Third Unboxing - ASUS PB278Q 27-inch LED Professional Graphics Monitor

I'm finally going to step into the world of a triple monitor setup and here it is again, my third Asus PB278Q 27-inch display. This is insane for several reasons. Number one, like I said, triple monitors have been a game-changer for me, and this will be the first time I've actually had three of these in my workspace. I've had moments before where dual monitors just weren't enough, especially when it comes to balancing work between Photoshop, phonica 10, web browsing, social media, and web design. With one monitor showing my CSS modifications on one side, a real-time preview of my website on another, and whatever else is needed on the third, that's just what I'm going to get into.

I have to thank Mag for making this all possible. Mag, your support means the world to me. Seriously, you've saved my life more than once with your expertise and guidance. This triple monitor setup is a dream come true, and I'm excited to dive in and explore its benefits. So, let's get on with it – let's unbox the Asus PB278Q display for the third time.

This is the first time I've ever done a third unboxing of the same exact product, and I figured my audience would appreciate it because this is a rare moment for me. As I open up the box, I can see that everything is included: an HDMI cable, a DVI cable, and a display port cable. But what caught my attention was the mini display port to display port cable – which, as it turns out, is basically geometrically identical to Thunderbolt, making it compatible with my Mac Pro from 2013.

I also got an audio cable because this monitor has built-in speakers, but honestly, they're not worth using. The built-in speakers are more of a backup solution than anything else. You also get a cable management clip that goes in the back and a power cable – both of which are definitely required for setting up the display. There's also the stand, which has a nice weight to it and allows for pivot functionality. It lets you sit the monitor there and pivot it in place, which is really nice.

The best part of the unboxing, of course, is the monitor itself – my third Asus PB278Q. I have to carefully remove it from its packaging, as always makes me nervous. But once I flip it around and put it on my desk, it's secure and ready to go. Now that it's finally here, I'm excited to dive in and explore all the benefits this triple monitor setup will bring to my workflow.

While I won't be going into detail about how this is going to benefit my specific setup – besides what I mentioned earlier – you know, using three monitors out of that can bring a lot of benefits. But, I do plan on creating a video in the very near future that explores the pros and cons of dual or triple monitors, as well as other display configurations. It'll be a great opportunity to share my experience with all of you and explore how different setups can benefit your own workflow.

For now, though, let's focus on getting everything set up and configured. I'm excited to dive in and start using this monitor – it's finally here, and I couldn't be more grateful for Mag's support. As soon as this video is done, I'll be emailing you again (for the 20th time) to confirm that everything is working correctly and to thank you once more for your incredible support.

So, that's it for today – my third unboxing of the Asus PB278Q display. It's been a wild ride, but I'm excited to see where this new setup takes me. And, as always, I want to thank you all so much for watching and allowing me to share my experiences with you. You're amazing, and I couldn't do it without your support. See you in the next video!
