A Day at the OSB Contest and a Car Malfunction

We decided to stay home today, but we wanted to attend the OSB contest because one, we told many people that we were going, and two, it only happens once a year. We like to go there with friends and hang out, seeing many people we don't get to see often. On our way to the white house, we grabbed some stuff to bring to James.

We stopped by the white house and admired the OSB contest tent, which looked really good. Many people were doing it, which was impressive. However, whenever I rode my bike, I couldn't be filming because I was riding and needed to focus on the road. I decided to put the camera aside for now and take a short ride.

As I rode, I felt sick and thought that one line from Adam was so funny. After realizing the security cam footage showed us quarrying on the crew road, I took a little ruffle run real quick. I heard that line was particularly fun.

Feeling unwell, we decided to focus on our car instead of continuing with filming for the day. We still wanted to get some things done. However, the car had started malfunctioning due to the cold weather and a few other issues. The sound system had issues, and the car's condition didn't seem ideal for drifting.

We were planning to teach someone how to drift next week, specifically on Tuesday, when we will be teaching me how to drift myself. I was nervous about it because I'm not good at drifting in video games and worried that everyone has high expectations of me being a "baller drifter." My knee still hurts from surgery over two months ago.

To prepare for the lesson, I wanted to finish some things on the car first. One thing we need is roll cage padding. We have some special foam that's actually required whenever you hit your head. The frame rails are also in a bad condition due to leaking brake fluid and rust. They will likely need to be sanded down and repainted.

I've been running around all day and haven't filmed anything yet, which is not ideal. I feel terrible for it but am happy with the amount of content we were able to capture despite my sickness. I hope that by tomorrow, I'll feel better and maybe take a break from filming. However, if I do decide to take off, I doubt anyone would understand.

The experience has been great so far, with our channel gaining subscribers thanks to one person who paid them off to get Spencer's autograph. The discipline day event at the OSB contest was amazing, and many people are participating in it.
