I can guarantee you number one the police will take you seriously and number two the civil court system will take it seriously and the criminal justice system will take it seriously well he can walk off into La La Land and think everything's okay but when those court papers show up on his house and he's getting criminal charges filed against him he's gonna take it seriously it's in here it's in this truck he put it away it's right here you can see it so that's the sledgehammer that's it there is in one clip of the video when I turn my camera right when he hits my car with the sledgehammer the other neighbor in the yellow shirt with the white hair is standing right across the street holding a cell phone filming I don't think any of them are on the side of helping me but if you subpoenaed someone for a video based on them filming in the background you might get something obviously we have the guy with the sledgehammer but the other two individuals who are calling you names felony we're Canadians so we don't use terms like misdemeanor and felony can you tell us what is the difference you know there's usually a lot more penalties involved with the felony more jail time usually with a misdemeanor it's considered more like a slap on the wrist okay compared to a felon great cut scene here straight back too it was like that when I got you looking straight at your car so released God it will physically be taken got it absent you know if it was like a misdemeanor we could issue someone a citation right or if it would be likely will take him physically get him hooked in
