**Jailbreaking Your iPhone with SnowBreeze 2.3 Beta 1**

To start the jailbreaking process, open SnowBreeze 2.3 beta 1 on your desktop computer. If you don't have SnowBreeze installed yet, I may add a link to the newer version of SnowBreeze in the description below. Don't worry about this; it will appear after you run SnowBreeze and make sure you have your 4.3 firmware also, as well as links to all of these files that you need.

Go ahead and run SnowBreeze; it should automatically run as administrator, so click "OK" and close the credits. You'll see some warnings again, but I found it works great, so I would recommend it. If you're not into the risk and just want to keep your device safe, maybe you don't want to do this. But I'm going to go ahead and click "Next" and "Yes" anyway. Now, I'll browse for my firmware; you can drag it in, and it will identify it.

For this example, we're using an iPod Touch for Gen 4. Click "Next", select "Expert Mode", then "Build IPSW", and finally "Next". Note that the game Pac-Man won't work in this beta version, as I found it to be a white screen with no gameplay. It may take around 10 minutes to load.

SnowBreeze has finished now; we're going to make sure our device is plugged in and go ahead and click "OK". We'll put it into DFU mode by turning off the device and holding both the Power button and Home button for a few seconds, then releasing the Power button while keeping the Home button pressed until SnowBreeze recognizes the device. After a brief moment, you should see a lime rain animation, indicating that the device is now in DFU mode.

You'll receive a popup asking if you're ready to proceed; click "OK" to continue. Wait for it to clean up and close SnowBreeze. Your device will go black; open iTunes and hit shift on your keyboard while restoring the SnowBreeze IPSW from your device. Click "Restore" when prompted, as this may take about 10 minutes without any errors.

After completing the restore process, my iPod Touch has just finished booting after the customer store, and we can now see Cydia on our Springboard. However, if you try to open it, it will crash because we haven't run our tether boot utility yet. Go ahead and close iTunes; you'll see a new folder called "I Booty" for 4.3 on your desktop. Open it up inside, and select your device when prompted.

Selecting the device will ask if you want to put it into DFU mode; click "Start". It won't take long, as I Booty will begin exploiting in a few seconds. There we go! The screen will flash with lime rain again, indicating that the device is now booting up normally.

A real quick note: since every time your device reboots or the battery dies, the files are reset, you'll need to run I Booty every time. This is not a problem for experienced jailbreakers but may be frustrating for those new to this process.

Finally, go ahead and slide to unlock your iPhone; now Cydia will be working perfectly fine, even though it hasn't been set up yet yet. Thank you for watching this video guys!

jailbreak iOS 4.3 now I've tried it on several devices and it actually works really good even though it hasn't been released to the public now it is Semite tethered though so if you turn your device and it's a beta firmare as I said so you're kind of taking a risk although it does work great and if there's an annotation up here guys please click on it you'll be doing yourself a big favor because in the future I may or will release the untethered 4.3 jailbreak video and you'll definitely want to go see that if you have an iPhone 4 or a 3Gs please do not update if you rely on an unlock or are waiting for one because there are no guarantees that 4.3 will even have an unlock faster than 4.2.1 and if you are very impatient and you don't care about an unlock this will preserve your baseband so a future unlock may work on 4.3 and that baseband but there are no guarantees so I would just recommend staying on 4.2.1 with your iPhone right now and not risking anything in the future okay so let's
