**A Wild Ride: The Sab and Beamer Dino Run**

The day had finally arrived to see which car would reign supreme in the ultimate showdown: the Sab and Beamer Dino Run. With their engines revving, the two contenders were ready to put everything on the line. But little did they know, their performance was being put to the test by a rather...unreliable app.

As Maxwell took his turn at the starting line, he confidently set off to see if his Sab could beat the Beamer's 60 seconds. But, in a shocking twist, the app launched and began counting down from 5 seconds. "That can't be right!" Maxwell exclaimed, as the car surged forward with an incredible turbo boost. The reading on the screen was astonishing - a blistering 0-60 in just 3 seconds! It was clear that this Beamer was no ordinary machine.

But, as the launch came to an end, the app crashed and spat out a rather...inconsistent result. "8.2" it read, but what did it mean? Maxwell couldn't quite put his finger on it, but he knew it felt like a 60-second run. The app's inaccuracy left him scratching his head, wondering if they'd need to stick with their hand-edited versions for each car.

Meanwhile, the Beamer was still sizzling hot from its earlier launch. With an estimated 40-60 time of just over 3 seconds, it was clear that this machine was a force to be reckoned with. But as Maxwell took his second turn, things didn't quite go according to plan. The app launched once more, and this time, the result was...unexpectedly slow. "3.3" it read, which made sense in retrospect - after all, 40-60 times are always a bit more challenging than not-to-60s.

Despite the app's quirks, Maxwell remained optimistic about his chances. He took a deep breath and launched into the unknown, hoping that his Sab would still have enough left in the tank to give him an edge. And, as it turned out, he was right. The app read out 8.2 seconds for his 40-60 time, which was remarkably consistent considering the launch had been anything but smooth sailing.

In the end, Maxwell emerged victorious, having not only beaten the Beamer in the 40-60 time but also secured a crucial 10 points on top of the 4 he'd already won. The Sab's performance had been impeccable, and it was clear that this car was no ordinary machine.

But the real excitement came when Maxwell headed off to H Sport Performance for their Dino Run. With his eyes fixed firmly on the target of 250 horsepower from Factory, he took a deep breath and prepared himself for the challenge ahead. What would happen if his Sab could somehow reach that lofty goal?

As it turned out, not much. The app launched with a rather...disheartening result: 209 horsepower - a staggering 41 horsepower loss from Factory. It seemed that Maxwell's Sab had indeed been fettled with in the past, and that sport mode button he'd mentioned earlier was just what they needed to squeeze out those extra few horses.

The real surprise came when Richard Armond burst onto the scene, offering a tantalizing proposition: turn one of their cars into a proper performance sleeper. With budget and a deadline, Maxwell and his teammate were faced with an impossible task - could they somehow transform their car from mere mortal into a raging beast? The clock was ticking, and there was no time to waste.

this bit of the roof yeah and he's decided you know what I'm going to repair that dent and also just respray the entire roof so what yes so this was a brick that was a fox and the radio still works though you're kind of elephant in the room a little bit here your sunroof is about to fall in right can I actually show you something single tap open yeah who in their right mind codes the key to single tap open everything right let me show you what's under the Bonnet though behold the world famous BMW M57 engine it's got modified headlights they're a bit cloudy but I know BMW people like to do that do you think this car is lowed cuz I looked at it and thought wow an E46 doesn't have sit nice like if that if that was stock that is tuck I'm going to say that's probably a 25 or 30 mil Drop Hop inside let me show you the interior first things first mhm it's clearly had an AC Schnitzer interior kit my wing mirrors are actually quite sought after little beasties they're annoyingly small but I imagine that's some like AO thing going on because race car but immediately it tells me that someone cared about this car and if I tell you I bought it from a mechanic went to his Workshop or did they rag the living the best thing about this car is the mileage 220,000 M and the next time I just flagged up there the next time it needs serviced is 12,000 MI so I mean the guy's putting the proper service interal he literally reset the service like before selling it to you don't tell me that literally done it you don't even need to plug this in to do that the worst bit of the Interior is the steering wheel I don't know how this damage has occurred like has someone been like double hand gripping the top of it is full Dominic Toretto yeah exactly but like somehow like causing a serious amount of friction up the top there what is this is that Penny oh it is oh that's sick is that for like tolls back in the day like toll bridges you would never get do you know how expensive tolls are in Germany that's not going to help you you're going to need some serious cash in 20 okay hold on a second while I count the 2020 worth of pennies what if I press this what's that for no do not do not touch that button this thing has to stay right there 1,495 for a 3 l straight 6 BMW you done all right that right let's have a look at the back it looks like the front and rear bumper have both come off at some point definitely hanging slightly there yes the best thing about a BMW State the famous split tailgate early 2000s BMWs are on the money some of the M this one is close to the money I won film me and the BMW again so we'll put up on screen screen now but the hand Ed BMW time was the BMW did not to 60 in 7.7 seconds and a 40 to 60 in just over 4 seconds meaning it's 10 points to me for the not to 60 and 10 points to Maxwell for the 40 to 60 next up we headed to H sport performance for a Dino Run to see which car had lost the most horsepower and who would get the next 10 points Maxwell who's car is the healthiest what number do you need to hit from Factory I need to hit 250 I believe it's 250 there's a few spec versions I think mine's 250 that's quite a lot okay well I'm going to go first I need to hit 204 so I'm feeling quite confident about that be a ropey old beam though is it let's see 220,000 Mi how much power is a 330d P9 let's see the Beamer smashed the 204 brake horsepower from Factory Target by hitting 209 horsepower clearly someone has fettled with this 330d in the past the pressure was now on Maxwell but he was still confident he would hit his Factory Target of 250 somehow the Sab only made 209 meaning it has lost 41 horsepower from Factory all looks pretty much brang on was just low than it should be it's just 40 horsepower L there sport mode button or something are we missing something I think that is Beamer one Sab nil 209 horsepower 209 horsepower SoCal 209 yeah okay I do realize that's plus 4 points for me and - 41 points for you
