surreal user reviews and I that I believe we are using the samsung galaxy s xx plus right vs xx plus so this is your primary smart before I talk about that I have a couple of questions I just wanted to ask prior to this what smartphone you are using before the S 20 plus I had the s 9s so you are something fun boy ha I did shift 20 in the middle but mostly Samson right now so okay so you already had s 9 and used it for almost 2 years yes so what this is the first question I have what was the reason that you opted for this as 20 plus ok so the thing is minus 9 plus had some problems with the camera because it some water damage internally okay so I was thinking I have to change my phone anyways so there was a chance of exchanging the phone from the s9 + to the s 20 plus and you get like 20 25 thousand rupees off oh so you got it in the upgrade our great university is so let's say this very particular question I didn't have this so let's say that option of upgrade or whatever was not there who do you have gone to some other device actually when you really look at it I was with all the features that I'm used to on the term sunlight thing I could not very easily shift to on the band rocket my wife this has the one plus seventy okay tide what for her because there's eight plus that she had like which was my which meant to her but that started acting of the estate was started acting up but I didn't like the cameras on the monitors earlier yes I know the camera has vert not that great so I wanted I always want something that is all rounder like it's not the best in everything but it is kind of in the whole other graph okay so that was a very generic diplomatic reply of an act you can be very whatever you want to say you want or you don't like it V very open I want it to be open okay but okay I'm if I have to ask you what were the two features that compelled you to go for this apart from any other wrong because in Android we know we have so many smartphones just think about it two features what compelled you or you thought okay this is so great okay one feature which I use a lot is let me see if I can show you this this is the Samsung pay that you have oh yeah I understand that so used to this my wallet at least I have Samsung pay to pay for anything better this was at a time when PTM and almost not actually still active still I would say something that I can completely understand because when I was using the phone that Samsung pair is one feature that I use so much yes what about anything else did you get what is my curiosity when there's a new device due to get influenced by the high or some feature or something like that see the processing power I think for my kind of usage I don't give and I just check my emails and I check standard stuff like I just going to be browsing so having external 990 on this switch I don't I don't really need that kind of power but it's still like a flagship like okay like it is a flagship phone which you generally want to carry around and you have that Samsung what I feel it has that stability or this quality maybe so you are not because I do about two three months ago Samsung was running that marketing care I'll put zoom and all that nothing like that not at all because one for the eyebrow because I've has even more like yeah but the thing is that digital hybrid zooms in a 30x this thing that are you can I would say usable years after that that digital zoom is there yes okay that is interesting so you were not hyped about it I thought like the site that it's clean apps that you have okay so you have that you can click there are things when I have type in a third number or something I can just ping to screen this is because you are already using a Samsung gear you're used to this you so all this yes okay okay because now I feel now you've used this for almost what three months yes three months now so I'm pretty sure every phone has something you feel has to be improved also what is what are one or two things that you feel should have been improved on this device or could have been better okay one thing which I kind of have a like this I'd hate kind of a thing is the fingerprint sensor is not perfect Sonic's on it and you have to get your finger right at the kite-flying place and it doesn't unlock perfectly like you have to make it to three times before it actually unlocks so that is one thing which I have a like I don't like about this and the second one is that heating up it because of the exchange rates University I so it heats up quite a bit tiny for normal usage also and even putting it on a wireless charging ha you can do digital that he and I in my home office I have this charger there is a dump it on them and start working went by the thing if we printed up obviously bothers me not very hard yeah and ok before we move ahead vinayak and just to give an idea to the users you are a business person radius so don't game and stuff so you own what do you do exactly I will do the software development like we have a software development firm which is we do a development so we have a client so what mostly in the US UK and Middle East so for your phone as an important business to deter gaming is not a priority I'm assuming and again what I like with the secular folder so there it on my office meals okay ooh one more layer of security this one has all transonic though yes it's not as fast as in display but this is supposed to be more secure yes that's why the Samsung pay authentication is also there so the thing is like my old s 9 plus I knew exactly okay pick it up and you haven't already only so you still like the older print scandals okay now what's happening is when I'm picking up my like father-in-law's phone and all that I try hitting the thing to the front instead they remember is cameras at the back now I need to ask this because these days flat ships most of the black ships concentrate on cameras on this and Samsung also initially when they were marketing this phone camera centric smartphone yes so what do you feel about the cameras on this one cameras are quite good actually more quality or the photographs are quite good the 64 megapixel more when you try shooting the edge of a or 64 your okay so there you have the problem where that focus focus problem is there the cue will keep tapping and there are times even in the normal photo mode also you are trying to focus on this but it's focusing on something else anyway so it happens camera very good picture quality is very nice and we will net single short and all that it's single shot was interesting either gimmick but yeah I've used it once or twice didn't know what I want so I have a four year old so she keeps ever here in there so just take a single shot and just keep moving along with her yeah so many different can you get a free do you get a monochrome you get that so that was like but how they ever play to the 8k media it has that it K I did it once to just see if it was still a change at the given Department right now yeah okay we are I think you will lose the stabilization but 14 this stabilization was nice is pretty good yes what about the front-facing camera because this is one thing in earlier Samsung phones the front-facing camera most I also hopped about it but what about this one do you use the front-facing you have used it for three months okay so that's my old know it like how did you can use this phone get never think it was but this you I like you I to point over this is pretty good actually you like you notice anything I've been used to Samsung UI for a long time so how about the fluidity because then touch base we used to get sometimes the jitters and stuff right and we will still have that memory yeah some people happen yeah this one in the past three months did it give you issues of lag in S or something there was no lag eNOS but I don't nobody care in the go stitches are because of the screen or because of the jaw the edgy obviously the is that right yeah about suppose or Instagram or Twitter siliceous share it so it's okay you can share oh that's interesting so but I think maybe because of this keep you case also I am not using it of the case but you will put my s minus 9 plus like the case he gets yellow a lot right it starts yeah actually this is one thing I've noted not just for Samson even for other OEMs have note of the case what they give glad I'm like they're giving the case don't stop giving your cases but the quality is bad they become yellowish after four five because it's TPU has that for like this thing or not nobody said they can they did nameless so much time they make better cases at least give those kind of plastic cases without any facts I recall I had the s10 plus also that had a much better case I still have that and that didn't change color okay it's likely harder hahaha what I think they don't want to make the phone again maybe this is like you can keep this as a temporary case where you are building before you shift to another case maybe the zombie you have option and a backup in case you think so but yeah put a case I would say because I have seen this Gorilla Glass 5 Gorilla Glass it's getting cracked whatever gorilla they eventually get kind of you 6x plus dropped and the screen cracked I had to pay more than fifteen thousand rupees just to change that zhenia 20 already expenses this I think is 24 or 28 expensive on these here but do you have the coin here for it to you from oh yeah I need is that offer still there the initial because into the movies or something okay another question again most of these modern flagship Android phones are having that 9920 this one has 120 hundred and it is the quad HD so does that quad HD or that 120 Hertz make a difference because you have been using it okay I am using the tonight's deeper into T plus time with 120 Hertz I honestly can't notice the 120 Hertz how many out there so do you think it the places your head okay I have that it is I see some other phone and really change the difference between the two may I'm not sure okay so mostly you'll be using even parity didn't go back to the 16 I'm not done with 16 this year so how's the battery lab that brings me to the question how's the battery life max so your full working day you don't have to plug it in the middie be in the evening actually not in the evening yes so if I talk about the screen on time and stuff how much do you get what's a usage clock maybe so fires so mostly calls emails calls Twitter okay almost everything all social media what this one is okay as if you have already mentioned sampson p is an important thing III feel that is one thing that differentiates other Android phones from this because we have on the older credit-card machines instead of having that Wireless okay so let's sum it up if you had to give feedback to Samsung one or two major improvements of change on this phone what would that be okay one is the processor actually then it should have gone with the stance on a bracket because I don't know like how the cost cutting and then giving it was like that much but the thing is we really taped it in a way because the snapdragon median is it is better it is better yeah you make your charges this much you charge little bit more we are ready we are not to paying so much yeah we're ready for it okay but anyway again the snapdragon I get Phi G and all that we don't need that so that's also maybe a problem that's why maybe they didn't put it on to this but as we know other people are getting so I also felt that they would have gone with the snapdragon 1 would have been great actually because most of the other flagship Android phones are going with that kind another one is I have seen on other Samsung phones that the memory card is separate and dual SIM slot are separate ah so that could have been at least I have dual sim and extra memory that also would have been a nice thing so yeah you miss a dedicated SDK Miyoung and how about because India they are pushing mostly the 128 gigabyte storage so now about the storage so mine is 128 and I have got some 128 others right sd card also send do you think that will be sufficient for you more than it is and last a couple of questions how long do you think you'll use this or plan to use this one maybe one or two years at least the next year again your problem is XE knows they can release with the AMD graphics we are very new yeah so if that comes out it might make me think about it but you know I want to give it okay let's to have the feature kind of a thing maybe it will help in mobile editing or something like that with that in DGP minute okay so you're looking forward to miss a dedicated SDK Miyoung and how about because India they are pushing mostly the 128 gigabyte storage so now about the storage so mine is 128 and I have got some 128 others right sd card also send do you think that will be sufficient for you more than it is and last a couple of questions how long do you think you'll use this or plan to use this one maybe one or two years at least the next year again your problem is XE knows they can release with the AMD graphics we are very new yeah so if that comes out it might make me think about it but you know I want to give it okay let's to have the
