**Top 3 Tuesday Response Video**
In a very different video today, I'm going to respond to Nefarious Wes' Top 3 Tuesday video. He shared his top three games that he loves, which were not from childhood. In other words, games that we never cared about or heard about until like he said on his video, till after we were about thirty years old. That's definitely a while ago for me.
Coming out at number three is the Lost Vikings, a puzzle platformer developed by Silicon & Synaps and published by Interplay. Originally released for the Super NES in 1993, it was later released for other consoles, including my preferred console, the Genesis. I prefer to play it on the Genesis, but when I played it on the Super NES, it was just a fun game. The game involves getting three different Vikings to reach the finish line on each level. Each Viking has to get to that finish line, and it's just a fun game.
The Lost Vikings is a very bright and colorful game. One day, everybody was raving about this game, and I said, "Huh, I gotta go buy it and try it out." I found the least copy at the time, which turned out to be a phenomenal fun game. It's a game like you know, kind of like the things you play on your phone now. It's better than some of the stuff later FOMA, and we're just seeming to revisit games that have already kind of already been out.
Coming out at number two is Commando for the NES. This game has been out on everything, and once I found out that it existed, I had to collect it for almost every console possible. I have very many different variations of this game. It's commando from Atari all the way up, and it's a top-down shooter that I like to call running guns.
Commando was released by Capcom in 1985. It's an old Rambo-style game from the Master System, which I loved when I was younger. When I found out about this, I had to have it, and I love this type of game, especially on arcade systems. My own arcade has this game on it, and one of the games they put on it is definitely Commando.
Commando is a lot easier sometimes to just go and grab that Nintendo and play it instead of going to my arcade. On the NES version, you're basically a soldier named Super Joe, who's dropped off in the jungle by a helicopter. You have to shoot and kill enemies to progress through the game. It's actually pretty hard, but it's what it is.
Coming out at number one is Boogerman for the Sega Genesis. This crazy game was created by Interplay and released around 1994 on the Genesis. It also came out in the Super NES around 1995 and was re-released in 2008 on the Wii Virtual Console of the Genesis version. The game's premise is simple: you're a civic-minded professor named Stinkbomb, who gets sucked into a dimension after things go wrong.
In this dimension, you think you're a superhero. The game has over 20 different levels and a final boss level. It's just a crazy game with vibrant colors and a unique gameplay mechanic: burp fart ammunition and a jetpack that shoots flames out of your bum. I can turn this on over and over and over again, laugh my butt off, have fun playing it.
Overall, I hope you enjoyed my Top 3 Tuesday response video from Farias West. If you liked the video, please like, subscribe, share everything it takes to make me a superstar. Until next time, guys, game over!
