about healthy drinks and that's exactly why I'm making today's video I am going to do a first taste of all of these flavors we have blue raspberry Triple Berry Citrus burst honey lemonade and finally black cherry so besides 30 calories I should mention these do have caffeine in them but only the right amount of caffeine and six 6 g of sugar so 30 calories 6 g of sugar why not give it a shot and finally each of the eight flavors contains a special nutrient enhanced formula all right so enough of that intro let's get into my first taste portion of this video because I'm quite excited I don't think I've ever tried five drinks in one video so this is going to be very interesting and first up let's do some blue raspberry now on top of the cap it does say 30 calories per bottle in case you forgot nutrition facts as usual energy done better is kind of their motto get the refreshing flavor you love and the energy boost you need with only 30 calories oh and also this is very important there's actually a comparison on the back related to similar uh Beverages and it says caffeine per 8 O servings approximate values in milligrams so 20 to 35 in a caffeinated soft drink otherwise no is a soda 80 leading energy drinks you know such as one's will no one love hey I'm not going to lie I enjoy them but I'm excited to try this 100 in High Drive Energy Water extra powder and finally coffee you guys know me I love my coffee 150 to 165 Coffee House Coffee let's just replace the word coffee house with Wawa and we're pretty much set anyway let's get into this guys the moments you've all been waiting for upon first sniff it definitely has a nice blueberry scent very nice here we go cheers H that's not bad it's definitely different because I'm used to carbonated drinks but this is obviously a lot smoother than that H it's good it actually reminds me somewhat of blueberry flavor popsicles I was a big popsicle fan when I was a kid so this kind of makes me think of that so first impressions very good let's do Triple Berry by the way antioxidant formula like I said in a previous video I just like that word antioxidant just sounds fancy again 30 calories per bottle openings zap I'm worried about cuz I mean I like lemonade but I'm not sure if I'm going to like it in energy um drink form but we'll see immunity formula that sounds cool opening zap and a pawn for sniff has a very light hint of lemonade at least in terms of smell or maybe my nose is just immune to Lemon cheers hm yeah it's good but it's not my favorite now would I drink it if somebody presented this to my face yes I would drink it cuz it's good it's not bad but still Triple Berry my favorite but let's see if black cherry can change that again just like the blue raspberry have I been saying blueberry three cups of coffee one when I wake up one midday and one evening slash late night depending on my schedule so I think one of these high dry flavors could make for a nice alternative to my midday coffee so basically for example I would have my first coffee then maybe by like 3 4 5:00ish I could have one of these instead then finally get back to my regular coffee around like 10 or 11:00 at night and yes I do drink coffee late at night for instance last night you guys have seen this in the weekend Vlog by now I drank a 20 oz W coffee at 2:00 in the morning yeah so that's pretty much proof I love my caffeine so it's pretty safe to say that this is healthier for me than coffee and it's something I'll keep in mind but as of today I'm very impressed with these flavors this is my
