**Customizing the Controller: A Closer Look**
If you're looking to use the controller for driving games, you can actually come in and pop off the current joysticks that are on there, toss on one of the longer sticks by just clicking it in, and then you can see the difference. This allows you to further customize how you use the controller itself.
For example, if you want to do a driving game, you might want to put on the longer sticks which give you a little bit finer control. On the other hand, if you want to keep it at the shorter stick for sort of those twitch movements on the hall effect joysticks, you can do that. So for now, pop this off the original one back on and it's just that easy.
There is a magnetic cover you wouldn't really know that but you can actually pop off this front cover so if you want to customize this controller a little bit more, you can get different style covers that basically just pop right back on via magnets and it's good to go. It stays pretty tight, so you don't have to worry about it falling off while you're using it.
**Thoughtful Design**
From what I can tell, the designers of this controller have thought about everything when it comes to this controller. One other thing I wanted to mention is if you take the charging base here, flip it over on the bottom, and you have a receiver so if you want to hook it up wirelessly to a computer or something else that uses USB-A, you can do that.
This is a Bluetooth receiver, and that just sort of fits right back down into the bottom here for storage. Pop the lid back on and you're ready to go. As I mentioned in the intro, this controller does support the Switch, PC, iOS, Android, and Steam Deck.
**Technical Specifications**
The other thing to note is that this controller has a 6-axis gyro, which is adapted specifically for movement whenever you're playing a game. It will work on other platforms but is tailored directly to the Switch support that this controller does have.
**Menu and Customization Options**
Just to quickly show you the power of this full-color screen that they have in the middle of the controller here, I'm going to go ahead into the menu, go into settings, and each one of these are kind of presets that you can set up. The first one is default, which puts everything back to normal.
Make sure that you have the ability to swap back to just a normal controller if you want, but if you go into the first setting here, and you can choose to adjust the buttons, joystick, or vibration. For example, if I want to come in and turn the vibration all the way to Max, I can, and then I can turn it all the way off if I want.
If I come up to the buttons, it allows me to change all the buttons and what they do right. So these back buttons M1, M2, M3, and M4 - if I go into here, I can make M1 equal the A and B button together so like in a game like Elden Ring if I like to Sprint, jump, and hit at the same time, I can do that with one of the back buttons.
**Macro Functionality**
If I come up to the macro function here, I can go ahead and set up macros for different situations. For example, if I want to play a certain game, I switch to that preset, or I can go back up to the default settings. So yeah, this has a lot of thought put into it.
I absolutely love the screen, I love the fact that you can swap out these joysticks here for longer ones depending on your use situation. I love the extra buttons on the back, and the fact that I can go ahead and when I'm done toss it right back into the charging.
**Conclusion**
If this helped you out, give me a like, subscribe - I'd love to see you back. Until next time, this is Carl from Techville Goodies, and I'm out.
