create this beautiful Gallery you can Implement commenting support liking support ratings all that good stuff it's just while Tech social I while Tech social while square space doesn't exactly support all those features from the ground up um you can easily move it over to Wordpress or any other CMS that does okay so next up as mentioned the website is fully hosted by Squarespace if you don't know what Squarespace is just either head on over to Tech social.com Squarespace or DF franco.com Squarespace um or if you just go to my website you can see a Squarespace button in the sidebar I love squares it's easily my favorite CMS it's completely different from WordPress I think people compare them a little too much uh but if you are interested in Squarespace check them out but again you're not tied down to Squarespace you are totally free to move all these content and blog posts to Wordpress or anything else that interests you okay so next up and this is a big one this is actually pretty cool for the buyer and that is that the next bill does not occur until March 12th of 2013 so yes you heard that right I purchased Tech social hosting and Squarespace hosting all that good stuff up until March 12th of 2013 so you have until next march to experiment you know with the site and not really have to worry about wasting money or anything like that I mean yeah you can jump in right away and start building things up but if you want to experiment between now and next march then you can all right moving on now let's talk about domain names the the domain name of tech.com is hosted by GoDaddy um but it is fully transferable so if you want to transfer to anyone such I don't know domain.com def franah hosting.com anyone anyone that supports domain transfers you can get it out of Gaddy because I know a lot of people don't really have good feelings for Gaddy I mean I don't blame them they offer a good product but my point is you're not stuck with GoDaddy just like Squarespace you can transfer to any other host in this world or even own host if you do that sort of thing okay so the admin login credentials will be handed over uh this means my login credentials I'll literally just give you the username and a temporary password that I will set up you can log in and you have full control over the website um but keep in mind for the writers listening or watching this video I've I've had some people email me asking if I'm giving away the passwords of writer accounts no I am not writer accounts are completely and 100% confidential they they cannot be seen or so you don't have to worry about anything like that so the only locking credentials for tso.com I will be handing over is the administrator account and that's mine so just something to keep in mind moving on to the next point and I already kind of covered this and it talks about how the buyer will have complete control over the website so if you want to rip down blog post you can well I don't really recommend it um because there are hundreds of articles on the website and it's great for search engines to crawl every day uh but if you want to take them out you can if you want to reorganize it Tex social Gallery you can if you want to get rid of this ugly logo you can you have complete control over the website and you can do whatever you desire all right so let's talk Social Media Tech social goes Way Beyond the website and the first example of that is the YouTube channel you may or may not know this but Techo does have an official YouTube channel just go to youtube.com/ texo or just go to tcho video.com or text social.com videoo all those domains go the same way somewhat uh but the point is I mean once the buyer has the website it's his or her choice whether they want to take over the YouTube channel I mean I do recommend you do it has a lot of good content on there and a lot of good potential uh so if you want to explore the video possibilities of Techo then the channel is yours and now shifting over to the other side of social media let's talk about Twitter Tech social does have an official Twitter account over at twitter.com Techo hundreds of posts I mean you can autot tweet your post which I do and it's a it's just a great way to extend a tech social brand beyond the website beyond the YouTube channel and well into Twitter and into people's Twitter feed so if you
