sauce so good now it is medium heat you can get hotter or you could try our Cowboy ketchup not not as much heat but still a lot of good grape flavor that you going to get with them hatched green chilies so we're going to start with about four tablespoons get your enchilada of sauce in there if you got some gloves use them but we just want to incorporate this just a little before we get our hands into it now let's just work that roasted red sauce in there really well and y'all have seen me make a lot of burgers that you know was great big what do y'all think Shen I mean I I don't even know what to say so I mean that's like a normal size person Burger I don't know what you just made we're going to use about 4 oz Patties on this but this flavor that this enchilada sauce brings out in this meat when I first made these and I took a bite I thought everybody needs to have this on your menu you can see how we changed the color of that meat with just four tablespoons but now we need to seon in it just a little Shan I need you to go down here to culinary just a minute his little mustache he's looking a little bad today Shan he needs her and makeup we're going to season with our original seasoning we going to give it a pretty good shaking right here off the bat we're going to mix it one more time now usually you make the patties and season them why are you blending it in is there a difference no I just think you're going to get more flavor in the meat if you'll blend it in like this and then make your Patty we need to take this and divide it up into four equal pieces now you could get the protractor and the compass I'm really excited about this to see your accuracy okay and that makes four now newus Newton laws of gravity and Albert Einstein's way of thinking it was pretty equal right there so let's just get them formed up in a ball together one white onion slice it up in about four rings is what we need hole just like this Bertha is going to play flat top griddle today she is but also we have one Sano pepper that we are roasting now you can tell yourself right now that's going to be way too hot cowboy K that's what I'm telling myself right now it's going to be way too hot if you need to you can take the seeds out of this to tone it down a little or you can use a jalapeno if you would like and if you want to leave it out don't attempt this recipe because you need that pepper in there so we're just going to Brown These onions up get them to soften just a little if you're doing this on a flat top make sure that it is good and slick and clean all the way across Bertha serves so many purposes she does top comes out of it becomes a grill you can do so many things with a Bera stove if you're pretty interested just check out the website well we got the onions all browned up we did they're good and soft over here the Sano we roasted peeled with a knife sliced it in little strips put it over here just letting them rest sitting ready cuz they're going to play a major part in this as well but first we're going to just get us some meat on there and get it to go did you already grease them I have just a little but we going to grease it one more time this here little deal here is going to get greased as well now if you got some wax paper that you're going to use to mash this you wouldn't have to grease this but I need it greased I'm
