The Art of Dropping iPhones from Great Heights: A Scientific Experiment Gone Right

We're about to embark on an experiment that's equal parts crazy and fascinating. We've got a brand new iPhone 7, nestled snugly in its case, and we're going to take it on a wild ride. Literally. We'll be dropping this phone from great heights, measuring the impact on our trusty little device, and seeing just how much punishment it can withstand.

We started by attaching a Rhino Shield crash guard to the back of the iPhone 7. This baby's got six layers of protection, including a back protector that's designed to shield against impact. We figured, why not? It's only the best for our little friend here. And, honestly, it looks pretty cool too.

As we attached the case and the Rhino Shield, I couldn't help but think about just how crazy this was all going to be. We're talking 50 feet, guys. That's like, what, a two-story drop? But then again, it's not every day you get to see an iPhone survive that kind of impact. So, we were both excited and terrified at the same time.

Finally, we decided it was time to take our creation for a spin. We grabbed another iPhone 7, popped in the Rhino Shield case, and attached a second one on top – just for good measure. And then, we dropped it from... well, let's just say "up there." The phone landed face down, but miraculously, it didn't break. At least, not the screen.

Now, I know what you're thinking: that's just amazing. But wait, it gets better! We decided to take our experiment to the next level – literally. This time, we dropped the second iPhone from an even greater height... 200 feet! And guess what? It survived too!

Of course, there was a slight casualty in all this excitement. The screen did pop out when it landed face down, but that's not entirely the end of the world. And besides, it looks like our phone is only slightly bent. A small price to pay for the thrill of watching your iPhone survive multiple drops from great heights.

We're going to keep pushing the limits, guys. We'll take this beauty up even higher and drop it again. Because when you've got a Rhino Shield crash guard on board, anything seems possible! And who knows? Maybe we'll even discover some new secrets about just how tough our iPhones can be.

don't know why semi like a million of these so a little overkill here but the iPhone 7 that you come in multiple colors I think we'll choose the white one it'll be easier to see in the sky and where it falls I think so I think so sky is white I think the phone is black it's fine it'll cancel out so that's a brand new matte black iPhone 7 never before touched there's there's an easy table right there man have a knife I will get it soon better man Luminess oh man that's so beautiful yeah it almost matches my suit this could be a what's called that YouTube this you know that you put it on the video what some male thumbnail ah there you go I'm so stupid I'm so stupid way I could be a thumbnail like this but male 4 what man uses iPhone in suit exactly Oh turn it on it should you should have power ok man they make things so complicated what are you talking about this is the easiest packaging ever to put this shield on first supposedly it's 5 times more resistant to damage than a glass screen protector 6 layers of protection and a back protector so this is pretty much for the jet-black primarily but it'll protect any iPhone really and we've got the back one installed guys this took me like 10 seconds to do so don't judge my quality here it is protected so that's what matters cool I like this color it's like a white on grey reminds me of the old bumpers very nice and snug fit it comes whoa almost hit our slow-mo cameras oh my goodness so that's 200 feet are we going to get lucky this time as well and wow that is 200 feet still survived and this time it was a rear impact the phone looks a little bent to me that is incredible Wow so 200 feet 100 feet and these guys have survived so this displays slightly jutting out here as well I'm going to try and peel this case back to pop it back in so while the phone did survive the displays jutting out just a little bit pop it back in and you should be okay the phone believe it or not is not that bad but just a little bit I'd rather have a bent phone than a broken display I'll tell you that so let's take it up as high as we can go and drop it but that is amazing well done well done oh and it's coming all right and that's
