If You Want to Share with Us About Your Weight Loss Journey, I'm Right There with You
As someone who is also on a weight loss journey, I understand that it can be tough. However, I love talking about it and sharing my own experiences with others. My favorite all-time movie is 10 Things I Hate About You, which was either released in the 90s or early 2000s - I'm not sure which one! But regardless of the year, I just love that movie. It features an amazing cast, including Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger.
I have to admit, though, that math is not my strong suit. In fact, I'm really bad at it. Even in high school, I barely graduated from math class. Despite my struggles with math, I do enjoy learning about it when I can. There's something about understanding numbers and concepts that just clicks with me.
One thing that I'm obsessed with is Target. I know it sounds a bit basic, but I love the deals they offer, especially through their RedCard program. I also appreciate how they have Cartwheel, which allows me to save even more money on my purchases. And let's not forget about coupons - I've got them clipped and ready to go at all times!
As a Christian, I try to stay connected with God and attend church regularly. I also make it a point to pray daily, even if it's just for a few minutes. I'm still working on developing my spiritual practice, but I know that faith is an important part of who I am.
Music is another one of my passions. I've learned to play the guitar, and while I won't say that I'm a virtuoso by any means, I can play a few chords. My husband has been teaching me, and I have to admit - it's really cool! He's also a talented musician, although his style is definitely more religiously inclined than mine.
Speaking of family, we've recently adopted a dog named Cake. She's a sweet and loving companion, but she can be quite shy at times. She has anxiety issues and doesn't do well with loud noises or changes in her environment. Despite this, she's really good with our son Noah and is an important part of our family.
One thing that I need to work on is managing my stress levels. As someone who gets anxious easily, I sometimes struggle with panic attacks. It can be really tough for me when things don't go as planned or when there are unexpected changes in my life. However, I'm learning to cope with these feelings and find ways to manage them.
When the weather warms up, you can usually find me spending time outdoors with my son. We love going to the pool, playing in the yard, and enjoying the sunshine together. It's a great way for us to spend quality time together and create lasting memories.
Finally, I want to share that life is short, and we should appreciate every moment. As someone who tends to get caught up in the daily grind, it's easy to forget about the bigger picture. But when I take a step back and reflect on my day, I try to find something to be thankful for - no matter how small it may seem. It's these little moments that make life worth living.
