**2. Ethical Concerns and Government Contracts: Project Maven and Intel's Battlefield AI**

The discussion delves into ethical concerns surrounding AI use, particularly with **Project Maven**, where AI determines targets on the battlefield. This raises unsettling questions about accountability and consequences.

Intel has secured a contract to develop an AI system called **Titan** for military use. Designed to assist in identifying targets and more, this technology represents a significant leap in battlefield intelligence but also brings transparency issues regarding its operations.

---

**3. The Future of Computing: Intel's AI-Driven Chips**

The video explores the concept of **AI-driven chips**, or AIPCs, as Intel's vision for the future. These chips are expected to integrate seamlessly with existing CPUs, promising enhanced computing power. However, this shift also brings nostalgia for pre-AI hardware, much like how classic cars hold value today.

---

**4. AI in Everyday Life: Amazon and OpenAI's Neutered Chatbots**

Amazon is leveraging AI to generate product images and even create entire product pages from external links. While this streamlines the shopping experience, it also raises concerns about authenticity and quality control for consumers.

In a move that sparked debate, **OpenAI** restricted its chatbot, Gemini, from answering questions on global elections. This decision reflects broader societal tensions around AI's role in shaping public discourse and democracy.

---

**5. Robotics: From Battlefield to Home**

The video discusses the development of robots capable of assisting with chores, such as handing food and picking up trash. While these advancements promise convenience, they also highlight the need for refinement, especially in handling delicate tasks like sutures.

In South Korea, robots are being deployed to address an aging population by providing companionship and support. This initiative aims to alleviate the burden on caregivers but raises questions about the emotional depth and effectiveness of such interactions.

---

**6. AI Missteps and Cultural Reactions**

The video humorously recounts a situation where Saudi Arabia's first male robot gained unintended attention for its social interaction, leading to public discussions about cultural norms and robotics.

Meanwhile, South by Southwest (SXSW) attendees booed AI-related talks, indicating a divide in how different groups perceive the technology. This reaction reflects broader concerns about accessibility, control, and the potential dystopian future AI might usher in.

---

**7. Transportation: Autonomous Vehicles and Robo-Taxis**

The video touches on Tesla's full self-driving capabilities, which have shown significant shortcomings during testing. Despite Tesla's leadership in the EV market, their autonomous driving technology faces criticism for safety issues.

In contrast, companies like Waymo are pushing forward with **commercial robo-taxi services** in major cities. These initiatives promise a future of driverless commuting but also raise concerns about affordability and job displacement.

---

**8. The Past Meets the Future: Reflections on AI and Innovation**

The video humorously compares the adoption rates of historical technologies like refrigeration to today's AI advancements. It also speculates on how society might one day value pre-AI technology, much like we cherish classic cars today.

This reflection underscores the rapid pace of technological change and the need for cautious innovation, especially when it comes to integrating AI into daily life.

---

**9. Misadventures in Technology: Boeing Whistleblower and Police Robots**

The video highlights a tragic case involving **John Barnett**, a Boeing whistleblower who died under mysterious circumstances while testifying. His story serves as a cautionary tale about the challenges whistleblowers face, especially in high-stakes industries.

In another segment, Toronto police advised citizens to let car thieves steal their vehicles due to advanced theft methods targeting key fobs. This advice raises questions about public safety and the limitations of current security measures.

---

**10. Royal Drama and Celebrity Misfortunes**

The video provides updates on Princess Kate's altered family photo controversy, suggesting palace involvement in its manipulation. This incident reflects how royal families navigate modern media scrutiny and public perception.

Additionally, the story of a woman drowning in a Tesla due to its indestructible windows adds another layer to Elon Musk's controversial legacy, highlighting potential risks associated with cutting-edge technology.

---

**11. Legal and Scientific Controversies: DNA Testing and Chocolate Fountains**

The video discusses a case where a lab technician manipulated DNA test results, leading to wrongful convictions in 65 cases. This scandal highlights the ethical responsibilities of scientists and the need for rigorous oversight in forensic science.

In Tasmania, plans to build the world's largest chocolate fountain have sparked comparisons to "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." While intriguing, this project raises practical questions about maintenance and contamination.

---

**12. The Dark Side of AI: Job Market and DeepMind's Goat Simulator**

The video explores concerns about AI replacing jobs, particularly in fields like recruitment where algorithms are increasingly used to screen candidates. This shift brings both efficiency and risks of bias and job displacement.

In a lighter note, DeepMind's success in **Goat Simulator** challenges perceptions of game rules and raises questions about how AI measures success in non-traditional contexts.

---

**13. Miscellaneous奇闻趣事: From Zucchinis to Chocolate Fountains**

The video concludes with quirky stories, such as the French study revealing one in five young people cannot recognize a zucchini and a Tasmanian premier's ambitious chocolate fountain project. These segments highlight cultural differences and human ingenuity.

---

**Conclusion: The Future is Here, and It’s Complicated**

The video offers a mosaic of current events, reflecting both the promise and perils of modern technology. From AI advancements to ethical dilemmas and societal challenges, it paints a picture of a world rapidly evolving, where innovation must be balanced with caution.

As we move forward, the questions remain: How do we harness technology for good? How do we ensure accountability and fairness in its use? And how do we navigate this new era without losing sight of human values?

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enHello everybody welcome back today is March 22nd which is Aragorn's birthday except they weren't on Earth they didn't have the same Star as we did they didn't spend at the same rate as we did except they did because it was convenient lazy World building yeah that's what I would say about the multiple different calendars he created also languages alphabets yeah entire ways of writing well that has nothing to do with this but these people are creating something cognition emerges from stealth to launch AI software engineer Devon what the article author Adventure beat failed to do was go look for uh job listings at cognition which included AI software developers so they claim that Devon is uh way ahead of look at little chat GP T4 down here oh I don't know what kind of benchmarks this is based on but it seems promising chat gp4 is getting terrible yeah at it it's also very slow I think it's to the point where um the Goliath I think it's Goliath the Goliath local coding model is is generally consistently doing a better job than uh gp4 which is interesting but open AI still has new stuff coming out open AI Sora text to video generator will will be publicly available later this year that's going to be so great for YouTube I'm thrilled to be able to have to sift through more AI generated videos well the good news is right now it doesn't do sound so you can easily identify those Google not winning the AI race but they do have deep mind which was one of the OG AIS and it's still out there and it's still learning Google deep Minds AI agent is learn to play Goat Simulator God help us all we should also get it to play surgeon simulator remember that so that Goat Simulator clearly is not a game with rigidly defined rules it's open world nonsense but deep mind is good enough now to somehow figure that out I don't know how you determine if you're winning that game yeah what's the what's the criteria for success is it just hitting W to move forward I a scoring system and uh AI is taking over the world very slowly and sometimes we're tentative about putting it into things worrying about the consequences but then we have project Maven where we're literally letting it shoot people and over in China they're doing another really dangerous job with it China puts trust in AI to maintain its largest high-speed rail network in fact it's the largest high-speed rail network on Earth because we don't believe in highspeed rail here in America America talk to me when it's uh Germany one of the facts they had in here China's highspeed rail network just passed the length of the circumference of the earth wow so the way this thing works is it it monitors the electromagnetic field and the voltages and stuff in the current that's running through all this stuff and if there's any little difference it dispatches a team and it's been amazing how good it is at keeping the trains on time and AI chatbots are powerful they can do amazing things like that but they can also reveal some uncomfortable truths so they must be neutered rers has the headline Google restricts AI chatbot Gemini from answering questions on global elections just like the algorithm bringing you this show restricts distribution to the people that have subscribed oh it's all about controll and speech these days isn't it and the other problem that you might have if you're running a large language model is other large language models coming in and trying to steal your data mid Journey bans all stability AI employees over alleged data scraping isn't that just so bold to be angry about data scraping we've seen this clip art before I love this this is one of my favorite pictures that we ever see yeah there is a a lack of self-reflection here right it's like no you can't steal our stolen work they also claim that it took down the service because one person was doing too many API calls in the middle of a night on a Saturday how delicate is your API this guy was there putting the cursor against the folder that folder looks so scar that's such a great picture that was a picture that came before AI generated photos and grock is X's I'm sorry Twitter's uh solution to AI it's not setting the world on fire but they're going to give it to us Elon Musk says xai will open source Gro this week that has not happened yet has anyone like Has anyone used it I see it pop up on Twitter sometimes I'm like I don't want that you have to pay the blue check mark to get it so I'm not doing that and that project Maven that I was mentioning yeah we're going to start letting the AI choose who to shoot on the battlefield and to maintain all the you know information and stuff and you might be thinking well how are we going to get information to the AI from the battlefield well that's been solved planer wins US Army contract for battle Battlefield AI so this is going to be a truck called a Titan which is an acronym of course it is and uh the Titan is you know you bring it out there you park it on the battlefield and it starts to AI everything tell you who to shoot it's literal we're going to have literal hacks yeah this guy's aimbotting and Intel is bringing us a new generation of AI PCS but what is that really mean is an aipc any different than a regular pc now we know we asked Intel to find aipc it's reply anything with our latest CPUs so yeah they're not going to sell anything going forward at least Intel is not that's not an aipc they believe that this is the future that's probably is unfortunately someday will we value pre- AI chips the way we value pre Telemetry cars maybe and we all knew this was happen but now it's official Sam Alman will return to open ai's board with three new directors and it's all horrible uh the guy from Microsoft obviously because they have to have control the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation now going to be a part of it and instacart CEO that last one kind of threw me a little bit a bit and Amazon uh you know if you've been shopping on Amazon you've seen that all the images now for products are AI generated Amazon says that's fine and we're going to take it further Amazon will let sellers paste a link so AI can make a product page it's so useless when you're trying to figure out the scale of something yeah the idea here is you already have an e-commerce site you want to put your products on Amazon so you just give Amazon the link to your site and then it creates an identical product you're not allowed to use this on someone else's product let's say if you're a Chinese manufacturer definitely not allowed you will be policing yourself though good luck everybody well that'll definitely stop it I've definitely found products on Amazon I mean I've been searching for obscure stuff and the search results came up with stuff that's just it's like this is obviously AI generated I mean it's what I want but like if I order this am I even going to get it like the the picture is generated and the text is kind of like weird and broken and it the company is just a random string of letters yeah yeah sometimes I'll see a really good deal on a a USB drive on Amazon but I'm like I can't I can't do it I can't trust it I mean it's there's a chance I'll get it the real thing I got these amazing display port cables on Amazon no you didn't it says they're good they're not well all this AI talk I mean we hear from the media obviously here and we hear from the rich people and they all seem to love it but how do the youth and the common people feel about it South by Southwest audience is loud boo festival videos touting the virtues of AI this is this is weirdly disturbing CU like as dark and dystopian as we are a lot of the time like this has never been a better time to be alive like the AI tools are amazing if you have access to them now they do point out that the South by Southwest is probably heavily weighted toward young people working in media all of whom's lives are being destroyed by yeah I mean you say if you have access to it it doesn't really matter if you have access to it if there's a huge company who's holding it over your head who could remove that access at any time well we talked about the you know the problem with the insurance companies and the car Telemetry and where does that ultimately end up and I think we all know it ends up with no one driving right because we won't be able to afford to instead we'll be doing this we to launch commercial Robo taxi service in Austin by the end of the year already doing it in Los Angeles and San Francisco and it's going to be the paid version no longer just the employees doing it you can actually get the app pay money riding the car but how good is that self-driving technology well the uh one of the non-governmental non-industry groups have tested it here's what they found Vehicle Safety group tests 14 partial automated Driving Systems and none of them earn a good rating like person eating a banana in this article uh Tesla did not do well at all Tesla was dead last Mercedes uh did did reasonably okay yeah they only had the one was it Mercedes that had the one Lexus Lexus sorry my bad yeah they weren't just testing self-driving though they were testing all of the assist Technologies like the lane assist and all that nonsense this person was basically like the Tesla thing seemed like it was wildly unsafe and it's like full self-driving it's coming soon it'll be here any day and the one hope that we have is when we're living in this future horror and everything is you know spied upon and controlled by robots we might at least have our personal robot who can do chores for US Open AI Powers a robot that can hand people food pick up trash put away dishes and more I mean great you know if that was like a packaged product and you could you know you sold it for like 10 $15,000 you would sell a ton of those probably needs to improve a little bit before yeah the demo they showed there was an apple and some other things on the table and they were like hey robot what's on the table and it was able to identify everything and they were like hey robot I need some food and it was able to realize that the only food available was the Apple so I was like here you go I have the apple and then it crushed that guy's wind pipe I was thinking about like in Victorian times they had the the thing that like you put your clothes through like a a CL ringer and apparently it was really common even though it was super useful for like kids to put their fingers in there and then lose one we're going to have stuff like that for the robot actually I have one of those uh those OG washing machines in my basement that's about a hundred years old like the really old but like one of the it's manual but it could do electric but it looks like it would love to eat just a whole handful of fingers I really I mean I wonder like what was the adoption rate for like Refrigeration like you had an ice box and then Refrigeration was a thing like was that 5 years was that 10 years probably depends on if you had electricity in your house right yeah yeah need the infrastructure as soon as you could get the electricity that was one of the storyline Parts in that uh uh Harrison Ford TV show about Yellowstone M they were like oh we're never going to do that that's stupid now if your robot does rip off one of your fingers good news because if it has this software package it can pop that right back on watch as this robot learns to stitch up wounds it took it a number of tries also that's 20x speed it was doing it very slowly that would be an agonizing suture job I guess better than nothing that's artificial flesh the next step is they're going to just go get some chicken meat from the store yeah I think that's actually how you learn in like school and stuff you'll get like pig skin or something I mean you know you say school but I'm usually just stitching chickens in my spare time just for fun I left this out last week but it hit a lot more headlines and I don't think there's anything to this but it is funny video of Saudi Arabia's first male robot goes viral for the wrong reason see his hand there his hand reached out and touched something she oh no she turned around to slap whoever did that and then realized it was a robot and wasn't sure what to do I feel like I'd slap it harder I know it's a different culture but I me you know I watch the Pakistani guys and one of the things they constantly do is when they like something they do this like that's their like giving a thumbs up kind of yeah kind of like that thing so I wonder if maybe it was something like that and she was just standing close maybe well the robot clearly had no concept that anyone was standing there no it wasn't that impressive a robot and South Korea actually every country in the world at this point has demographic issues where the old people are getting old and the replacement rate has not been met so there's no young people to take care of them obviously robots have to step in the AI dolls to tackle loneliness of South Korea's elderly and watch over them no not watch over watch them I think uh we know all we need to know about this future from the Netflix movie Robot and Frank which I'm pretty sure had uh uh Kevin spacy is the voice of the robot but maybe not so it's going to like you know remind them to take their medicine and keep them company and try to engage them in mind exercises and you know physical exercises and stuff like that just get a dog when a dog can't remind you to take your medicine but you have a smartphone for that and Elon Musk has done it again despite the world hating him you cannot stop him from putting things things in space SpaceX celebrates its third launch of a mass massive Starship rocket engine it exploded at the end of the thing which people latch on to but this was a again a massively successful launch don't let anybody convince you that this wasn't just a ridiculous level of success it used to take us 10 years to blow something up in space now it's like every other day yeah we got lots of good data or Elon Musk did or SpaceX did if you're following along in a one time I cut a story because we did it in government uh but this is a little bit Terri but I wonder this is from the AP is like is this just setting me up to be always afraid so that I'll tolerate certain things J I knew I'm already always afraid yeah I wanted to know the details in the headlines and there's not and the AP has failed us I mean there's room to be more afraid like gone in government it's not really nonsense but uh possibly raising the the stakes in the Red Sea crisis the people over there causing problems apparently have gotten their hands on a Hypersonic missile from somewhere they definitely aren't there to just cause distraction from the other things that are going on so not only will that get through the defensive capabilities of our ships that are over there trying to protect the shipping Lane but it can go a lot farther and here's a terrifying story with a lot of weird connections because this is the turtl man Mitch McConnell's sister-in-law yeah us billionaire drowns in Tesla after Rescuers struggle with cars strengthened glass but that's not the only weird thing she was indirectly responsible for allowing glass that is not easily broken in automobiles because that used to be required for just this reason oh so you know the Tesla thing where he broke the cybertruck window yeah and it wasn't supposed to break well apparently that's actually really effective if emergency vehicles are trying to get in there so she actually had time to call some people wow and they had time to show up but they couldn't get the glass they couldn't get to her she looks really young to be Mitch McConnell's sister-in-law maybe it's a younger sister maybe there's a age Gap there it have to be a pretty big one wouldn't it yeah is that a May December type of that's a that's a rough way to go that's actually like one of my fears sometimes when I drive over a big bridge it's like what if I kened off and then would I have time to get out she had time yeah she yeah that's even worse though right like you'd almost rather just go quicker now the Toronto police are also having some car issues and that is rampant theft and their advice is a little questionable Toronto police just let the thieves steal your car because that's the safest thing put your fob near the door so if they're going to steal your fob radio waves they don't break in and threaten you no I think they're physically taking the fobs here I don't think they're flipper zeroing this this is much lower Tech you know what the other solution would be is just arm your citizenry no no no no no I've always heard like don't put anything valuable in your car but just leave it unlocked because people will just break in we we had that thing it's kind of the same thing where like there was one of the one of those CU here you can have an owner operator Pharmacy basically like a family business as as a pharmacy not like a big Pharmacy like you would but that's the thing but I I think we made national news a month or two or three ago where like the pharmacists like somebody came in was just like making a mess and they were going crazy and the pharmacist just shot them and uh they weren't armed or anything but the pharmacist was just like ah not today and the and so like the prosecutor brought charges and then like the prosecutor didn't get reelected and like they the grand jury would not bring charges and it was just like it was it was a person acting crazy in a pharmacy you don't do that you just what do you want property rights solves a lot of problems we don't get to have it anymore it's weird I mean there's I could see why some people would not want to do that but at the same time it also it's a different set of problems also the one thing you got to think of is you know like maybe they're coming for your car but maybe it's just vampires I think about that what are you gonna do man accused of killing mother in sils silit believed that she was a vampire okay in this case maybe Army citizenry is not a good idea but he staked her he didn't shoot her yeah well you got to kill him with the steak but he sted her in the neck which is not how you kill vampires no and the Chinese a lot of the rural Chinese people still have a lot of like older beliefs wives tail throwing this is like throwing a coin in a fountain but at a much more destructive scale exactly it's for luck so they were probably a little bit worried about getting on the plane like maybe their first flight like I don't know how do we keep the plane safe obviously you throw money at it flight in China delayed four hours after passenger throws coins into the engine they had to go in and find the coins and they got them three coins wow what if they didn't know how many coins did you throw I don't know I just read in my pocket no they did they they quoted them they said three to five so after he found that third one whoever to keep going for that H and we have a lot of these new activist uh weather forecasters who like Chase the storm and they want to be in the middle of it and they're you know weather on the ground maybe not always the best idea Oregon Avalanche forecaster dies in a snows slide that he triggered while skiing so this was he wasn't even on the job he was vacationing but he had the inflatable bag just in case he got trapped in an avalanche and a beacon locator didn't matter still died I don't know that he was necessarily like not on the job I think he was that's how you inspect the there's ways to look yeah and tell if it's likely to have a a Avalanche well he had the inflatable bag and the the beacon that's supposed to save you it did not but I don't think he had time to trigger it I think like it probably smooshed him when it caught him right like he wasn't under there dying cuz the other guy was able to get to him and dig him out and try resuscitation but he was already too far gone probably pretty violent to get caught in a Avalanche right did you know Prince Charles was caught in avalanche once I did not know that isn't that weird what a weird thing that was like back in like the 80s what is he the current he's the king now oh okay i' I've been deep diving on the royal family we'll got a story about that later you can fill us in I threw this in because it's just like I love these nonsense technology stories that I don't know why they this this is a dune promo oh yeah that's a good point yeah Shields up new ideas might make active shielding viable so this is we launched this thing that's 40 tons into space for a 7 ton habitation module and we use magnets to keep the crew safe it's a big tradeoff I don't believe it we'll see and I have actually uh refrained from putting any of any of the Boeing stories in any of our lists but there's been a lot of them though that it's like I I've just kind of kept going with it I was like well it's getting more and more but you know what we've left it out so far we got to put this one in here because it's just so insane what we are expected to believe Boeing whistle blower John Barnett has found has been found dead in the US apparently self-inflicted his family believes it was self-inflicted but he also published a story that said hey I'm not going to John mcfey myself I believe that it could easily so the story here is he was testifying actively testifying so he was not like at his home he was traveling to testify in the court case sitting in a parking lot when he decided to to make this ultimate decision but I believe that it could have been self-inflicted I believe somebody could have just you know they came up they got in the passenger seat and they're like listen here's your we got these pictures of your kids here's where they go to school here's what's going to happen here's a 9 mm see you later yeah Christa so uh this is like this story moves so fast there's new stuff coming out every day just catch this up Kate Princess of Wales apologizes for altering a family photo that fueled rumors about her health Kate maybe well she didn't apologize that we know of cuz there's no we heard from her right yeah it was literally a social media post that was signed C and everyone now thinks that it was actually Prince William Andor her Palace who issued the statement saying oh sorry for altering that because does anyone believe for one second that the future Queen of England is modifying her own photos like this no I mean maybe she's got plenty of time right yeah maybe maybe she's a huge Photoshop Enthusiast she also copy paste her face from Vanity Fair yeah that's one of the the pictures they think that was taken here's the thing about it after it's been another week she could just literally she could go to the BBC call them up do a teams call right and be like hey I'm here everything's good we appr well that's the thing is like you think they would just release a video it's like hey we see all the conspiracy theories we've had to laugh about it but I'm actually fine I'll be returning to duties in a few weeks what if this is driving unprecedented interest in the royal family and they're watching like they have a marketing team and they're like oh line is going up but I wonder though like cuz usually with the royal family they're not like other places where it's like o any press is good press they usually want like they're very dignified like that's the or at least that's the the perception they want to put out what if they figured out that they're losing the Tik Tok generation maybe generate more but there are some great conspiracy theories uh she cut her bangs have you heard the conspiracy theory about like there's a lot of pictures where there's another woman in the picture and the rumor is that the husband is actually prefers The Other Woman now oh yeah Rose she has a ridiculous it's spelled ridiculously but it's pronounced Chum but it's like 10 more letters more than that and they're saying that maybe he has some really specific tastes in the bedroom that's see that's an old story from a few years ago and then it got kill noticed and now it's being brought brought up again just like the picture yeah interesting they're keeping us hanging on I don't know if it's because they're hiding something or because we're being manipulated this is my new like guilty pleasure on the Internet it's just like stupid gossip about royt for that for sure yeah it's embarrassing but it's I love it well if you're in Colorado and you have a criminal case against you maybe some really good news for you former CBI scientists accused of manipulating data in 65 cases an internal investigation has found this is manipulating DNA misreading a report doing the lab results wrong there's a lot of there's a lot of problems here and covering it all up yeah so it wasn't just being bad at her job it was being lazy and then covering it up now they say that she didn't lie on purpose well I mean she did lie on purpose but she didn't like she wasn't trying to change the outcome of the cases it just bad her job yes no not even bad she just didn't want to do the work H fabulous like oh the the data from this T test result would exonerate this person I don't know but the all the other evidence points this way it's fine and if you think that's the laziest thing that American law enforcement has done this week oh are you so wrong Houston police chief apologizes after officers dropped 264,000 cases due to lack of staff so the they just went in their case management system treated it like tickets it's like these tickets have been open for a long time let's just close them so there was a code in this system where so you have to like set some value of like how did we deal with this and someone added a code to say we didn't deal with this because lack of Manpower and then they just started using it for everything neat I wouldn't say that's neat and uh once again we have a man who has done nothing to hide his thefts and brazenly just showed us all of his largest and all of his stealing and people still followed it Brooklyn Pastor bling Bishop found guilty of spending $90,000 of his parishioners savings on luxury goods that is not an okay use of parishioner funds it turns out he's got luxuries three different cases against him for various frauds and thefts while he was living High telling people how to conduct their lives and high school bathroom stor this is like a new category that we have there's a new nobody wanted this but here we are need to use the bathroom during class at this Colorado school students must first show their ID you don't have to show your ID if you go to bathroom uh after class or before class but during class that's not allowed they tried something like this briefly with us where like you had a certain number of bathroom breaks to use during class during the year so like you had a card you had to fill out did you have an open market where you could trade those like carbon credits no I think eventually like I think before it was even really fully implemented mented parents heard about it and got really angry they point out that teenage girls in particular yeah you got to go change your pad I had to haul ass to the ladies so uh I'm riding the Crimson Tide they're upset about it for obvious reasons now to be fair though the kids do they're up to no good in those bathrooms oh yeah but they' never has there ever been a time where a high school bathroom was not just like hot box with cigarette smoke it's kind of like a ride of Passage yeah and uh on one hand you're not allowed to pee but on the other hand you have to be treated like a baby the rest of the time I guess in both cases they're treating you like a baby aren't they Ottawa School Board could make graduation ceremonies more inclusive by allowing those who didn't pass to participate what why well there is a kind of a an excuse It's a they've messed up the scheduling somehow so they're not going to be able to do the final grades before graduation oh so there's some kids that they are pretty confident but they don't actually have the final numbers so but they're talking about making this permanent a lot of people are saying it's like oh we we can't make them feel bad about failing out of high school except when they go to get a job like that's still going to hold against them I was hoping that that story was going to be like air horns and beach balls now allowed at graduation ceremonies the uh the AI job recruiter is going to look at those resumes and it's going to kick them right out but then it sees that photo and it's like well uh now I was trying to think like zucchini versus cucumber I would identify it by the little stem that's left on the end right yeah yeah so I guess I would pass this French study suggests one in five young people can't recognize a zucchini I don't really like zucchini that much I've never grown it even well you ever had like a fried zucchini maybe once or twice and I've had like zucchini bread but it's not something I go out of my way for you can flour it and put in the air fryer it's really good but yeah those various things that the French tested and a lot of the kids didn't know what was going on with actual like real foods that's really surprising that's the ultr processed reality we're living in delicious McDonald's those aren't even real sesame seeds can you tell a real sesame seed from a fake one and uh the Tasmania I guess is a big chocolate Hub exporter and they want to take advantage of that the Pure Imagination Tasmanian Premier vows to build the world's largest chocolate fountain if reelected that feels like a little bit of a threat considering Augustus Gloop fell into the chocolate River and then got sucked up in the fountain he brings up a lot of comparisons to to Wonka yeah but they want to do they also want to do like a uh make your own chocolate bar Adventure I mean I'm I'm intrigued I would maybe be interested I don't know if I'm going to fly to Tasmania for it but how would you keep the world's largest chocolate fountain free of debris yeah like children like I don't want to eat that chocolate right it's impressive Augustus Gloop chocolate no I I don't want my chocolate I need to be 0% child well you've you've seen the chocolate fountain at Golden right yeah I've seen kids go up there and just Jam a hand into it H and I'm like I don't want chocolate anymore how you going to prevent that at that scale giant Snee guard or like let's say there's a flying squirrel the bugs oh yeah flies you don't want that we also don't want this back in our government former US rep George Santos expelled from Congress says that he's going to run again question mark according to the Associated Press this looks like an AI generated image he doesn't look like definitely looks very skin sush don't you he looks he's got makeup on he looks exactly like his behavior don't you think like that's the least trustworthy face that you could have in the universe they mentioned how he went to some government function to like announce his new thing and they try to get back into it and he was glad handing all the people that voted him out how awkward was that George didn't expect to see you here and I think this is wrong I think this is going to lead to some bad stuff I don't against it company that plans to bring the mammoth back takes a key step I think that they ought to call the guys that have the mutant giant sheep and bring them in because they'll probably figure it out in a weekend you're getting ahead of yourself here that's uh that was the first plot point in jassic park is the first thing that they made was a tiny elephant but then the thing that they don't tell about the shareholders they're like oh actually the tiny elephant is super sick and it's really hyper aggressive because it's not genetically stable I and is it really still a mammoth if we're using the elephant cells that's the same question posed by Jurassic Park well they weren't paying attention oh I should have sorted those differently right because here it is Montana man 80 pleads guilty to creating giant mutant hybrid Big Horns so apparently he just ordered some genetic material and just DIY this in his backyard but not just that I mean think about he was using the logistics of the breeding program he was using surrogate use so like I wouldn't know how to do that no this guy and he owns this giant range and you would think like oh we farming them and like getting more meat no no this is for like like trophy hunting he wants giant horns for you to be able to take home after you kill these captive animals who can't leave the the property is the meat delicious they call it pornography cow Cowboys State Daily and he just seems to be like totally Unapologetic about it like he set out to do this and he succeeded but they're talking about how we've worked really really hard to keep these other species of rams out of our ecosystem and now we got mutants apparently that's not okay according to the US well I think you should challenge It On First Amendment grounds well what about this one because I think this is very not okay but apparently there's enough constituents in some of these states that really want it that it's coming back Oklahoma's pushed to weaken penalties for rooster fighting frustrates opponents of the blood sport I mean listen Eastern Kentucky this was a hot bed of this activity I've always been against it even as a kid I was like because I've seen it and I was like Jesus Christ I've never seen it directly but I remember going over to visit a friend and like I spent the night at her house and I was like gosh your dad has a lot of roosters and she was like not good it's really brutal to see not interested in it I mean I love watching people fight but I don't watch well people can consent to that yeah a chicken can't and uh this is just crap trying to get a headline it doesn't work like that the AP headline is uh rats are high on marijuana evidence at an infested police Building New Orleans police chief says here's an alternative headline New Orleans police have been dipping into the evidence Locker that seems more likely doesn't it so they offered no proof that the rats are high and it's because THC is fat soluble and if you just eat it nothing happens it's why you got to make brownies I don't think the rats are making brownies are they it's a tiny Easy Bake Oven evidence locker and there's little rats in there every day oh do point out though that that police station is uh like 90% covered in mold oh yeah it's not like the one in Ready or Not where it's like a big luxurious building no they can't afford that well the first time we played that it was like in an old abandoned like the the it looked like an actual police station now it's like yeah it's like a big beautiful Courthouse with a gun range in the basement cuz it's a couple years later and they got all the government subsidies but you shooting people randomly without talking to them first has gotten them a lot of political Cloud they should do another update it's like well we got the we got the federal subsidies but we had to sell the nice building cuz they came in and did an audit and found out we installed High Vision cameras they wanted their money back and we lost all the drugs in the cuz the r uh and here's a terrifying idea Crystal let's say you're out hiking you know you fall you your femur snaps in half you got to be helicoptered out but the helicopter can't make it today 10,000 bees on a police helicopter to keep it from taking off so the bees just swarm to the helicopter and stayed there aren't there people who handle that like animal control beekeepers and they called one and she came and vacuumed them up and got the queen and just took them and put them in a a beehive and they're totally happy now I don't know why they chose the helicopter but they just love Aviation no I'm just thinking about what if that happened at my house and it's like GH now I think that personally I would have a really hard time not loving the chemical cat if it was there and it was like you know it's going to be special needs rubbing up against me giving me the headbutts and meowing I like oh I really want to pet it chemical cat at large in Japanese City officials warn this is a fukiyama a cat fell in a vat of uh chemicals it's going to have a lot of problems ass soon but it's wandering around soaked in chemicals and it is insanely toxic this is the only evidence we have is this some sort of like viral marketing for that cat game where the cat runs around Japan I can't remember the name stray uh they say if you encounter this cat which they have no description of they don't know don't pet it but they also say that it's probably died at this point because that's a really bad chemical yeah poor little thing or maybe it's disappeared into the ocean to go with Godzilla oh it's going to be like a giant cat be amazing right yeah I'd watch that movie Godzilla getting a pet cat is what it needed to spare mankind and finally if you say to yourself there is there's no reason for furries to exist they've proved you wrong I'm sorry Virginia wildlife center staff pretend to be a fox to care for a rescued newborn fox that is terrifying and this is so that the fox doesn't get used to people so they are cute though little baby they don't want it to imprint they want it to imprint on other foxes so you have your little stuffed Fox here oh it's so tiny and you've got your uh your feedings have to wear the fox head fabulous I guess who ate garlic bread in the fox head it smells like garlic and feet I bet an adult Fox prob do smell great right no don't they have like scent glands of some sort yeah oh right yeah do you uh do you do like the expelling of the glands no but when R gets groomed I usually let them handle that I'm glad cats don't have that yeah R's never had a problem with hers but I think it can get gross cats smell pretty good but the cat food breath is real bad yeah all right well you've wasted a perfectly good week with us we will see you guys next week with another episode or three of this program bye\n"
