do is come up at a slight angle and when you turn you're gonna turn your dominant way and push really hard while you're turning so basically is gonna come push hard into the nose and then just kind of follow through and keep your head turn with almost every spin trick the main trick is to keep your head turn I've told this to numerous people numerous times I actually taught to get out of G turn 360 I would word in like five minutes so by the time you're done watching this video if you are out riding instead of actually watching a video you probably learned it already but anyway so just come out of the bank lean into it put all your pressure push into the ramp and get that spin and bring it around some people do it just to 90 and then spin and then some people do it to like 180 in spin so it's really whatever works best for you so if you're doing into a bank it's a little bit different but at the same time it's kind of the same just the one main difference if you're doing into a bank or flat ground is there's kind of two different ways to do it you could do the 90 way or the 180 way and the way that I actually like to do it is to push really hard into it to the point where you're going backwards in a backwards nose manual it's gonna feel really scary the first time and it's gonna be kind of weird but what you kind of do is you get in this and then if you do that you're gonna under rotate probably with the first couple times which is okay and then when you get in it just kind of land and turn your wheel you'll kind of like skid your way around but it's a really good safety to like turn your wheel that way it's like when you're under rotating a 360 or something it just allows you to roll out which helps a lot especially when you're learning flax it takes a lot of effort okay so I forgot to mention how fast you should go um seriously just go as fast as you comfortable with a little bit faster than you would for G turn 180 but you want to go fast enough where you can kind of push into it and get comfortable with it let same time you want to go so fast you can't really feel it out if that makes any sense okay so for flat ground it's basically the same thing except you're just gonna have to push even harder like I said when I learned this track I learned it in the middle of the street somewhere actually my sister's house so basically just get into it and just push really hard try to take like I can't emphasize enough just taking like drop your shoulder and push really hard and it'll just pop you around it'll be kind of a lot of work at first but so just kind of get in there give your shoulder and carve and swing around and push really hard and then just kind of pop out of it so when you're doing the kind with a little bit of a backwards nose manual the key to is really just to hang on you're not gonna flip over as easily as you would on a frontwards Jose Manuel if you hang on and just kind of get locked into it it'll just work for you really the main difference between the 360 to turn and just normal 180 you turn it's really just dipping into it and pushing hard right through it and it'll pop you right around just make sure you turn your head alright so when you're doing it all stuff it's kind of like the same premise you just want to make sure that you don't over spin because that's a big problem that some people have just kind of sling into it and just spin a little bit less than you would on flat ground and just kind of let the rest of the drop bring you around and you should be fine the worst case scenario I see with a lot of people that get off access and they slide out a little bit but if you hang on and just make sure to turn your head through it you'll be a-okay um that's about it there really isn't much more to it you just got to stick with it and in a comment section please give me advice for more how to's because I don't know there's just so many how to choose to mega there and I want to make a lot but I can never think of which ones to make but this one a lot of people ask me at my Instagram to make so hopefully this short couple tips will help you and just remember shoulder down push hard pop out keep your head turning
How to G Turn BMX
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey guys my name is animal Z and today I'm going to be teaching you how to G turn 360 before you learn this trick you're probably going to want to know how to G turn 180 um probably not to learn how to 360 and to learn them you're either going to want flat ground or a nice mellow Bank to go inside of or outside of okay so probably the easiest way to learn it is out of a bang and basically all you're gonna want to do is come up at a slight angle and when you turn you're gonna turn your dominant way and push really hard while you're turning so basically is gonna come push hard into the nose and then just kind of follow through and keep your head turn with almost every spin trick the main trick is to keep your head turn I've told this to numerous people numerous times I actually taught to get out of G turn 360 I would word in like five minutes so by the time you're done watching this video if you are out riding instead of actually watching a video you probably learned it already but anyway so just come out of the bank lean into it put all your pressure push into the ramp and get that spin and bring it around some people do it just to 90 and then spin and then some people do it to like 180 in spin so it's really whatever works best for you so if you're doing into a bank it's a little bit different but at the same time it's kind of the same just the one main difference if you're doing into a bank or flat ground is there's kind of two different ways to do it you could do the 90 way or the 180 way and the way that I actually like to do it is to push really hard into it to the point where you're going backwards in a backwards nose manual it's gonna feel really scary the first time and it's gonna be kind of weird but what you kind of do is you get in this and then if you do that you're gonna under rotate probably with the first couple times which is okay and then when you get in it just kind of land and turn your wheel you'll kind of like skid your way around but it's a really good safety to like turn your wheel that way it's like when you're under rotating a 360 or something it just allows you to roll out which helps a lot especially when you're learning flax it takes a lot of effort okay so I forgot to mention how fast you should go um seriously just go as fast as you comfortable with a little bit faster than you would for G turn 180 but you want to go fast enough where you can kind of push into it and get comfortable with it let same time you want to go so fast you can't really feel it out if that makes any sense okay so for flat ground it's basically the same thing except you're just gonna have to push even harder like I said when I learned this track I learned it in the middle of the street somewhere actually my sister's house so basically just get into it and just push really hard try to take like I can't emphasize enough just taking like drop your shoulder and push really hard and it'll just pop you around it'll be kind of a lot of work at first but so just kind of get in there give your shoulder and carve and swing around and push really hard and then just kind of pop out of it so when you're doing the kind with a little bit of a backwards nose manual the key to is really just to hang on you're not gonna flip over as easily as you would on a frontwards Jose Manuel if you hang on and just kind of get locked into it it'll just work for you really the main difference between the 360 to turn and just normal 180 you turn it's really just dipping into it and pushing hard right through it and it'll pop you right around just make sure you turn your head alright so when you're doing it all stuff it's kind of like the same premise you just want to make sure that you don't over spin because that's a big problem that some people have just kind of sling into it and just spin a little bit less than you would on flat ground and just kind of let the rest of the drop bring you around and you should be fine the worst case scenario I see with a lot of people that get off access and they slide out a little bit but if you hang on and just make sure to turn your head through it you'll be a-okay um that's about it there really isn't much more to it you just got to stick with it and in a comment section please give me advice for more how to's because I don't know there's just so many how to choose to mega there and I want to make a lot but I can never think of which ones to make but this one a lot of people ask me at my Instagram to make so hopefully this short couple tips will help you and just remember shoulder down push hard pop out keep your head turning to land it oh my god no no no no no no I was so far away Adam I was so far awayhey guys my name is animal Z and today
