I'm going to put everything together and your Allen keys and wrench and screwdriver and I'll explain all of that in a setup video and it comes with a little bit of PLA PLA is the plastic, it's also now that I know the easiest thing to print with I will talk about that later too and here is the printhead so printhead comes completely sealed and bagged and with a printhead already on the print I guess I'm calling it the print head with a print head already on the printhead it sounds stupid but with a print nozzle already installed so you get to a backup and one on the unit so now for the final piece this is the piece that we bolt on this is your tower this is what carries the printhead and all the hookups and everything are all bolted into this guy now I stupidly lay it on completely backwards because at this point I really don't even know how to put it together to be honest with you so it does turn around the other way with the uh panel showing not that okay so here we are now guys I do have it running it is printing now uh at this point I thought that everything was going great but apparently it wasn't the print was good don't get me wrong there and I will explain all that in the setup video and the overall uh everything that I went through to get this set up so you guys again don't have to go through what I went through uh this was definitely about five six days of non-stop crashing it running it again nope that's not printing and so on so here at least it's showing that it is printing it is working uh what do I think of the printer now well I find the printer is perfectly fine I do not like the customer service a whole lot but the customer service wasn't needed when you have friends and a wonderful world of youtube so I know a couple people that own about 10 15 printers and they all talk to me and help me out in fact one of my buddies down east actually logged into my computer and set my software up uh and again I'll go through all that in another video as well so you can see uh the software that we use uh what it comes with why you need to update it and so on but overall I'm very happy with it now compared to what I was when it was doing all of this so I will say the printer is fine do not hesitate to purchase one know that you're getting into something that is foreign to you if you have not used a 3d printer my discretion is powered now you will pull hair out of your head you will be upset in the beginning I was trying to print with petg which is a food grade type of material thinking it was the best material which it is but it's also the last level of printing once you get good at printing with other materials it's a material you go to well I started with it that was part of the problem moving on I bought PLA which is plastic and that's what this is printing with now and again now I'm printing things are working much better I may feel more comfortable to work with petg or petg whatever you wish to call it and in my other video talking about the setup I'll go through a bunch of mistakes I made show you mistakes I made and so on and let you know what not to do and I'll try and get that video up within the next few days so that you know if you're buying this hopefully I can get you uh on the right route without uh you know pulling hair out of your head and and get you all set up so anyway guys thank you for tuning in if you watch this long and you like the video please hit share or like subscribe if you're not subscribed all this helps the channel more than you uh buying anything from my affiliate links the best thing you can do is like what I do and if you don't like it of course let me know why and hit that like or dislike button the like button like dislike but the button is there for you to hit either way I don't care I want you to let me know what's going on how your brain thinks until next time guys thank you for tuning in game over

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwelcome back everybody and thank you for tuning in to another episode of the last game hunter today we're going to look at a 3d printer i finally bought one this is the anet et4 and let's take a look at it and take a look at what i think and well is it any good let's find out okay well here we are first things first this is your spool holder uh it goes with this metal bracket right here and it screws into that round hole and bolts onto the top of your frame comes with a very heavy power cord which i expect in a 3d printer i mean you shouldn't have you know too flimsy a cable uh packing was pretty good uh i got to thank my wife of course for taking out the printer for me because well i can't go around lifting stuff like this right now but i'm glad i have help i just wanted to give her a shout out my wife's always been there for me throughout all of this in the car accident so what we have here um is a 220 by 220 by 250 bed now on the bottom here you have uh these rollers they are your manual levelers there's just these black knobs underneath the bed um they're used in a situation where you need to do a manual i will do a different video on setting this up because it's going to be hard it 3d printing i've learned a valuable lesson it's not for it to plug it in start printing and be happy so basically the connections and stuff back here these ones don't need to be plugged in it was one i just seen on the flatbed that plugs into the tower when the tower is bolted on you can see the square spot where the tower goes with the two holes down here you have your power jack and your switch ac 110 of course and there's a vent i believe for taking an air you have a micro sd and a usb printer style i'll just call it type printer i think it's called type b or something i can't remember if you want to hook it up directly to the printer or to a pc but you don't need to so there it is there microsd that's all i use and your usb if you want to hook it up of course anet is the brand name and it was purchased on amazon i'll put a link down below if you are interested in the end this is a good budget entry this is a two and a half inch touchscreen uh works really well i have to say i'm not uh upset about that screen at all at this point anyway and there's your forward and back rail system which is belt driven so you'll notice everything's gonna be belt driven on this and of course there's your knobs again for manual leveling i'll do a whole different video on leveling if you want me to actually i'll probably do it anyway because it's actually very important there's your outtake fan so that's taking the heat out of the system down below again there's your belt to go back and forth so you're left to right access and then you just seen the rails for the front to back so again just showing the tighteners here for whether you're going to uh bring the bed up or bring the bed down there's four of them four corners very very very important and again i'll get to that in another video so that you know what to do so you don't go through the same heartaches that i did all right so moving on here with the contents so this is the 3m uh pad that you can peel and put on the glass after um i'm going to recommend against it and i'll explain why when we're doing the setup video i mean it is fine it will work i don't think sticking something down to the glass is a great idea um this is the belt to move your blade i guess your laser i'm going to call a laser printer your print head back and forth this is the memory card and usb key with an extra print head in the bag so it's kind of neat so it comes with the tf card i believe it's an eight gig so it's more than big enough to throw a pile of stuff on the screws and everything needed to bolt everything together and your allen keys and wrench and screwdriver and i'll explain all of that in a setup video and it comes with a little bit of pla pla is the plastic it's also now that i know the easiest thing to print with i will talk about that later too and here is the printhead so printhead comes completely sealed and bagged and with a printhead already on the print i guess i'm calling it the print head with a print head already on the printhead it sounds stupid but with a print nozzle already installed so you get to a backup and one on the unit so now for the final piece this is the piece that we bolt on this is your tower this is what carries the printhead and all the hookups and everything are all bolted into this guy now i stupidly lay it on completely backwards because at this point i really don't even know how to put it together to be honest with you so it does turn around the other way with the uh panel showing not that okay so here we are now guys i do have it running it is printing now uh at this point i thought that everything was going great but apparently it wasn't the print was good don't get me wrong there and i will explain all that in the setup video and the overall uh everything that i went through to get this set up so you guys again don't have to go through what i went through uh this was definitely about five six days of non-stop crashing it running it again nope that's not printing and so on so here at least it's showing that it is printing it is working uh what do i think of the printer now well i find the printer is perfectly fine i do not like the customer service a whole lot but the customer service wasn't needed when you have friends and a wonderful world of youtube so i know a couple people that own about 10 15 printers and they all talk to me and help me out in fact one of my buddies down east actually logged into my computer and set my software up uh and again i'll go through all that in another video as well so you can see uh the software that we use uh what it comes with why you need to update it and so on but overall i'm very happy with it now compared to what i was when it was doing all of this so i will say the printer is fine do not hesitate to purchase one know that you're getting into something that is foreign to you if you have not used a 3d printer my discretion is powered now you will pull hair out of your head you will be upset in the beginning i was trying to print with petg which is a food grade type of material thinking it was the best material which it is but it's also the last level of printing once you get good at printing with other materials it's a material you go to well i started with it that was part of the problem moving on i bought pla which is plastic and that's what this is printing with now and again now i'm printing things are working much better i may feel more comfortable to work with pet g or petg whatever you wish to call it and in my other video talking about the setup i'll go through a bunch of mistakes i made show you mistakes i made and so on and let you know what not to do and i'll try and get that video up within the next few days so that you know if you're buying this hopefully i can get you uh on the right route without uh you know pulling hair out of your head and and get you all set up so anyway guys thank you links the best thing you can do is like what i do and if you don't like it of course let me know why and hit that like or dislike button the like button like like dislike but the button is there for
