**Using Owned Pro Plugin with OBS Studio**
As we continue to explore the world of live streaming and video production, it's essential to have the right tools at our disposal. One such tool is Owned Pro, a plugin for OBS Studio that allows us to install both free and premium graphic packs with just one single click.
To get started with Owned Pro, we need to visit the first link in our description and follow the setup process. Once installed, we'll find it under the tools section of OBS Studio. Simply choose a layout you want, either from the free options or one of the many premium options available when subscribed. Clicking on the "Complete Package" button will get the installation process started, and once finished, we can add our overlays, webcam, mic, and alerts.
The first thing to look at are the scenes and sources in OBS Studio. To add a new scene, simply click the plus icon, give it a name, and then click on "OK". The scenes act like folders that hold the sources in the middle of the screen. Selecting a scene allows us to click on the plus icon in the sources section and choose the game capture option. We then need to change the mode to specific window and select our game as the window. For example, if we're streaming Overwatch, we can right-click the game capture and transform it to fit the screen.
To add our webcam, simply click on "Video Capture Device" and then choose our preferred webcam. Holding alt on our keyboard allows us to cut off one side of the webcam, which helps minimize space usage without losing too much content. Now, let's get started with adding some free graphics from Owned Pro's Neon Overlay Pack.
To access the free graphics pack, we need to visit my Discord server (link in description) and click on the "Free Stuff" option. We then select the Google Drive link provided, download the folder, and unzip it. Back in OBS Studio, we can click on the plus icon and choose "Image", followed by the path to the downloaded folder.
This will give us access to a variety of graphics, including webcam borders and webcam border without name. We simply need to rescale, reposition, and cut off any excess areas with alt. Pay attention to the order of sources in OBS Studio, as these work like layers in Photoshop. The graphics also come with Photoshop files that we can edit for free using photopia.com.
To add a stinger transition, click on the drop-down menu and select "Add Stinger". We then choose the Neon Pack we downloaded earlier, open the stinger file, change the transition point to 750 milliseconds, and click "OK". This will give us a smooth stinger transition when changing scenes on the left.
Before we proceed with adding alerts, let's go to the settings in OBS Studio. In the audio section, we need to add our microphone as the mic auxiliary device. We can change the volume of our PC sound, game sound, and none of our microphone. This is crucial for ensuring our audio is set up correctly.
To add alerts, we'll head over to Streamlabs.com (log in with our preferred platform) and select the "Alert Box" option. We copy the link provided and replace it with the one from OBS Studio's URL field. Clicking on "OK" will activate our alerts within a red box. Let's quickly trigger a test event by clicking on the "Test Follow" button.
As we see, our alerts are working seamlessly now. This concludes our tutorial on using Owned Pro plugin with OBS Studio.
