Introduction to the Moto X Style Gaming Review
Hi there, and welcome back to my channel. I'm Ranjit, and today we're going to be reviewing the gaming capabilities of this Moto X style also known as Moto X pure and samata regions. This device has caught our attention, and we're excited to put it through its paces in a series of games.
Testing Unkilled
We'll start with a casual game to get a feel for the device's performance. The first game we'll be playing is Unkilled, a popular FPS game. As expected, it's running very smoothly, and as you can see from the gameplay footage, it's very responsive. One of the notable features of this device is its front-firing speakers, which are stereo speakers that are both loud and immersive. I'll fire some rockets to demonstrate their quality, and as you can see, there's no problem playing this game on this device.
Checking Temperatures
As some of you have requested, we'll also be checking the temperatures of the device after extended gaming. We've been playing Unkilled for a while now, and it's time to check how hot it's getting. As you can see from the screen, the temperature is around 42°C at this point. Let's take a look at the back of the device and see if it's warm to the touch.
Gaming Experience with Asphalt 8
Next up, we'll be playing one of the most popular racing games on the market: Asphalt 8. We'll be playing it on the highest graphics settings, which means this game will be visually stunning. The device is handling the game beautifully, and the front-firing speakers are adding to the immersive experience. As you can see, explosions and other effects are really coming to life because of these loud and clear speakers.
Checking Temperatures Again
As we continue playing Asphalt 8, let's check in on the temperature again. We've been gaming for over 16 minutes now, and as you can see from the screen, the temperature has risen slightly, but it's still within a safe range. Let's take a closer look at the back of the device to see if there are any signs of overheating.
Gaming Experience with Modern Combat 5
Next up, we'll be playing another popular FPS game: Modern Combat 5. This is the fourth level, and as you can see from the gameplay footage, it's running smoothly and responding well to our inputs. The device is handling the game beautifully, and there are no signs of lag or stuttering.
Gaming Experience with NOA 3
We'll also be testing the device on a third-party game called NOA 3. As you can see from the gameplay footage, it's running smoothly and playing well. There are no issues with performance, and the front-firing speakers are still adding to the immersive experience.
Checking Temperatures for the Final Time
As we wrap up our gaming session, let's take one last look at the temperature of the device. We've been gaming for over 30 minutes now, and as you can see from the screen, the temperature has risen significantly. As you can touch the back of the device, it's feeling quite warm to the touch.
Testing Model Combat X
Finally, we'll be testing one more game on the device: Model Combat X. Unfortunately, this game didn't run smoothly on our device, and we experienced some lagging issues. This is consistent with our experience with other devices that have the same Adreno 418 GPU as this Moto X style.
Conclusion
Overall, our gaming review of the Moto X style has shown that it's a capable device for playing games. The front-firing speakers are adding to the immersive experience, and the device is handling most games smoothly. However, with extended gaming sessions, we did notice some warming up of the back of the device, which could be a concern for some users.
