**Affordable Tech Gifts Under $25**
As the holiday season approaches, many of us are on the lookout for unique and affordable tech gifts to surprise our loved ones with. In this article, we'll explore some of the most interesting and cool tech gifts that can be purchased for under $25.
**A Budget-Friendly Microphone Solution**
One gift idea that caught my attention is a simple yet effective microphone solution. For under $10, I picked up a tiny microphone that attaches to your headphones cable. It's a basic setup, but it's perfect for talking to friends on Discord or other online platforms. The microphone itself is just a few inches away from my mouth, and the audio quality is surprisingly good. While it may not be as high-end as some of the more expensive microphones available, this tiny gadget is a great option for those who need a simple microphone solution without breaking the bank.
**A Holographic Gag Gift**
Another gift idea that I found fascinating is a hologram kit that can be purchased for $8. This little kit comes with everything you need to build your very own 3D pyramid, which projects a hologram-like image onto your phone screen. While it's not actually a real hologram, the effect is surprisingly convincing, and it makes for a great conversation starter. The instructions are simple, and the whole process only takes a few minutes to complete.
**Google Cardboard VR Experience**
For those who want to try out virtual reality (VR) without breaking the bank, Google Cardboard is an excellent option. This $9.99 device uses your phone as the screen and provides an immersive VR experience that's surprisingly good. The device itself is very simple to build, and it comes with a built-in strap that allows you to wear it comfortably on your head. There are also many compatible apps available in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, which can be used to enhance the VR experience.
**Conclusion**
Overall, these affordable tech gifts under $25 offer some great options for those looking to surprise their loved ones with a unique and interesting gift. Whether you're looking for a simple microphone solution, a holographic gag gift, or an entry-level VR experience, there's something on this list that's sure to impress.
**A Word of Caution**
While these gifts are affordable, it's worth noting that some of them may have limitations compared to more expensive alternatives. For example, the microphone solution may not be as durable or long-lasting as a more expensive option, and the holographic kit may require more setup time than expected. However, for those on a tight budget, these gifts can still provide a fun and interesting way to experience new technologies.
**Where to Buy**
All of these gifts can be purchased on Amazon, either with or without Amazon Prime membership. As an Amazon Prime member, you'll enjoy benefits like free 2-day shipping, which makes it easy to get your hands on these affordable tech gifts quickly and efficiently. If you don't have Amazon Prime, there are still plenty of options available for purchase on the platform.
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up guys I'm random Frank P today we're going to be checking out some cool Tech under $25 so with the holidays coming up they're pretty inexpensive gift ideas as well as some like stocking suffers and stuff like that so hope it helps you out I'm going to put all the links to everything in this video in the description down below first off is this very cool ring light for your phone with everybody and their mother vlogging nowadays the ring light is going to be a nice little addition to that the purpose of it is pretty self-explanatory to you know add some more light to your photos or videos and this one is probably one of the best you can buy for its price at only $13 what I really like about it is on the back there's a button and there's three different light modes of like a low medium and high don't worry it doesn't blink like that it's just the camera but what sets this apart from others is it doesn't need batteries to operate you could simply just charge this up and be good to go every other one I saw out there needed batteries I'm happy this one doesn't the ring light itself is also designed into this clip so it just Clips onto your phone and it's very simple take a a quick little selfie here you can see the difference with and without it and here's a little video test all right I'm using the front facing camera on my iPhone this is no light this is the lowest setting medium setting and the highest setting on the ring Light Shadows are much less harsh to light really fills that in very nicely so for 13 bucks is a nice little gift for someone who's trying to get into vlogging or who takes selfies 247 next is something to help anybody's OCD when it comes to fingerprints and you're probably thinking what the hell is this little white thing on your desk this is the eye roller much like a lint roller this is going to do the same thing but it's going to help pick up Grime and fingerprints on your touchscreen devices that means no more fingerprints all over your phone or your laptop you can easily get rid of them now as you can see with my phone just a few little wipes and the fingerprints were all buck onone and yes I still have 1,000 scratches on there but never mind that the roller itself has this sticky adhesive on the inside which you just roll over the screen of your device and it will pretty much pick up the grime and the fingerprints there to help eliminate that to clean your screen very nicely without you know scratching it or giving them a ton of microfiber scratches like some cloths or like things like your shirt would but what's cool is to preserve the scky tape on the inside has a little door which you can close so it doesn't get you know dried out or ruined this is the definition of a great stocking stuffer it's simple it's inexpensive and I think anybody can appreciate something to help get rid of the fingerprints on their phone next is for all my Gamers out there this is Luke he'll really dig it you have until the 27th of this month to sign up for November's box which is Mythic which going to contain things like uh Dragon Age related things and Assassin's Creed so if you're digging that and you want to get to some really cool gaming things lot.com randomfrankp out to save you 10% now we have an alternative something like the mod mic out there this one is very inexpensive at only $7 and it's probably the best microphone solution for the price it's this tiny little lapel mic that plugs into your computer's microphone Jack has a very very long cable and it's meant to actually attach to the clip of your headphones like I said this is a pretty solid mod M competitor for the price so for under $10 I really wasn't expecting much but I was really satisfied with the overall result of how the mic sounded and it's going to be more than fine for talking to your friends on like Discord or anything like that it's pretty Sol valid now let me show you real quick like I said it attaches to your headphones cable here so uh see if I can put this on there's a little clip snaps onto the cable and this is the mic test it is raw unedited right now as you can see it's probably a few inches away from my mouth but this is what it's meant to do a very simple cheap and extremely inexpensive solution to a mod mic in case you don't have like a a USB microphone on your desk or a microphone on your headphones or your headsets broken anything like that very cheap solution to talking to your friends online for $7 next is a little gag gift for sure but it's really really cool this is a little hologram for your phone you might be thinking to yourself what the hell does that mean in the box is a little kit which is going to build you your very own 3D pyramid like thing which is made out of acrylic once it's all set up and complete you can go over to YouTube and type in something like I don't know 3D hologram videos you place the pyramid in the center of your phone Hit the lights and you now have a cool 3D hologram coming out of your phone you can check out the quick little demo I actually made something like this a few summers ago out of CD cases cuz they were also acrylic and that was really a pain this for $8 you get the complete kit and it's a really cool thing to show off now this is more so an optical illusion since it's reflecting the four sides of whatever it's showing on your phone and it's kind of making this like allog together hologram thing in the middle so now there's actually not a real 3D hologram coming out of your phone but it still looks really cool like I said for $8 I pretty cool gift that's going to come in at a very cheap price next is for someone who wants to get their feet into VR if you will but doesn't have something like the Samsung VR or the the rift or the Vive out there Google cardboard is only $9.99 and it's really cool the name States at all it is a cardboard VR device pretty much it has like the built-in goggles and stuff like that but instead you use your phone as the screen it took me like 1 minute to build it's very simple and before you know it you you can be up and going in your very own VR virtual space the front of the cardboard simply just folds out you put your phone in there if you go to the App Store like for apple or even like the Google Store there are a ton of compatible VR apps that you can use with this it's still very immersive and interactive and there's actually a built-in button on top of the cardboard that you can press to do things like you know trigger certain toggles whatever and whatever game you're playing now obviously it's not going to be the quality of something like the vibe with the rift out there but there like $6 to $800 this thing is only 10 bucks it's a cool idea and it's just very very simple like I said you put your phone in you boot up the app it comes with um tons of different like straps stuff like that to make it fit best on your face but it sits there very well it's not the most comfortable thing obviously but you're now in your very own VR space you can do things like take tours to certain places around the world you can look around and it's pretty cool there's a lot of like roller coaster things like that like I said for you know $9.99 it's not a a bad buy at all so that's going to wrap it up guys for the top
