The Art of Creating Delicious and Beautiful Chocolate Flowers

To start, we need to make sure we don't burn the chocolate because it can burn fast, so we're not ready for that yet, but we're gonna use this. We put a little bit of chocolate in here because we're gonna color it, oh, to make what do we color it with? We use food coloring, but make sure it's oil-based or like candy for candy coloring. There's water in the chocolate, don't mix when it mixes, it like freezes.

Yes, that's right. Now, let's look at this. This has got a Vegeta from Australia on it. So, yes, all right, so you only need like one to two drops because all right, yes, it is very strong. It is and we only have like a little bit. We mix it in all the way, it's gonna be like pink. Yes, and then when you're done, you're gonna go and you're gonna drizzle it on top.

There are two ways to shell to like different techniques. Uh, make peanut juice like to decorate them. So, one way is I have this, we have this flower mold, then you fill up each flower with chocolate, you know, it's gonna go in the freezer for like just like a few like few minutes just to harden a little bit. Okay, oh here we go, where did you get this from? That's the yeah, this is silicone, it's from peppermouth, they kind of also have a lot of specialty molds and different types of things um so the bacon, yes for baking, so they have this, we have we got the paint from there also that we're gonna use after.

Okay, so now we're gonna unmold all them unmold them. Yes, okay, just pop them out right out, be careful of the stick. Yeah, okay, perfect. Oh, cool yeah, okay, oh my gosh, these are good great yeah and mama she looks like an ice cream yeah smooth and hard.

So now what you're gonna do is you have your chocolate that's colored, you're gonna go you're gonna take a spoon and you're gonna drizzle across the top. So it's gonna look something like this. Okay, no, I'm so excited to see what's gonna happen now you're gonna take your penis, you pop and you zip it in on a slant, and did you development um I'm not sure this one came out a little bit white but it depends on the angle that you dip it got it okay oh God the pressure is on yes yeah when you put it in just put it in like on a slant and make sure the whole thing's covered and then like you trust it yes, yes perfect brush it gently on the side so you can like get this yes yeah.

And then after you put in a little bit more color to make sure each one's fully covered oh yes oh I'm having a good time here. I'm gonna do them all we're doing another technique so I'm just gonna dip this in white just half with a half like on a diet slant ah so usually we do this with just white chocolate, this is a little bit marble but it's sort of white.

Now that you have them, then what you're gonna do June take it turn them over. We're gonna cut so you're gonna put a drop of chocolate, chocolate that's like the glue yeah exactly yes okay in the back and then you're gonna go you're gonna put three flowers or this chocolate is so wet technically so you could just put them on like that and then the last one.

Okay, yes if the chocolate's a little bit hotter then you would dip it yes easiest like to get the so edible. to the clinic so we just sent we're like oh whatever it's fine it's nothing we used to do it like as a hobby and then like she called us I'm just like yeah it starts it's crazy so how many years ago was that six six years ago yummy Bears has been around for sixes and you give like some really nice inspirational messages in your chocolates tell us about that we wanted to kind of make kids feel you know special in their own ways that you know what they're not going through something a lot every single person in this world goes through something no matter what it is and you might not see it because not everyone wants to see what they're going through and kind of we made this line to show that kids are not alone and we're with them we wanted to show like yeah like like we're here for you and like we know what it's like and you're just like there's always someone there for you that's such a beautiful message and I love that you're trying to empower other young adults and young children and we're going to make something special today yes okay so I hope you all Empower me a little bit making dessert I'm not a big dessert person I when I read my cookbooks I had a really hard time coming up with the desserts the today I'm going to learn something new so it makes me very happy all right so what is going on first okay so we're making peanuts so first you need two cups of sugar where do I put that and we're in it's straight into a foil yeah it's a nice and easy recipe okay then corn syrup two cups of course bottles two cups okay so this happens to be two cups so yes the whole thing just squeeze it go for it okay here we go more I've never done this before okay good yes perfect then one jar of peanut butter peanut butter a whole jar of peanut butter can you do this with chocolate spread or Lotus yeah sure yeah it's like different flavors all right you need like a little bit of peanut butter salt to give it like a base the whole thing yeah the whole thing so now it just goes straight in the oven like this you're gonna have to mix it already you're gonna mix it after all right let's go check this out so after being in the oven for five minutes we've taken it out still hot so we're gonna put this back in the oven now for two minutes for two more minutes it's ready okay now you're gonna mix that a little bit more oh I mix it again yeah I just mix it again it's so different right yes it's like a really smooth yeah now Rice Krispies you need about like six cups this is probably like seven seven and a half but we're not we're not messing with our eyeball skills we're gonna um pour in most of it because and then it's pouring like six cups and then if you need a little bit more you add more bread more you want still like a little bit of a sticky texture but not like super sticky that it's like not workable and usable now if you wanted to mix it with your hands you'd go over the top so if you want to totally going for it I I think it's just easier to mix it with a spoon because I'm very tempted to go like this but I know I know that if you ever work with these kind of things you have to spray your hands your pants start it from sticking right so that does work a little bit but because it's hot it's kind of um comes right yeah all right I'm gonna follow your rules maybe a little bit more yeah and also we have these sticks okay so when you put it in you want to um Pat it down a little bit and then stick the stick inside oh there's a slot in there yeah it's on a stick yeah these are ice pops they're like yes lollipop inches it's actually cool because we were the first people to like do this so you guys came up with this yeah yeah everyone that's gonna after you it was inspired by you yeah yeah I love the OG this should be enough thank
