The New Google Shopping List Feature: A Comprehensive Guide

We're excited to introduce the new Google shopping list feature, which allows you to manage your shopping list across multiple devices. To access the shopping list, simply click on the menu drawer in the top left corner of the Google Home app and select "Shopping list." This will take you to the web and show you your new Google shopping list.

The shopping list is a great way to keep track of the items you need to purchase and share them with family members or friends. When you first access the shopping list, it will pull up any existing lists that you've shared or created previously. In this case, we'll be creating a new list from scratch.

To start adding items to your shopping list, simply type in the name of the item you want to add. The Google shopping list feature is integrated with Google Express, which allows you to shop for items directly from your phone. If you have an account with Google Express, you can sign into your Gmail account and access your shopping list on the web.

One of the coolest features of the Google shopping list is its ability to help you shop for items on your list. When you refresh the page, you'll see a button that says "Shop my list." Clicking this button will pull up a search bar where you can type in the name of an item from your list. The feature will then show you whether there's a discount available for that item or not.

The Google shopping list feature also allows you to add items to your list using your phone. To do this, simply open the Google Home app and click on the "Shopping list" button. You can then type in the name of the item you want to add and it will be added to your list.

In addition to adding items to your shopping list, you can also edit existing lists by swiping right or left on an item. If you need to delete an item from your list, simply swipe left on it.

One of the most useful features of the Google shopping list is its ability to share lists with others. To add someone to your shared list, click on the "Add a person" button and enter their email address. They will receive an email inviting them to join the list. Once they've accepted the invitation, you can see all of their items added to your list.

To make it easy for everyone to access the shared list, you can also add it as primary shopping list on another device. To do this, click on the menu and select "Make primary." This will ensure that any new items added to the list are automatically added to the shared list across all devices.

We'll also show you how to use Google Assistant to manage your shopping list. Simply say "Hey Google, add [item name] to my shopping list" and it will be added automatically. You can also ask Google Assistant to check what's on your shopping list by saying "What's on my shopping list?"

As a final note, we'll show you how to view information about individual items on your shopping list. When you're in the settings of google.com/express, you'll see options to add different lists. However, currently, you can only add items from the Google Home and Google Assistant to the main shopping list.

item here it has been added to checked off items I can swipe it again and it will add it back up to the top here um say I CL I created duplicate items I can also swipe to delete those the cool part is about this is it will actually help you shop for items on your shopping list so here you can see that it has these Google Express icons on the right side of the screen so now I can actually click the shop list and it will pull up the items that I have and search for them so here I can see Troll toys it got that protein bar it will even say you know if there's a discount or not right here so I don't have to go to the store I can just buy right from my phone so now if I want to add an item to the shopping list with my phone I can do that as well add sing to the shopping list okay I've added sing to your shopping list so close so if I want to edit it I can just come in here and check it off there to share this new list with somebody you need to go back into the website or into the Google home app and click shopping list when you're on this page you then get the option up here in the top right to click add a person when you click there it pulls up options of people you may want to
