My Cars Got Lost in Supercar CARNAGE! _ TRACK TOUR

The Nurburgring Super Car Experience: A Day of Adventure and Exploration

As we checked into our hotel, we couldn't help but feel excited for the adventure that lay ahead. The region surrounding the Eifel Mountains and the Nurburgring is notorious for its unpredictable weather conditions, which only added to our anticipation. Little did we know, our first day was about to be filled with excitement, chaos, and a healthy dose of supercar madness.

The Weather: A Constant Companion

As it turned out, the rain started pouring down just after we arrived at the hotel, casting a gloomy shadow over what was supposed to be a fun-filled day. However, this didn't dampen our spirits, and we were eager to make the most of our time on the track. We knew that the weather conditions would only add to the challenge of navigating the Nurburgring's infamous 'Green Hell' - the Nordschleife.

Getting Familiar with the Track

Our plan for the day involved taking all three supercars and the LT onto the Nordschleife, with a focus on having fun and capturing some incredible photographs. While we wouldn't be setting lap times, getting to experience these magnificent machines in their natural habitat was an absolute thrill. We were particularly excited to get behind the wheel of the brand-new Porsche GT3, which was designed specifically for driving on the Nurburgring's twisty roads.

The Cars: A Diverse Lineup

As we explored our options, it became clear that each supercar had its own unique character and strengths. The LT and AMG GT-R were both twin-turbocharged beasts, while the Porsche 911 Advantage and GT3 boasted naturally aspirated engines. Each car had its own distinct personality, from the smooth, linear power delivery of the Advantage to the explosive thrust of the GT3's manual gearbox. We couldn't wait to experience these differences firsthand on the track.

Safety First: Ensuring a Fun and Safe Experience

As we prepared for our adventure, safety was always at the forefront of our minds. We knew that driving some of the world's most powerful supercars requires a high level of focus and attention to detail. To ensure everyone's safety, we would be following strict protocols and guidelines, including proper seatbelt usage, responsible speed limits, and constant communication with each other.

Apex Ring Taxi Rides: An Unforgettable Experience

One of the highlights of our trip was arranging ring taxi rides with Apex, a unique experience that allowed us to drive some of the world's most advanced supercars on the Nurburgring circuit. This was an opportunity to not only drive incredible machines but also learn from professional drivers and gain insight into the skills required for navigating the track at high speeds.

More Adventure Awaits: Exploring the Grand Prix Circuit

If the weather cooperated, we had plans to take all four supercars on a lap around the legendary Grand Prix circuit. This would be an incredible experience, as each car has its own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to navigating the circuit's fast corners and slow hairpins. We were eager to put these cars through their paces and discover just how different they handle in this context.

The Chaos of Super Car Convoys: A Pinch Moment

Before we even set foot on the track, our adventure was filled with excitement as we joined a supercar convoy at ESSA. The sheer number of exotic machines on display was overwhelming, and it was clear that this was going to be an unforgettable experience. With over 200 cars on site, the atmosphere was electric, and we couldn't wait to get behind the wheel of some of these incredible machines.

The Day's Chaos Ensues

As we navigated our way through the supercar convoy, everything seemed to fall into place - until it didn't. We got lost in a sea of supercars, only to emerge again later, having joined forces with other drivers and photographers. Our meeting point was delayed, and before we knew it, we were setting off on the Nordschleife, each car expertly navigated by its respective driver.

Ring Wing Ting: A Day in Review

As the day drew to a close, we couldn't help but reflect on the sheer amount of excitement and adventure that had unfolded. From the unpredictable weather conditions to the incredible supercars on display, every moment had been filled with excitement and unpredictability. We may have gotten lost along the way, but that was all part of the charm - after all, this was a day in the life of a supercar enthusiast.

And so, as we look ahead to the next installment of Ring Wing Ting, we can't help but feel a sense of anticipation. What's next for our supercar crew? Will the weather cooperate, or will we have to face another chaotic adventure on the Nurburgring? One thing's for sure: with these incredible cars and our team's infectious enthusiasm, every day is going to be an unforgettable experience.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi guys i'm smee hello good morning to you welcome back to the channel and welcome to carr fry tag the opening weekend easter weekend at the nurburgring nordschleifer where it is traditionally rather chaotic it is literally carnage at the nurburgring now we're here as part of my ring wing ting trip i picked up my porsche 911 gt3 just the other day and it's basically now got a thousand kilometers on the clock but i'm joined by some friends driving in my other three winged supercars the 675lt the vantage gt8 and the amg gtr and this morning we're getting started here at essa the koenigsegg and rimac dealership in germany where you can see there are quite a few very nice cars around including parked out here on the road as well because we're going to be going in a supercar convoy over to the nurburgring before the activities there get underway later on but the exciting thing for me is that the gt3 now with some mileage on the clock can start to be driven in a little bit more of an exciting way so we can stretch the limits slightly further and experience that flat six revving up high so there's a safety briefing right now then we'll be getting on the road and driving on a small route towards the nurburgring with all of these supercars today's convoy is going to be led by the kernigsegg full carbon fiber on the edition ccx edition that thing is very very cool oh don't want to miss that a couple of other cool things about 675lt i think these are actually cars for sale here we whizzed through this way tons of gt3 rss amg gtrs galore i think there are six gtrs five gt3 rss track toys absolutely everywhere the sls i particularly like but as you can tell it's going to be departure time in a moment rolling out time then the cars getting on the move green hill magno gtr came in gt4 always a soft spot for those still martini gt3 911t i hadn't spotted that one on the 911 carrera t's the new one miami blue 1.2 gt3 there as well but that probably means i need to jump in the car and ready to get this journey underway m4 competition just sliding out from alongside me so the running in on the gt3 is hotly debated but mr proninger head of the division said that basically from 500 kilometers you can start raising the revs and at a bit over a thousand you can start driving it much harder so we're just about there let's play catch up a little bit and find the egg having waited just a moment too long at the start we found ourselves completely at the back of the pack and i want to catch up with that kernig's egg and some of the guys up towards the front so we've calculated a shortcut and fingers crossed in a moment we're going to re-emerge back with all the cars let's hope that works out and bang on cue here comes the egg out we pull off we go magical so here we are now following the koenigsegg ccx that actually worked i'm quite impressed with the way we managed to coordinate that so rally time on we're on the way towards our cafe coffee stop kind of place and then the carnage of the day is really well and truly happening and we're back in the room that's a cool view over the lake here awesome roads awesome cars the lineup snaking behind us is just unbelievable cars like proper supercars as far as the eye can see and now we go again that thing is so quick and i can't quite use all the revs yet so the green well the beast of the green hill during garlic will run they're on it it seems we've gone the wrong way so this is what happens when a massive supercar convoy all turns around he says that but it's actually just us the rest of the group clearly went a different route but i was blindly following the guys in front of me so the carnage is well and truly all over the shop today we're good yeah out we go the jingles you get by the way the noise of the racing harness in the back here and bouncing around on the cage which is kind of funny side effects of actually having them fitted you can tie them more securely but they will be wearing them when we drive it on the track the first cars are rolling out from this stop it is absolute carnage that's not my gtr just a very similar color because it cruises out towards the road but oh new cls brand new cs here that's first one i've seen out on the roads lt mso lt here with the roof scoop louvres on the arches dbs always lovely the colors the skittles this is well crazy but just how we like it crazy and you might have actually noticed mad for mini uh schmidt 150 team managers mini is now here with us as well but all the engines getting started to head out on what is becoming a lovely day for the last leg over to the ring off we go the road is still clear oh we got a traffic light this is my kind of day driving with a line of cars and now starting to bring out this gt3 a little bit more and as we come out of the roundabout i get an opportunity to put my foot down so running in cars is about prolonging the life of the engine you need to do it properly you need to be a little bit delicate with them when they are completely and totally brand new but just after 6000 rpm or so just to get a little bit more sound out of it it's monumentally good it's this spine tingling feeling that goes right the way through you from this engine the way the pitch that it sounds the noise that it makes i can't wait to get it all the way up but a few more miles need to be done we're about 1100 now uh kilometers on the clock more on the way i just had a small almost heart attack because we jumped out of the car and had a quick look at the outside and there was this mark it actually continued along and it's from rubber or something and rubbing over it you could feel that it was on there but this is why you have ppf tissue bit of water on it and the rubber it's gonna come off the protection film and there is no damage if that was on the paintwork that would now be a mark you couldn't get rid of win this road might be rough but we can start to experience a little bit more of what this car is capable of and what's kind of remarkable is that even with all of these bumps and the undulations it's actually quite compliant you don't lose any grip but down mechanical grip is fantastic yes i'm short shifting because of the revs and not giving it full press down on the throttle pedal let's flip it down to first just for a second just to get a little bit of noise out of it i'm upcoming cars on quite a narrow road but here we go up towards 7 000 or so it's rough that's for sure but it's awesome fun following the previous gen gt3 here by complete coincidence we've come upon the rest of the group or at least the koenigsegg and there's a corvette as well and the green amg gtr one of the two green amg gtrs but we're very nearly at the nurburgring now where we're going to depart from the essa convoy we're heading to apex for this meeting so i'm looking forward to getting there catching up with misha and catching up with some of you guys as well we're nearly there but look at this traffic jam we've come out of adenau one of the nearby towns and this is the traffic just to get through it going in the other direction all right v10 plus previous gen there it's phenomenal and we didn't even start this clip the moment the traffic actually started that was a few minutes later but you've got a completely eclectic mix of cars in this lineup and then these people on bicycles are probably wondering what else is going on i think we just got a flash and a wave there had a few people yelling smee thank you very much guys appreciate it but this if you were just sitting in this traffic jam oh let's hope we're going in the right direction because otherwise this is going to be horrible there's a uh a lava orange gt3 rs just turning around in the road if you can catch that porsche crew on in force right now wow this is carnage in every possible way of describing it i mean everybody always says that you come here and it's tag it's the the biggest carnage you'll ever see but that seems to have kick-started a trend of people turning around because now there are loads of people doing three-point turns in the road it's just completely emptied oh goodness me well we'll get there eventually we're arriving at apex there are loads of people here with their cameras i'm a little bit late because i've had a small disaster setting up today's video but anyway that is now live i will apologize to everyone i'm very sorry guys but here we are at apex finally everybody has been very very patient with us which is super nice of them so we'll give a couple of blips of the uh gt3 to make up for a little bit as we all pull in so lift system up where are we going how are we going to do this how do you want to park hello misha hello how are you doing hi how are you very good how do you want to park us i don't know because we kind of block the gt3 rs get everyone else to reverse down it'll be much easier yeah yeah yeah okay we had a little bit of a meet here loads of people here it was very very busy we parked all of the cars up just down here at apex of course but now we're shuffling around to let those two gt3 rss head on out so as you can see it's a little bit tight going on but this is very much skittles right now did some more giveaways and things as we did in paris but basically i don't really know where today is going to take us we're going to head over and have a look a little bit at the action out on the track um the rs on the way out this one is a little bit more complicated and sophia late gt3 that used to be orange when it joined us on fuel faction is now here in the mint green as well off we go then so this was good fun all the cars rolling out oh there goes the corvette race car miesha's just chilling on his uh on his phone getting those vlogs that vlog life so let us squeeze out of here and try and get over towards our head down the road so it is just carnage look at this look at this everybody just stops everywhere squeezes through tiny gaps oh boy oh boy it's just so crazy busy here we're right under the nurburgring side we've just catched that heading towards our hotel right anyway oh they've clearly lost us joe you go keep going down the boulevard and then you get towards the hotel so roundabout to roundabout to roundabout we're checked in and the cars are all parked up but unfortunately this afternoon has come to a brisker end than i originally anticipated thanks really to two reasons the first the traffic jams and chaos it is total gridlock around this area you cannot get anywhere you're completely hopeless even more so if you're trying to do it with a lineup of cars that are trying to get to the same place it is just not going to happen the second is that just after we checked into our hotel it started pouring down with rain so that's no problem really except that we want to do some more things with the cars in the coming days that i'm going to tell you more about in a moment but basically this region the eiffel mountains that surrounds the nurburgring you get the most remarkable localized weather conditions and once at the n24 there was even hail over at one side of the circuit and blue skies with sunshine at the other so you don't really know what to expect when you drive out which is something you have to be careful about anyway let me tell you what we've got planned with the cars over the coming days and the first thing is that we're going to take all three of those and the lt onto the nordschleife now i know you'd probably all like to see me setting lap times and i'm going to be honest that's not going to be happening with the cars we'll take them around we'll have some fun hopefully take some awesome photographs but even just to be there with all of these supercars designed to go around the racetrack is going to be pretty special and obviously even more so with the brand new one taking the gt3 when in what i really think is its homeland and i know perhaps i should say that about the beast of the green hell the amg gtr that was developed to be driven on the nurburgring nordschleifer but porsche gt cars this is really what they're all about the aero is usable at low speeds and that's basically why i have this car so i'm hopefully going to do that i can't go full pelt with the gt3 at all because it's still you know working in that running in process but we will get there in due course the other guys will be driving the cars as well so we have to worry about all of the safety elements anyway this is probably very boring but the plan is to do some cool stuff then also head back over to apex to do some stuff with misha because apex are now running ring taxi rides here at the nurburgring so you guys can come down and have a lap with a professional driver as well so we'll do some fun stuff with them and also with the team helping me drive my cars and move them around also and then if the weather stays on side for long enough because it's quite unpredictable over the coming days i want to take all of the cars around the grand prix circuit so that's also open for short sessions to go and drive and i would very much like to drive the same track in all four cars to experience the differences between them and discover a little bit more about them now again not setting lap times it's not about that at all but just to go over that you know difference between them you've got engine placements i talked a bit about this obviously in my comparison video but the rear engine the front engine the front mid and the rear mid four different engine configurations you've got two twin turbo charged cars with the lt and the amg gtr two naturally aspirated with the advantage and with the gt3 you've got the advantage with the manual gearbox the others with different interpretations of double clutches basically they're all track cars but they are a bit different so it's going to be very interesting to actually experience them but i think i know the ring wing ting nickname is perhaps a little bit childish but i think it's pretty fun certainly for me massive pinch moment to be here with all of the cars and just to experience even today getting lost in this complete supercar carnage everything we've been going through we started off this morning at essa with the supercar convoy the absolute craziness of all of that and then got lost almost immediately then got lost again and then got lost basically non-stop and then we got here we all get completely separated going towards the meeting get there really late i'm sorry about that again guys but thank you very much for your patience with me well yeah what a day supercar world were lost in a world of supercars lost in supercar carnage i don't even really know but it's been a fun day nonetheless anyway that was ring wingting day three is it my head is so confused i don't even know but there's more to come and i'm looking forward to all of it so thank you very much as always for watching guys i really appreciate your support and i'm looking forward to sharing an awful lot with you what these cars are like to drive out on the nurburgring anyway i'll catch up with you again very soon stay tuned for that and i'll see you then cheers youhi guys i'm smee hello good morning to you welcome back
