NEW BittBoy PocketGo -- The Last Game Hunter

The Mystery of the Bit Boy V3: A Review

I was browsing through the website of a company that produces retro gaming handheld devices when I stumbled upon an interesting piece of information. It seemed that they had announced a new version of their popular device, called the "Bit Boy V3", and to my surprise, there's already another one! This caught my attention, as I had recently purchased the previous version of the Bit Boy V3.

As I scrolled through the website, I found myself face-to-face with the new Bit Boy, which features LR buttons. The price for this device is $49.99, and it will be available in pre-order soon. This is a significant improvement over the previous model, as it includes an eight-gigabyte SD card, which is pretty impressive considering its size.

The new Bit Boy has a unique design, with a wide-angle Game Boy Advance style screen. I have to say that this design choice seems like a step back from my previous experience with the Bit Boy V3, but maybe it's just a matter of personal preference. The device also features tempered glass, 32 megabytes of RAM, and a CPU based on the Allwinner F1C100S chip.

One of the things that drew my attention to this new device was its buttons, which include left and right controls, a volume dial, an on/off switch, a TV-out port, and a headphone jack. I'm not sure what to make of the TV-out port yet, but maybe it's just a feature for streaming retro games.

The Bit Boy V3 also comes with a user manual and a SD card, which is called "Pocket Go Retro Game". I have no idea what this game is or why it's included with the device. Maybe it's just a bonus gift?

As someone who has been using the Bit Boy V3 for some time now, I'm curious to see how this new version performs. One thing that I noticed was that my games were experiencing some slowdown on older titles like Super Nintendo games, but newer titles seemed to run smoothly.

In terms of practical use, the Bit Boy is great for traveling with, as it's small and lightweight. My daughter has been using it a lot, so I'm confident in its ability to hold her attention during long trips.

So, should you buy this new Bit Boy V3? That depends on your personal preferences and gaming needs. If you're looking for a retro gaming handheld device that can play older titles without too much slowdown, then this might be the device for you.
