The Geki Ranjit YouTube Channel Celebrates Half a Million Subscribers

We are here today to celebrate a major milestone on this channel, guys! We just crossed half a million subscribers mark on this uh geki Ranjit YouTube channel. And guys without your support this would have not been possible. If you guys recall my channel growth was very slow and I've been doing this YouTube stuff for about 5 and a half years now. During the first one year of YouTube full-time that I was doing, I produced 160 videos. I just had 1600 subscribers, so imagining some like half a million was such a dream, but again because of you guys it's simply possible now.

I've made some pointers for this video because I don't want to go here and there; it's difficult for me to make this video with lots of thoughts coming into my mind. Want to say thank you to every one of you. And again, guys, it's because of your support this is possible. I know some of you buy stuff from Amazon and FlipCart use my affiliate link. I'm so thankful; yeah, I know the commissions are tiny but it does help. To give an idea, we touched 1 lakh subscriber mark in August 2014; it's just about two years since then. We gained about 4 lakh subscribers during the last one year and feel with your support, I will put in the hard work.

Lot of lots of changes also coming to the channel. I'll talk about that later, but I feel within the next one and a half to 2 years we should be able to touch about 1 million subscribers mark. I know it's an aggressive reach but again we have to try if we don't try how can we succeed? Moving on some of the changes that you're going to see on this channel, is that finally decided to actually move out from this place. This is not a proper office; this is my house where I just dedicated one room to this office setup and I've been using this for the last 5 and a half years.

Now, I think it's time to actually move in to a proper office. I've already located the location I should be getting that by next month's end of the month. And plan to actually work on it; make a proper studio out of it with a couple of sets so we can up the production value. I'm hoping that the renovation work for example lighting, soundproofing etc., I should be able to do that in November December and hopefully by January 2017, we should be able to move into the new office setup.

I also plan to hire one or two people there; one editor and one more person to help with me so that we can up the production quality and produce a lot more videos. I have a lot of things in my mind; couple of shows that I want to do but for that, I need what do you guys say? More people hopefully this will work out, and I'm scared to move out of this place to the new place because I have to spend a lot of money in building up the new Studios and stuff. But I feel I have to make that change.
