**Honor Holly Device Review: A Gaming Powerhouse**

We also experienced some minor issues with the back button, which seemed to be triggered accidentally while playing the game. Despite this, the device continued to perform flawlessly.

We conducted a temperature test on the device, monitoring its performance over time. The results showed that the device's temperatures increased steadily, particularly at the rear portion of the phone. At one point, the temperature reached 46°C, which is slightly concerning but not alarming. The front of the screen remained relatively cool, with temperatures ranging from 36°C to 38°C.

us and it Sports this 5 in IPS grade screen which is a 720P HD screen and as you can see the screen quality is actually pretty good on this device and as you can see it is handling this game without any issues uh regarding the processor It Sports a mediate Tech quad core processor clogged at 1.3 GHz and it has 1 gig of RAM so as you can see it is running this game actually pretty well so let's get out of this one and move to some heavier games so this is Riptide gp2 and you just still to steer along in this game and I've already done the unboxing and Hands-On overview with this honor Holly device links for that video will be in the YouTube show notes and as you can see it's able to handle it without any issues again the viewing angles are also very good on this device and as you can see we are getting the water effects that means all the graphics are getting rendered on this game the only slight uh nitpicking I would say uh is the speaker the speaker is at the back and and uh it's not very loud in my opinion and as you can see uh it's playing this game very well so again for this repti gp2 also you'll have a very good experience on this device uh let's just get out of this game also and move to some heavier games now and it's runs A peculiar UI and you don't have the app tray just all the icons are listed like this now let's move to as fast 8 so this is asphal 8 and uh let me show you the graphics settings by default it is set to medium and we want to play on medium in fact I could also play it on the high graphic setting but sometimes uh there was minor hiccups at times but it was also very playable on high graphic settings so let's just play asphal 8 now and I'm using the on screen uh steering controls not the til controls as you can see find the drift able to handle it so as you can see it is again playing this one also actually pretty well let me try the drift one thing as I told you the speaker is at the back and if you're not careful you can easily block it for example if I hold it tightly I can block the speaker but overall it's playing this Asphalt 8 also very well I have to say trying the drifts now so we are almost done so it's been about 7 minutes since we are gaming uh let's look at the temperature near the yeah near the camera it's getting a little bit warm about 42° to 43° C Max it registered but apart from there uh nothing much to be worried about as you can see 38 39° only near the camera this portion is actually getting a little bit warm uh towards the front again the screen is not very hot as you can see it's around 36° C so let's quickly Play One More Level on this Asphalt 8 so this is the Tokyo level we play this for a minute or two then quickly move to another heavy game that is Modern Combat 5 let me try the drift that is weird again as you can see complete control over the car no lagginess so I'm actually pretty impressed with this device it's able to handle this game without any issues the only networking at this time I would say the speaker volume is a little bit low to my liking we are at the max volume level right now so as you can see it is playing uh this asphal 8 again without any issues so you'll have a good experience playing even asphal 8 on this honor Holly device so let's uh get out of this one and let's move to Modern Combat 5 now so this is Modern Combat 5 Ming cover and it's been now almost uh around 12 minutes since we are gaming and I can feel uh a little bit of warmth near the camera portion so let's just continue we'll check the temperatures after a couple of minutes continuing with the Modern Combat 5 now and one thing I'm noticing about Modern Combat 5 is that I don't know if I'm accidentally hitting this back button uh this is coming a lot uh just hit resume it goes back but it's kind of irritating in my opinion St two this is Monarch advance to extraction point B you heard him come on and I do notice uh little bit heat uh at this portion and behind my finger at the back let's look at the temperatures and yes as you can see it's around the 43° C at the back uh anything above 43 44 you tend to again as you can see this is happening a lot on Modern Combat 5 I don't know why it's happening uh it's a played game uh and I've downloaded it directly from the Play Store never used to happen on any other device but it's happening a lot on this one Dam hold that we need more incre contact godamn let's see how it handles now because generally many of the entry level phones here start to struggle up a bit oops again really annoying choer incom and it's able to handle it actually pretty well you know this keep onam but still I'm amazed it's able to handle it I'm not noticing lagginess or anything so looks like it's going to play even Modern Combat 5 are fairly well which is kind of amazing considering the budget oriented price of this device in India it sells for just R 7,000 that's less than $120 so we have finished this level also on the mod Combat 5 and again we got that one I don't know why anyways uh this level is done uh so it's almost about uh 16 minutes since we are gaming let's look look at the temperatures yes at the back as you can see it is getting pretty hot it went to 46° C and again uh the high temperatures are over this area only nowhere else and on the front of the screen it's not very hot it's around 38° c as you can see so yes it can become a little bit warm but not very or extremely hot in my opinion so let's just swipe that away and uh so so what do I feel about the gaming performance on this huwai honor Holly as you can see from the gaming review it could play a lot of games without any issues and I was surprised to see it could even play very heavy games like Modern Combat 5 and even Asphalt 8 without any issues another interesting thing about this honor Ry is that it comes with 16 gigs of internal storage so you can store a lot of games if you're a heavy gamer which is simply not possible with many of the entry-level Android devices so overall for gaming also it's a very good device but yes with extended gaming it can get a little bit hot but considering the price to Performance ratio
