to get exciting. I'm just glad that I got to be a part of it all - as a brand ambassador for Hendy, it's always a pleasure to represent the company in such a positive way.

All in all, it's been an incredible day here at the event. With over 5,000 people in attendance and countless cars on display, it's clear that this is something special. I've not had the chance to take a complete tour of everything, but even just getting a glimpse of some of the vehicles on offer has left me feeling inspired.

As we head out for the day and make our way back home, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the experience. It's been an absolute privilege to be part of this event, and I'm already looking forward to seeing what next year brings. Until then, I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled for some of these incredible vehicles and enjoy every moment of driving them.

minniem Oaks what can possibly go wrong Hawaiian shirt should do are we ready for this uh I'm a bit nervous now because apparently Tiff's gonna be sitting with me so I always swapped over ladies and gentlemen good afternoon welcome to Kennedy's petition lucky I'm not with Paul Smith he is trying that all the times together and then the fastest times win there is this because we'll have on his lap SE in this ridiculously beautiful shirts those are being changed you get another two second penalty I mean accumulation time to drive you lose now we've never done this before it's very stupid ideas and they decided we should do this um and I will bravely go first yay pictures right Tiff's just doing the intro to the crowd we've done a practice run I'm driving we'll go through the slalom and then we'll swap over here because water involved yeah now the name is the legend himself inside this is a bad idea this is a very bad idea that's full enough oh dear you are a very smooth driver oh yeah this is how serious Swifty takes he's putting his race boots on I got no more shoes left over here that's the one thing I forgot these have got water slushing around in them basically in hindsight I should have worn the flip-flops yeah the earlier one but yeah yeah great race boots and shorts It's a strong look I was look wrongly um led to believe it was a driving challenge yeah no this one we expect great things from me you gotta beat Tiff I'll do my best you and James even if you don't on paper you will briefly take you around some of the cars the highlights the one car I want to show you is just over here I went to the launch of the lotus Electra but I'm gonna just quickly walk you around this because I just think this in this particular color and this is the higher performance one nor the 60 in under three seconds this car it's an absolutely stunning thing these wheels just look at those with the carbon Aero blades big carbon Ceramics underneath the wheel just a beautiful thing and you can see all of the you know you've got the vents coming in here for the airflow airflow management around this car is a work of art but it's the first one of these I've seen out in the wild and I have to say it looks Wicked really really cool now I've come along today in the new car in the defender 75th Anniversary Edition and it was like oh where can I park at this prominent and looks cool well I thought I'd park it with the Land Rover guys so it's parked there private place in front of the Land Rover experience in fact over there there's a whole bunch of different Land Rovers going over some off-road obstacles and that's one of the really cool things about today it's free to enter to come in as a member of the public there's so many cars on display but there's lots of experiences that you can do as well you can have a go off-road in a in a Land Rover that's driving experiences for the youngsters it's just a wicked wicked place but yeah it explodes um we've got she's got a new name now as well so uh debated um on what to call I know it's only a long term and she will be going back but from now on she's going to be called Daisy Daisy the defender but she's looking very very cool parked next to all the other Land Rovers yes very smart now then a very quick word to Honda please bring these into the UK these are Japanese Market specific just a wicked little cake look at it look inside I've only got a little three three cylinder engine but it's just absolutely Mega little thing look at that it's tiny it looks Ace and it's probably awesome fun to drive yep I want one of those so it is now people are starting to leave revving cars and doing massive burnouts it's been a brilliant day here today it's always a real privilege to be part of the
