Adams a here he's on location doing a shoot we have another Adam this is Adam Khan Younis Adam we met you two years ago now can't believe it I know it's Silicon Valley comic-con for longtime viewers have tested you may not recognize Adams face but you may recognize his second skin because you are one of the Toros the first totoro we met on location yeah I guess you could say first oh yeah Wow and you've brought your costume your Totoro - Adam shop today it's here it's a little deflated yeah he's a little under the weather right now because we are doing a special event at the upcoming San Diego comic-con we're doing a Totoro Meetup that's out of the-- it's it's like a meetup right right like when Adam first saw you at Silicon Valley he got so excited I think you were inspired by his build oh yeah to put this together in your own way with you know your take on it and since then every event we go to take it off it's taken off other people toward us and so we want to get a big group of Totoro is to all get together at San Diego Adam will be one of them and because you won't be able to give there be there you're loaning us your Totoro costumes so the way I can wear it yeah I'll be there in spirit of course your skin will be there uh I have so many questions I won't know how you put this on and talk about the construction a little bit but I can we take it take it up and take it apart and yeah and see how it goes on yeah he's a heavy one so deceptively big yeah these goes on just like Adams going through the bottom to the bottom okay yeah all right the harness I have in my other bag but you'll be able to hold up the you'll see that PVC piping in there yes yeah just kind of hold that up with your arms for right now until I fit you for the harness so this way it's all support on your shoulders so one of the things that you did would you use PVC pipe yeah as you're as you're boning here mm-hmm Wow so it is about 35 pounds so oh my god definitely need harness in there yep-yep-yep how you can see I'm pretty good I kid I feel more like a woodland creature already I can't believe you were in this for seven hours yeah Silicon Valley comic-con gets hot in there huh yeah have you warned us that other conventions sense no not yet it's a little bit cumbersome to take around it's pretty big is this batting just like a comforter yeah it's just comforted quilting batting to give him this little uh fluff because I had him originally just with a sheet but it you can see all the ribs and the hide that's in there that I must you can't see that yellow pipe in there right yeah yeah that's yeah that's it comes from mr. batting yeah the batting in a half inch schedule 40 is pretty tough this was my first ever cosplay suit it was just so he did it so perfectly on the tested and easy made it so simple to kind of like if I could do that I could follow along easily with instructions you guys can't see this but I'm sweating right now yeah that's he gets hot in there it's about three inches of batting all right I think I got it got it push up all right 31 2 should rest on your shoulders 3 on your shoulders yep on my shoulders ok all right whoa he's in a little bit better shape too totally Adam I can't believe you were in this for 7 hours yeah it was hot yeah you know what I'm getting pumping air in the total row just like bouncing around yeah I have two fans that I had built in one does push push fan air out of the mouth and one brings it into the bottom oh awesome and thank your fans repurpose from other costumes no there's actually um the desktop fans oh nice they're just for someone's office that I just happen to find this whole build is super industrious from the PVC pipe to the the comforter batting to you're tying it all together with essentially gaff tape yeah on the inside gaff tape and then uh the pipe itself is actually welded together at 550 degrees oh wow it's not going nowhere incredible well I thank you so much Adam for bringing your Totoro here and loaning it to us for a Totoro meet up at this year's San Diego comic-con if you have a Totoro and you're planning on being at San Diego post a comment in the comment section below on the tested site and we'll get in touch and we'd love to see you there Adam thank you it's been a pleasure
