Welcome to Barbecue Pit Boys: A Guide to Making Delicious Pit Pizzas

Bobby Fame here, and today we're going to make a pit pizza that's easy to do, and I'm excited to share this recipe with you. We've got all the ingredients, and I want you to use your favorite toppings for a pizza. You know how much I love pizzas, and I think this one is going to be outrageously good and simple.

As we start, let's chop up our ingredients. We'll need some English muffins that work well as a substitute for traditional dough. Remember, Mama used to make these, and they're perfect for this recipe. Now, put them in the toaster oven, and you'll see how well they turn out. We're going to use these English muffins, not from America, but one that works real well all right.

Now that we have our ingredients ready, let's set up our pan. We'll grease it up, add a little sauce on top like you would with any homemade pizza, and then add some cheese. We've got Shredded mozzarella here, which is going to make this pit pizza easy to do and delicious. Now, start adding your toppings. Remember, each topping costs you another buck or two, but it's real cheap if you do it yourself. You can use as many of your favorite toppings as you like.

While we're setting up our pan, let's talk about the grill. We want to set it up at around 400°F even higher. This is going to help us achieve that perfect crispy crust on our pit pizza. Now, our slasher is finishing off with some chunks of mozzarella cheese, some black olives, jalapenos, and grated Parmesan cheese. Let's top it off with a little extra virgin olive oil, which you know all about, right.

Now that we've set up our pan and added the toppings, let's place them on these fire bricks. This will help prevent the bottom from burning, while cooking from the top as well. And trust me, this pit pizza is going to be done in no time. Take a look at that crispy loaded with your favorite toppings - it's kind of preut slices by using the English muffins. Oh man, I'm telling you what we're going to be eating good tonight, Martha.

This is the part where the pit Masters are uh eating it in front of you, and trust me, they won't apologize for this delicious pit pizza.
