Building the New YouTube Gaming Setup #1

I recently came across a fascinating time-lapse sequence that showcased the transformation of a storage room into a functional workspace. The person who created this remarkable video is Adrian, and I was impressed by his attention to detail and creativity.

Adrian had recorded a house tour, which provided him with valuable information about the layout and dimensions of the space. He used this footage to plan and set up the storage room in a way that would create a visually appealing and functional workspace. The result is a beautifully organized space filled with PC parts, shipping and storage materials, and other essentials for his work.

One of the most impressive aspects of Adrian's setup was the use of a green screen against one wall to create a seamless background for the video. This allowed him to showcase the finished product in a way that would be easily replicable by others. I reached out to him after seeing the video and was impressed by his talent and creativity.

As I looked through the footage, I noticed that Adrian had also recorded some higher-quality still images of the space. These added an extra layer of detail to the time-lapse sequence and helped to showcase the finished product in a more detailed way. The dimensions of the space were particularly well-measured, with Adrian using the footage from the house tour to create a layout that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

I decided to use this footage as an opportunity to ask for feedback from my audience. I wanted to know what they thought about the setup and whether they had any suggestions or ideas for how I could improve it. I also asked if they liked the way Adrian had laid out his space, and whether they thought I should do something similar.

The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many people commenting on how impressive the setup looked and how much they admired Adrian's attention to detail. Some suggested that I consider using a similar layout in my own workspace, while others offered suggestions for how I could customize the space to suit my needs.

One of the most interesting aspects of this experience was the way it highlighted the importance of planning and preparation. Despite taking three days to unbox and set up my storage room, I still had a lot of work to do in terms of organizing and customizing the space. Adrian's setup, on the other hand, was almost perfectly organized from the start.

As I looked through the footage again, I noticed that Adrian had also recorded himself building a little shelf to hold his logo. This added an extra layer of detail to the time-lapse sequence and helped to showcase his creative process. The result is a beautifully organized space filled with all sorts of useful tools and materials.

I'm excited to continue working on this project, and I hope that my audience will join me on this journey. Over the next few days, I'll be adding more details and customizing the space to suit my needs. I'll also be sharing updates and behind-the-scenes footage with my audience, so be sure to subscribe for more content.

As of now, I have one box left to unbox and organize, but I'm excited to get started on the next phase of this project. In total, I estimate that there will be four or five boxes left to go through, depending on how much stuff I can find in each box. Once these are all gone, I'll be setting up my entertainment center and customizing the space to suit my needs.

The end result is going to be a beautifully organized and functional workspace, filled with all sorts of useful tools and materials. I'm excited to share this project with my audience, and I hope that you'll join me on this journey. "WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up guys I'm random Frank P and this is gonna be the start of a little vlog series of pretty much rebuilding this set up and finishing the brand new YouTube space so the past few days as you can see now all the walls are white I swapped out all the bulbs so everything's a much more you know daylight finish I stuff to replace those over there but a lot too worried about that everything now is starting to come together now that it is all painted and it's starting to dry so we could put all this stuff away and start rebuilding the set up and the reason for the holdup lately has been one verizon completely messed up our appointment for getting internet set up so we just got it late Saturday so we finally have internet now and also like I said before new the paint a dry for just yesterday thankfully we got the setup pretty much put together again and as you can see just for now we're gonna go with pretty much the same format and layout that we had in the old space and did it that way for a reason is because like this is what I'm used to siz well you guys are all used to as well and eventually I probably want to upgrade the monitors or maybe change the orientation but just for now I wanna do the same thing to ultra light on the bottom and the one stack to overhead and thankfully it all fits on here nicely since the the ceiling in this area as you can see it kind of dips down a little bit I'm probably gonna have the random Frank P logo over here with I got my shelving unit and stuff there's some little accents on the walls for now but this is all up my set that came down yesterday helped me mount the monitors because if I would do it by myself they probably all collapsed on me while I'm sitting down so now that that's all ready I could really get to just building the rest of the setup this is just going to take a long time all right so it's the next day now I started filming late last night for that time lapse but as you saw the setup is pretty much just how it was before removed and if you remember during the original house tour I asked you guys if you wanted to see something like this again where it's my setup in the background or if I did something different I don't like how mkbhd has different sets like a nicer minimal kind of background or like maybe something like ludus my box therapy and let me show you the results real quick which is pretty much you know why it's time to go with this as well so might be hard to see but there are close to 3,000 votes and it literally came down to less than 10 who were pretty much torn whether they wanted myself in the background again or a clean minimal set up background like mkbhd literally less than 10 votes difference they're both at 43% so we were moving in yes I was kind of torn about how I wanted to do this but I figured there's so much space now that I do have the room to if I want to in the future still make different sets around here we have so many blank walls and seeing that this space is gonna be like really a whole filming area for numerous different things the overhead for the camera I keep like a green screen here half different sets this is gonna give me a lot of just you know space to do what I want with it and also if you remember over two years ago when I moved into the apartment for that studio at first it was very you know bare-bones there wasn't a lot going on there and of course over the past two years I built it up to what to what it was before he moved so obviously for the first few months and we moved in it's gonna be pretty you know minimal and bare-bones but we'll build it as we go along so I do have a few kind of things that I want to I have a few ideas away I want to lay this out but interestingly we have a pretty cool like 3d render of giving us some good ideas for the setup alright so a subscriber actually I guess from seeing the house tour really made this into a really great render and giving us some ideas to how to lay this studio out I'll throw it up on the screen now so you can see and honestly this is like a really really job and it does give me some great ideas you know we just painted all the walls white and now seeing some of them like a darker gray or black I think really looks good I'm kind of bummed out that I didn't think of it but he does give us you know some pretty good options like I like how he has the dual setup here going on against the wall now even though I don't really need two setups like that I liked how it looks some things like overhead for you know where the a roll and the b roll is gonna be shot with you ever had cameras the mics had that green screen against the wall he really did a fantastic job here and this just came out of nowhere he he tagged he tagged it Instagram and I reached out and I was like you know that is amazing please send me this and it also gives me a good idea there is he could see where he has coming down the stairs what I want to do with like the entertainment set up I was kind of torn in which wall I want to have that on and I think the way he does have it laid out is probably we're all gonna wind up going with because it looks so good in this actual render that I could see he also shot over a few like you know higher-quality pictures and stuff but this is a great job and I think I want to get your guys feedback like do you like how he has it laid out do you guys think I should do something like that I mean he pretty much has like the same windows with his steps like the the dimensions look pretty on point so I'm really impressed he was able to gather all that just from that little house tour I did but I want to show you guys this this is all from Adrian great stuff man I love it and I was saying to show you guys everything that I was doing during the whole like time-lapse sequence and stuff but what took a lot of time was this sort of like storage room and I had set up so I mean that's still not even done yet because I just done stuff everywhere ordered another one of these but since this is gonna be like the main storage room I've got like a lot of PC parts over here I'm gonna just step over here with like shipping and suffer when I'm reselling things but still a lot of boxes to go through so I'm waiting on another one of these to come in so I can build it and set it up but what I'm diggin is like my kinda like peripheral classic here with all my keyboards and mice and just tons of stuff that I've been putting away in here that guy always so this took a long time just to get everything out of the box and organized in this closet I even got like a little camera closet and camera gear and stuff that I'm gonna put in here so yeah I figured you'd show me the time asked me just unboxing everything and putting it might be pretty boring in here but let you guys know this is what I'm also doing on the side you just still taking up a lot of time really wish this whole process was a quicker but there were just so many boxes to go through as it is that uh well we still made a pretty good amount of progress here I've got like me four or five boxes left total and still have this white desktop the wooden one the black underneath the bamboo one over there so I really just have to decide right now do I want to set up the entertainment center on that wall like it was in the render or on that wall ik I originally had planned I do think though that I want it on that wall it's a great idea and all right so it's the end of day three now setting things up I know it's coming along slowly but I got this in today's you saw I was building a little shelf and I'm gonna put here I got the logo mounted up top and I'll fill the Shelf of those things over the next few days and as you can see I have a hundred thousand little logo there but so this is pretty much gonna kind of like show you how the framing is gonna be the sooner you like the background I'll probably put the more RGB light ships behind the monitors and this will be like the main shot and I'll have like my camera back here against this wall and it will be set up so that's nicely blurred in the background but it's been a long few days of just you know unboxing and the floor is still a mess I know because it's like the last few things that I've got out is only one box left I've got the big ficus over there gonna set that up so episode 1 of building the new setup would be guys injoyed again I apologize for being spanned over like three days but it's been a long process of unboxing and also you know we have the whole other house to furnish so you've been setting that up and stuff in the in the meantime so hope you guys enjoyed make sure to subscribe for episode two or Park to this video don't know how many parts are gonna be maybe like four maybe if I can kind of a most a four parts so make sure you subscribe you don't miss that and make sure you follow me on twitter at random Frank P for some
