We recently bought an iPad Generation 9 to handle all our long-distance video conferencing needs, and it's been a game-changer. We don't live by our family, so we wanted a device that could help us stay connected with them remotely. excited about the new high-end stuff but i think apple sells more of these than anything else and so let's talk about the brand new ipad because i think this has some really great updates inside of it the first one you can see right here from the top of the screen it has the a13 bionic chip yes the new ipad mini the new iphones have the a15 but let's not forget the older processors are still crazy powerful and i think moving up the lowest end budget option to the a13 is going to be incredible a lot of the features that you want to keep seeing unlike all these ipads they're now going to be able to do because of this plus it will have the new ultra wide front camera and it starts at 64 gigabytes of storage which is pretty great and the best part is all of these updates the new storage the new processor the new camera they still have it at 329 dollars and that's the best part about the standard ipad yes it doesn't have all the new bells and whistles of apple's current technology but 329 bucks you cannot beat that because this will still have all of the cool ipad os 15 features that even the high-end ipads get they say powerful easy to use versatile i could not agree more what else do we have they're going to go through a lot of the ipad os 15 stuff like i said a13 bionic chip this will give you up to a 20 faster gpu performance because it will have an updated gpu inside of it if you do play video games on your ipad you'll be able to do it better here because of the new a13 you not only get a better cpu you will get a new neural engine inside of here making things like predictive text or even that text camera capture feature possible now because of the more horsepower you have all-day battery life they say that a lot they say a lot about all-day battery life for all this technology it's just it's hard look and i agree apple has some of the best battery life on the market in all of their devices but once you make the m1 macbook air you call this all-day battery life there's just like the bar set too high to really call anything else all day battery life we can we will continue to have the 10.2 inch retina display not a lot of updates there they did add now true tone to the ipad which is something that i don't normally use on my devices but it will read like the color temperature lights of your environment and it will change the display to make it more optimal now this will change the color information of your display if you are a video editor like me and you need those colors to stay pretty consistent i never turn it on but it's nice to see that a creature comfort feature is coming even to the budget line here's the real kicker that i think is going to be the best part is the new updated front-facing camera like i said earlier it has that ultra wide angle but this also has their new feature from the ipad pros called center stage now what center stage is it takes that ultra wide field of view and then it zooms in on you or what you're focusing on that's in there and it moves the camera around digitally to follow you and i think this is a really neat feature for example on father's day this year we bought my father-in-law a brand new m1 ipad pro that has center stage in it and the reason we bought that was to do all of our long distance video conferencing because we don't live by our family and what's cool about center stage is when he was in the frame it would tighten up make sure that we could see him but then when i came in the frame it widens out to make sure the whole family is in the shot and i think this combined better options out there like the ipad air 4 or even that new ipad mini 64 gigabytes keeping it in the 300 range that's the real key um here and then if you do want wi-fi or cellular it looks like it'll add it'll add 130 on top of the price and look i think that these ipads and i have used these before and i don't mean like years ago i mean this year this ipad has saved me so much hassle in like doing teams meetings just from the ipad you set it down pop it up you're now in a full teams meeting with everybody on your team um that's incredible like that's incredible stuff for this price and then if you really want to be able to do that from wherever by the cellular version i'm telling you they said it in the presentation themselves that ipads are incredibly versatile devices and they
